The caller advised that a neighbor was having a loud party causing a disturbance. Upon arrival officers assisted the units from medic 261 medic and units from OSP Post 49 with the scene.

An officer located the suspect vehicle and initiated a traffic stop. The driver Jeffery C. Martin, 54yoa of Dayton was subsequently arrested and charged with OVI and open container.
5/26/2014	6:30 AM	Grass Fire	Jackson St.	On the stated date and time, while on routine patrol, an officer observed a large amount of smoke in the area of East Main Street and Church Street. Upon further investigation, the officer located a large burn pile that was smoldering by the creek behind the listed location with no one around. Grass Fighter 261 came to the scene and extinguished the fire.

Upon arrival it was determined that no violence or threats of violence took place and the parties agreed to separate for the evening to prevent further issues.

Upon arrival, it was determined that the suspect had accidently knocked on the wrong door. They were answering an ad for a motorcycle for sale and went to the wrong address.

Upon arrival the resident was advised that shooting arrows was not permitted in the village and they were given a warning.

The resident reported that unknown person/s stole 2 concrete geese from his yard.  The geese were approximately 2 1/2 feet tall and weighed about 30 lbs each and were unpainted. A report was taken.

On the stated date and time, while on routine patrol, an officer observed a vehicle parked in front of the listed location with its lights on and the rear hatch open. Contact was made with the owner and it was determined they had forgot to close the hatch and everything was fine.

Upon further investigation it was determined the juveniles had left their residence without permission. Both juveniles will be charged with a curfew violation.

Upon further investigation the driver, Zachary A. Hatcher, 22 yoa of Plain City was subsequently arrested and charged with OVI.

The driver and two passengers were all juveniles. Upon further investigation all juveniles were cited for Possession of a Controlled Substance (Drug Possession) and Curfew.
