Upon arrival to the area the officer found the source of the music and made contact with the home owner. They agreed to reduce the volume of the music.

10/29/2014	12:04 AM	Suspicious Person/Vehicle	West Main St.	On the state date and time an observed a vehicle parked on the lot of the listed location with an unknown male asleep in the driver’s seat. Upon making contact with the driver it was discovered he had been driving and became tired so he pulled into the listed location to sleep for a short time.
10/29/2014	4:29 PM	Assist Other Agency	El Camino Dr.	On the listed date and time, an officer responded to an alarm drop at the listed location, due to the Union County Sheriff's Office being tied up. Upon arrival, everything checked secure and it was determined to be an accidental alarm.

10/29/2014	5:47 PM	Juvenile Issue/Assault	West Main St.	On the stated date and time, an officer responded to the listed location in regards to a juvenile issue. Upon arrival and further investigation it was determined that the juveniles were all playing basketball and an argument ensued where another juvenile had a ball thrown at their face. All parties were warned fort their actions and contact was made with their parents to further resolve the conflict.
10/29/2014	7:04 PM	911 Unknown	Lewis Cir.	On the stated date and time an officer responded to the listed location in reference to a 911 unknown. Upon arrival the officer made contact with the resident who advised they accidently dialed 911.
10/30/2014	1:31 AM	Domestic Dispute	North Ave.	On the stated date and time officers responded to the listed location in reference to a domestic dispute. Upon further investigation it was determined that no violence or threats had occurred. Both parties agreed to separate for the night and remain calm.
10/30/2014	11:56 AM	Alarm Drop	Gay St.	On the above date and time, officers responded to the listed location in reference to a residential  alarm drop. Upon arrival, the front door was found standing open. Officers searched the interior of the residence, but didn't locate anything out of the usual. It was later determined that the door was not fully secured and was possibly blown open by the wind. The residence was secured before leaving.
10/30/2014	4:15 PM	Warrant - Misdemeanor	Willowbrook Ct.	On the above date and time, while on routine patrol,  an officer observed a male subject at the listed location and had prior knowledge of an existing warrant out of the Madison County Municipal Court for Failure to Appear. Ruben H. Stutzman, age 47yoa of Plain City was placed into custody without incident. He was subsequently transported to the Tri-County Regional Jail.
10/30/2014	7:35 PM	Recovered/Found Property	Doe St.	On the stated date and time, while on foot patrol in the area of the listed location, an officer had a cell phone turned over to them. The owner was located and it was returned.
10/31/2014	9:55 AM	Civil Dispute/Standby	West Main St.	On the above date and time, at the request of Ohio Edison, an officer conducted a civil standby at the listed location while an employee changed a meter. The standby went without incident.

10/31/2014	6:14 PM	Driving Complaint	Village Blvd.	On the listed date and time an officer responded to the listed location on the report of erratic driving. Upon arrival the officer met with the driver and vehicle owner and spoke to him about the complaint and advised him of possible consequences.

Upon arrival a door to the business was found unsecure and the premises was check and a keyholder responded to secure the building.
11/1/2014	11:51 PM	Fire Support	North Chillicothe St.	On the listed date and time, an officer was requested by crew members of Medic 261 to respond to the listed location in regards to an unwanted person at the residence. The officer remained on the scene as the medics transported the party to the hospital for treatment.

Dispatch advised that on call back there was no answer. The officer checked the residence which is vacant and the area around it and was unable to locate anyone.

