Officer also advised the complainant to contact the police department if she receives any additional phone calls and advise the subject to contact PCPD if he needed to reach her in the future. Complainant reported seeing three juveniles walking on Plain City-Georgesville Rd wearing camo gear and AR-15 style rifles. Officers were dispatched to the area. Officers saw the juveniles walking on the path that runs parallel to Plain City-Georgesville Road and saw the orange tips on the riles that resembled airsoft rifles. The juveniles were seen running into the woods, just east of Darby Fields, by a resident. Officers walked the wood line and saw the juveniles but lost sight of them in the woods. Dispatch was made aware to advise the Madison County Sheriff’s Office. Officers returned to patrol.

Officer initiated a traffic stop and made contact with the driver and passenger.  After a probable cause search of the vehicle, several prescription medications were located inside the driver's purse that driver could not provide a valid prescription. These prescription medications were seized and will be forwarded to BCI for testing. Driver was given a warning for the Expired Tags and advised further charges are pending. Passenger drove the vehicle from the scene. Officers then returned to patrol.

Officer received a call from complainant advising her ex-boyfriend had been sending her messages (text/email), and she requested that he stop.  Officer made contact with subject via public service and advised him of the incident.  Subject stated that he agreed and didn't want to have any further contact, he just wanted his property back.  Both parties will be working out a solution for the property.

Officer arrived at the listed location and spoke with complainant, who stated that his trash was not picked up by the normal people who do it and was wondering why.  Complainant's niece arrived and stated that complainant probably did not place his trash out on time and that she would throw it away. Marijuana

Officer was on patrol on US42 near West Ave when Officer observed a silver Chrysler 200 with only one headlight.  Officer then initiated a traffic stop with the above vehicle and made contact with the driver and her passenger.  Officer then conducted a probable cause search of their person and the vehicle. Inside the vehicle, Officer located a multi-colored bowl with marijuana residue and a grinder with marijuana in the center console. Driver was given a warning for One Headlight-Two Required and advised there could be possible possession and drug paraphernalia charges in the future. Officer then returned to patrol.

Suspicious Circumstances

Officer was flagged down at the listed location and advised of a suspicious circumstance.  Subject advised someone unlocked the top lock to the front door of her camper, but the bottom deadbolt was still locked, so no one was able to gain entry. Subject advised there was no damage done to her property, but requested extra patrol.
