Subsequently, Shaun Bissel, 33, of Plain City, was arrested and charged with OVI, Super Concentration and Open Container. Shaun submitted to a BAC test, which resulted in 0.357% BAC. 26-Mar-23	1:44:00 PM	Trespasser	Central Ave.	Officer responded on a possible trespassing complaint. The caller advised a known subject was on the property and she didn't want him there. The subject was verbally warned for trespassing.
