After speaking with all parties, complainant declined to pursue with any charges and subject agreed to go home. The manager of the listed location stated that a subject had been sitting inside the business for an extended period of time. Officer attempted to contact with number several times, however, the calls continually went straight to voicemail. Officer then returned to patrol.

Officer was dispatched to the listed location in reference to a hit-skip crash. The suspect vehicle struck drivers side mirror of complainant's white Chevy van parked along curb. The passenger side mirror of the suspect truck was found at the scene. The part number shows that it belongs to a 1998-2008 Dodge Ram truck.  Officer checked the area but did not locate a vehicle with damage to its mirror.

Thomas Jr. Barry had an entered warrant (confirmed) out of the Union County Common Pleas Court for a Probation Violation (Felony). Officers made contact with Barry, who was placed into custody without incident. Officer transported him to the Tri-County Regional Jail and released him into their custody. Officer then returned to patrol.

Officer transported it to the Police Department holding pen and then released it to UCSO at 1320 hours. Officer then returned to patrol. The dog had no collar, tags and was not chipped per UCSO Deputy.

Carrie was issued a traffic citation for Stop Sign and issued a criminal summons for marijuana paraphernalia. Carrie also was given a warning for speed.

Upon checking the area Officer observed a white Mazda 3 had crashed on Lafayette Plain City Road near the curve. Officer advised Union County Sheriff's Office that a vehicle had struck a utility pole knocking it down. Once assistance was no longer needed, Officer returned to patrol.

Officer was notified two suspects cashed fraudulent checks on the business account.  Complainant also advised that there were similar checks cashed at the branch in Marysville and Marysville Police Department had two people in custody.  Officer spoke with MPD Officer who advised that Marysville would prosecute the incident at the Plain City branch due to the circumstances and it was all in Union County.
