Officer was met on station by a resident. She advised that her daughter was being harassed on social media by another juvenile. After further investigation, Officer advised the mother to closely monitor her daughter's social media accounts and to contact the Police Department if there were any further issues.  Officer made contact with other juveniles and their mothers, explained the incident and of the possible consequences of sending such messages and bullying in general.

Officer was dispatched to the listed location in reference to harassing calls that were possibly scam related. Upon arrival, Officer met with the residents who advised that over the last week they have received several calls from a man that says he works for the State Department of Health and wants to verify personal information. The calls have come in from several different telephone numbers. He also stated that he wanted the Police Department to be aware of the incident in the event that other citizen's receive this call. Officer advised to contact the Ohio Attorney General's Office Consumer Fraud Division.

They stated that while waiting inside the residence for the caller’s grandmother to arrive they observed a juvenile riding a bike on their street. Officer checked the surrounding area but was unable to locate the girl. Officer advised the caller’s grandmother of the incident.

Officer made contact with the resident then walked to the back yard where a feline had been caught in a leg trap. The resident freed the feline from the trap. Officer contacted the Madison County Game Warden and advised him of the situation.

Upon arrival, Officer made contact with vehicle occupants, Jonathan Lumpkin was issued a summons for Possession of Drugs and Drug Paraphernalia. All other occupants were released from the scene.

Upon arrival, Officer met with the resident who advised that he hadn't seen the juvenile in a few weeks and also advised that his roommate was her mother. After investigation, Ronald Johnson was placed into custody for a warrant out of the Hilliard Police Department for Contempt of Court. Officer followed up with the juvenile's mother on possible whereabouts of the juvenile.

While speaking with the juveniles, the neighbor came out of his house yelling and cursing at the juveniles for being on his yard. The neighbor was given a warning for his language and advised on how to handle the situation better. The juveniles were warned not to throw the Frisbee across busy streets, and to not go on someone else’s property. The parents of the juveniles were all advised of the situation.
