He was also issued citations for No Valid OL and Non Compliance Suspension. The vehicle was picked up by a family member.

A traffic stop was initiated on a vehicle for speeding. After further investigation, Derek Walls, 56, of Galloway, was arrested and charged with OVI, OVI Super Concentration and cited for speeding. He submitted to a BAC test, which resulted in 0.200% BAC. He was later released to a family member and the vehicle was towed to the PCPD Impound Lot.
