The officer canvassed the area for camera footage but nothing was found. The incident was documented.

Traffic Stop

West Main St.

A traffic stop was initiated on a vehicle for squealing tires. During the stop, Hilliard's K9 Unit arrived on scene and conducted an open air sniff and gave a positive alert. A probable cause search was conducted however, nothing was located. The driver had an active warrant out of Madison County. Subsequently, Angel Narciso, 20, of Plain City was placed into custody and transported to the Madison County Sheriff's Office. Angel was issued citations for no driver’s license, FRS suspension, and for squealing tires, "peeling," cracking exhaust noises.

A traffic stop was initiated on a vehicle, driving the wrong way down a one way street. Upon approach, officers detected the odor of marijuana coming from inside the vehicle. A probable cause search was conducted and found raw marijuana, rolling papers, a marijuana grinder and a pipe containing burnt marijuana. Subsequently, Cody Phillips, 19, of Plain City, was issued citations for One Way and Drug Paraphernalia.
