5/8/2017	8:06 AM	Telecom Harassment	Maple Ct.	Officer was met on station by a resident. She advised that her daughter was being harassed on social media by another juvenile. After further investigation, Officer advised the mother to closely monitor her daughter's social media accounts and to contact the Police Department if there were any further issues.  Officer made contact with other juveniles and their mothers, explained the incident and of the possible consequences of sending such messages and bullying in general.
5/8/2017	12:40 PM	Suspicious Circumstances	Murlay Dr.	Officer was dispatched to the listed location in reference to harassing calls that were possibly scam related. Upon arrival, Officer met with the residents who advised that over the last week they have received several calls from a man that says he works for the State Department of Health and wants to verify personal information. The calls have come in from several different telephone numbers. He also stated that he wanted the Police Department to be aware of the incident in the event that other citizen's receive this call. Officer advised to contact the Ohio Attorney General's Office Consumer Fraud Division.

Upon arrival, Officer checked the area but could not locate the man. Officer spoke with three employees and no-one knew if the man left on foot or in a vehicle.	McDonald's
5/8/2017	9:35 PM	Traffic Stop	West Main St.	Officer conducted a routine registration check on a tan Chevrolet Impala. John Robeson was issued a citation for No Valid Operator's License and Non Compliance Suspension.
5/8/2017	4:20 AM	Juvenile	North Mechanic St.	Officer responded to the listed location in reference to a juvenile complaint. Upon arrival, Officer made contact with the callers. They stated that while waiting inside the residence for the caller’s grandmother to arrive they observed a juvenile riding a bike on their street. Officer checked the surrounding area but was unable to locate the girl. Officer advised the caller’s grandmother of the incident.

Upon arrival, Officer could hear an animal in distress coming from the back yard of the residence. Officer made contact with the resident then walked to the back yard where a feline had been caught in a leg trap. The resident freed the feline from the trap. Officer contacted the Madison County Game Warden and advised him of the situation.

Officer spoke with the neighbor who advised he had not been in a verbal dispute with the caller. Officer advised both parties to contact the Police Department if they had further issues.
5/9/2017	5:05 PM	Marijuana	Willowbrook Ct.	Officer was dispatched to the listed location in reference to a suspicious vehicle. The complainant stated that there was grey Lexus parked in a guest parking spot. Upon arrival, Officer made contact with vehicle occupants, Jonathan Lumpkin was issued a summons for Possession of Drugs and Drug Paraphernalia. All other occupants were released from the scene.

5/11/2017	7:35 PM	Warrant - Misdemeanor	Jackson St.	Officer was dispatched to the listed location to attempt to locate a missing juvenile out of the Trotwood Police Department. Upon arrival, Officer met with the resident who advised that he hadn't seen the juvenile in a few weeks and also advised that his roommate was her mother. After investigation, Ronald Johnson was placed into custody for a warrant out of the Hilliard Police Department for Contempt of Court. Officer followed up with the juvenile's mother on possible whereabouts of the juvenile.

Upon arrival, Officers spoke with the resident who agreed to go to the hospital to be checked out. Officer transported him to the hospital where he was released into their care.

After further investigation, Officer learned guest was intoxicated prior to her arrival at the listed location. The guest was transported to the hospital and her mother was advised. All guardians were advised of the incident.

Officer made contact with the vehicle owner's father, and advised him of the request. He stated that he had contacted the towing company. Officer relayed the information to the Deputy.

5/14/2017	2:10 PM	Drug Paraphernalia	East West Ave.	Officers were dispatched to the listed location in reference a verbal dispute. Upon arrival, Officers made contact with the involved parties. Roby Wholaver was subsequently cited for three counts of Drug Paraphernalia. All parties were advised to stay in separate parts of the home to avoid any more issues.
5/14/2017	5:44 PM	Other Dispute	North Ave.	Officer was dispatched to the listed location in reference to a dispute where a male was threatening to kill a female. After interviewing all parties Officer determined that there was no threat of death. All parties involved were advised to not yell insults as they could lead to serious consequences. He advised that he and his wife received three calls from (301) 307-1727 claiming to be the IRS. Officer confirmed that this was a scam and that he should not call the number back. Officer also cautioned not to give any personal information to anyone over the phone.

Upon speaking with the driver, Officer learned the tail gate to the vehicle fell off and was in the middle of the roadway. Officer helped pick up the tail gate and secure it in the truck bed.

He advised that he observed a suspicious person standing on the street corner in front of his house. Officer advised the resident on the dangers of inviting strangers into the residence, explained the importance of his safety and to contact the Police Department if the person returned.

She advised she was getting dressed in her living room when an individual walked by and "glanced" towards her door. Officer met with the individual who denied the incident. Officer advised the caller to contact the Police Department in the event of any future issues.

While speaking with the juveniles, the neighbor came out of his house yelling and cursing at the juveniles for being on his yard. The neighbor was given a warning for his language and advised on how to handle the situation better. The juveniles were warned not to throw the Frisbee across busy streets, and to not go on someone else’s property. The parents of the juveniles were all advised of the situation.

The complainant stated that a white Buick SUV was driving outside of its lane and hitting the brakes frequently. Officer located the vehicle and made contact with the driver. After investigation, Officer determined the vehicle was not impaired and advised him to be more cautious when driving.

Upon arrival, Officer made contact with the caller, who had a black lab in her yard. A short time later the canine was picked up by its owner, who was given a warning for Dogs Running at Large.