11/3/2014	7:21 PM	Well-being Check	Lewis Cir.	On the listed date and time an officer responded to the listed location in reference to a well-being check. The caller advised they have been unable to contact their mother and was concerned due to recent health issues. Upon arrival contact was made and she was fine. She was advised to contact her son.
11/4/2014	12:35 PM	Animal Complaint - Other	South Chillicothe St.	On the listed date and time, an officer responded to the listed location on the report of a raccoon near the building close to the art room of the school. The principle was concerned due to kids walking from the cafeteria to the playground for recess. Upon arrival, the officer located the raccoon, which did not appear to be sick. The officer captured the raccoon using a pole-noose and took to the east side of the school near the creek where it was released.
11/4/2014	3:40 PM	Road Hazard	US Rt. 42 S	On the stated date and time, an officer was dispatched to the intersection of US RT 42 and Alcott Road in reference to a semi tire in the roadway. Upon arrival, the officer located several pieces of a semi tire in the roadway and removed it from the roadway.
11/4/2014	3:55 PM	Juvenile	South Chillicothe St.	On the listed date and time, an officer met with a school representative at the Plain City Elementary School. She advised there were four older youth boys on the playground with the latch-key kids. The principle did not want the older kids on the playground while the latch-key kids were at school until 6PM. The officer met with the boys (14-15 years of age), and they were advised not to be on the playground when there were latch-key kids present and/or until the latch-key was done at 6PM. They advised they understood and would comply with the schools request.
11/4/2014	5:33 PM	Suspicious Circumstances	West Second Ave.	On the above date and time, an officer responded to the listed location in reference to suspicious circumstances. Upon further investigation everything was determined to be okay.
11/4/2014	8:54 PM	Drug Paraphernalia/Warrant	Plain City-Georgesville Rd.	On the stated date and time, an officer initiated a traffic stop with a vehicle for an equipment violation at the listed location.  Upon further investigation through LEADS it was discovered that the driver, Scott B. Zyvonoski, 31yoa of Plain City, was currently under suspension and had an active warrant for failure to appear out of the Columbus Police Department.  Scott was placed into custody without incident. While searching him, it was discovered he was in possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia. He was issued a citation for Child Support Suspension, No Operators License,  One Headlight, and Drug Possession and Drug Paraphernalia. He was transported and released to a CPD officer for his active warrant.
11/5/2014	6:33 AM	Miscellaneous - Unclassified	North Ave.	On this date and time, an officer responded to the listed location on the report of a stolen vehicle. Upon arrival and further investigation it was discovered the vehicle was repossessed and not stolen.
11/5/2014	4:26 PM	Well-being Check	Stenner Ct.	On the stated date and time, an officer responded to the listed location in reference to a well being check. Upon arrival everything was determined to be fine.
11/5/2014	5:21 PM	Parking Complaint	South Chillicothe St.	On the stated date and time,  an officer responded to the elementary school on the report of a vehicle parked on the basketball court. Upon arrival contact was made and the vehicle was moved.
11/6/2014	10:16 AM	Non-Injury Crash/Private	South Jefferson Ave.	On the above date and time, an officer responded to the listed location in reference to a vehicle that had crashed into the building. Upon arrival and after further investigation, the officer learned that the driver had struck the south side of the building while parking her vehicle. The driver advised that after she came to a stop her car lunged forward and struck the building. This caused minor damage to her vehicle and possibly cracked the brick mortar on the building. There was also damage to the interior wall of the building. A report was taken for insurance purposes.
11/6/2014	11:07 PM	Assist Other Agency	Grant Ave.	On the stated date and time officers responded to the listed location in reference to a threatened suicide. The caller advised that another person had called and threatened to harm themselves.  Upon arrival it was discovered the caller making threats was at another residence in Madison County.  The Madison County S.O. was advised of the situation and they had deputies respond to the residence in the county.
11/7/2014	3:24 AM	Suspicious Person/Vehicle	Village Blvd.	On the stated date and time an officer observed an unknown male sleeping in a vehicle on the lot of the listed location. The driver advised he was on his way to visit family and stopped to rest. Everything checked okay.
11/7/2014	5:35 PM	Miscellaneous	North Ave.	On the stated date and time, an officer responded to the listed location in reference to a 911 Hang-up. Upon arrival, a mother advised her adult son was upset and broke a window inside the residence. The son agreed to calm down for the evening and was upset over a family issue. He did not threaten the mother, she was concerned due to his behavior. A mental health referral was made.
11/8/2014	12:19 AM	Assist Other Agency	US Rt. 42 N	On the listed date and time, an officer was requested to assist the Union County Sheriff's Office with locating a male in the roadway.  Dispatch had received several 911 calls in reference to a male standing  close to the side of the roadway on US 42. Upon arrival the officer located the man near the roadway and then stood by with him until the arrival of the deputies to take over the scene.
11/8/2014	3:05 PM	911 Unknown	Coachman Dr.	On the stated date and time an officer responded to the listed location in reference to a 911unknown. Upon arrival the resident advised their phone was broke and they accidently dialed 911.
11/8/2014	5:36 PM	911 Follow-up	Central Ave.	On the stated date and time, an officer responded to the area of the listed location in reference to a 911 Follow-up. An officer spoke with several residents and nothing appeared out of the norm. A resident called back later to advised that a small child had unlocked their phone and dialed 9-1-1
11/9/2014	11:35 AM	Assist Other Agency	US Rt. 42 N	On the listed date and time an officer was advised of a driving complaint that occurred on US 33 and continued south bound on US 42 involving a silver Ford Truck. The UCSO asked that the officer attempt to locate the vehicle. The officer was able to locate the vehicle at the listed location and initiated a traffic stop. The officer held the scene until the arrival of UCSO deputies.

