She advised that she works for the Miami Valley Steam Threshers Association, and someone had turned in a folding aluminum walker into the lost and found. Officer was unable to locate any serial numbers to attempt to locate the property owner.	Pastime Park
7/18/2016	4:37 PM	Vehicle Fire	West Main St.	Officer was dispatched to the listed location in reference to a vehicle fire that had been put out. Dispatch advised a vehicle engine had caught fire at the listed location, and the owner was requesting a report for insurance purposes. 7/18/2016	7:38 PM	Lost Property/Not Stolen	South Chillicothe St.	Officer was dispatched to the area in reference to a missing wallet. Dispatch advised property owner accidently left her wallet on top of her vehicle and pulled out of the driveway. A short time later, the property was found and returned to the property owner.
7/19/2016	10:10 AM	Non-Injury Crash	East Main St.	Officer was dispatched to the intersection in reference to a non-injury crash. A crash report was completed and both parties exchanged insurance information. Dana Lightfoot was issued a citation for Failure to Yield from a Stop Sign.
7/19/2016	6:50 PM	Message Delivery	South Chillicothe St.	Officer was dispatched to the listed location in reference to a message delivery. Officer made contact with the resident and advised him of this. Officer relayed the information to Delaware Police Department.
7/20/2016	12:33 AM	Assist Other Agency	US Rt. 42 N	Officer was requested by the Union County Sheriff's Office to respond to an injury crash involving a semi. Upon arrival Officer assisted medics and Ohio State Highway Patrol with traffic control due to electric lines down on the roadway.

Upon arrival, Officer stood by until Deputy was able to get the juvenile out of the residence, without incident.

Upon arrival, Officer met with residents and learned that the male was upset over purchases made. Officer spoke with the male about his actions and encouraged him when he feels himself getting angry, to excuse himself from the situation and go for a walk. He advised that he would try and do that next time.

She advised that there was a male subject sleeping in a silver car at one of the campsites. Upon arrival, Officer made contact with the male. Dispatch advised that an employee called to report two subjects on a motorcycle pulled into the lot and was now sitting at the entrance. Upon arrival, along with units from the Madison and Union County Sheriff's Departments, Officers met with the caller. She advised her husband and her son went kayaking today. She was to pick the two of them up and advised neither of them had their cell phones on them. While speaking with her, she received a call advising the husband and son were at their residence.

Officer made contact with owner of the ID Badge at the listed address to return property to her that was recovered from a neighboring resident's vehicle. Upon returning the badge to her Officer asked her to look through her vehicle to see if anything was missing. She said that someone had definitely been in her vehicle. She said that besides the ID badge, she believed some money to be missing.

He advised he was riding his bike home from work when four other males began following him while verbally harassing him. Officer spoke with the males and their parents and all parties involved agreed to stay away from the caller and to use better judgment.

Upon arrival Officer met with the caller, who advised she located the canine in her back yard. As the Officer held the canine, it turned and bit the Officer's right arm. The owner of the canine, came to the department and picked it up. Officer advised him of the possible charges/ consequences for his canine getting loose.

She requested to be transported to the hospital because she was worried that her medication wasn't correct. Medic 261 arrived and transported her to a local hospital.

The caller was involved in a verbal altercation with her son, who became upset and started breaking things and left the residence. Officer located the juvenile, placed him into investigative custody and transported him back to the residence. The caller advised that she found a bag full of items which she believed were stolen. After further investigation Officer transported the juvenile to Central Ohio Youth Center without incident

Officer requested a medic and additional units to respond to the scene. It was determined that the female was suffering some hallucinations. The female refused medic transportation to the hospital, Officer later transported her to a local hospital.
7/12/2016	10:27 PM	Suspicious Person	North Chillicothe St.	Sergeant of the Union County Sheriff's Office responded to the listed location (due to Officer being on another call) in reference to a suspicious person complaint. The caller advised of a male subject walking around the property with a flash light. Sergeant checked the property but was unable to locate anyone. The subject called in later stating he was the male that had been walking around with the flash light trying to locate a skunk nest in order to set up a live trap.

Officer observed a black Chevy Tahoe parked on the sidewalk by the do not park sign. While checking the vehicle the owner approached me. He apologized and stated he would move it immediately.

Upon arrival Officer observed a small dog inside a red Hyundai. The windows were all slightly down and the dog did not appear to be in distress. While attempting to locate the vehicle owner they came to the vehicle to check on the dog. Officer advised the pet owner that they could not leave the dog inside the vehicle for extended periods of time do to the heat. One of the owners agreed to remain with the dog. Upon arrival Officer placed Cameron Phillips into custody without incident for Assault and Child Endangering. He was then transported to the Plain City Police Department and then the Tri County Regional Jail.
7/16/2016	4:30 PM	Trespasser	South Chillicothe St.	Officer was met on station by property owner in reference to a trespassing complaint. He stated that he has had multiple reports of a male taking pictures, and also coming onto his property and making the residence feel uncomfortable. Officer made contact with the male at his residence and explained the complaint, who advised he would not go on the property, nor take any pictures of the residence.
7/16/2016	7:21 PM	Miscellaneous - Unclassified	SR 161 W	Officers were dispatched to the listed area in reference to an attempt to locate. Dispatch advised a gold Honda with four suspects were just involved in a burglary. The vehicle left the scene and was possible enroute to Lima. Upon arrival Officers were unable to locate any vehicle's matching that description.

Upon arrival, Officers met with the residents, who advised a female, who has a protection order against the male, was walking past their residence when the male was outside. Officer advised the female of the complaint and that due to the past history she should find an alternate route to walk. Officer also made contact with the female's mother, and advised her of the incident.

The male juvenile advised he is supposed to be camping at the park with friends but was unable to sleep and inquired if he could walk to his grandparents.
