Officers were dispatched in regards to a trespasser complaint. Two occupants were staying in a van on the property. K9 Andor completed an open air sniff of the van and did not alert to narcotics. One occupant, Joseph Clark, 35 of Columbus, had an active warrant out Franklin Co. Sheriff's Office. He was placed into custody and transported to a Franklin Co. Deputy. It was learned the other occupant was allowed to be on the property.