11/9/2014	6:30 PM	Miscellaneous - Unclassified	Maple St.	On the stated date and time an officer responded to the listed location in reference to a trespassing complaint. A daughter threatened her father that she was coming to his house from Columbus to cause harm to herself because the father would not give her money. The daughter is not permitted at the residence due to long-term drug issues. The father was advised to contact the police department is she were to show up.
11/9/2014	9:27 PM	Animal Complaint - Other	North Ave.	On the listed date and time, an officer responded to the listed location in reference to a missing dog.  The caller advised that a neighbor witnessed another person pick up the callers dog described as a beige/brown muscular Pug, "Buster." The dog had got loose from the caller and the unknown person picked up the dog. The owner was advised to contact local vet's and humane society to see if the person turned the dog in.
11/10/2014	6:27 PM	Suspicious Vehicle	Gray St.	On the stated date and time officers responded to a suspicious person walking around a residence with a flashlight. Upon our arrival it was learned the person was interested in buying the house and was checking on its condition.
11/11/2014	11:15 AM	Miscellaneous - Unclassified	Shepper Ave.	On this date and time, an officer responded to the JA High School to meet with the principle, the MCSO and a student regarding an event that occurred at a residence in Plain City. Contact was made with the parent and report to the UCDOJFS was made.
11/11/2014	2:43 PM	Alarm Drop	Murlay Dr.	On the stated date and time an officer responded to the listed location in reference to an alarm drop. Upon arrival everything checked okay.
11/11/2014	4:45 PM	Parking Complaint	South Jefferson Ave.	On the stated date and time, an officer was flagged down at the listed location in regards to a  perking complaint. Upon further investigation it was discovered the vehicles in question were parked legally.
11/11/2014	4:50 PM	DOC	South Jefferson Ave.	On the stated date and time, an officer was flagged down by a male at the listed location. He advised he stopped in the business with another female juvenile and was eventually asked to leave after an argument had ensued about his previous termination from the store. While the officer was speaking with the male, a customer from the Dollar General pulled up to the officer and advised that the male he was speaking with was out of line and causing a disturbance inside the store. The customer stated that that the male was using foul language and the manager didn’t do anything wrong. The officer then responded to the Dollar General and spoke with the manager. The manager advised that the former employee and another female came into the store and started causing a scene because he was terminated. The manager further stated that the male called her several vulgar names and was yelling while there were other customers in the store.  The manager did not want to pursue with criminal charges at this time, but requested that the officer advise the former employee and the juvenile female that they were no longer permitted on the Dollar General property or they would be criminally charged. The officer made contact with the former employee and explained the situation to him and he was given a warning for Disorderly Conduct. He was advised to stay away from the business or he could be criminally charged. The officer also made contact with juveniles father, and advised him of the same.
11/11/2014	9:07 PM	Warrant - Misdemeanor	West Main St.	On the stated date and time, an officer initiated a traffic stop for a registration violation. Candie N. Bragg, 27yoa of Columbus was subsequently issued a citation for Failure to Transfer Registration and FRA Suspension. The vehicle was also impounded.  The driver  had an entered warrant for her arrest out of the Hilliard Police Department for failure to appear and was turned over to their custody.
11/12/2014	12:05 AM	Suspicious Circumstances	West Main St.	On the stated date and time an officer responded to the listed location in reference to suspicious circumstances. The caller advised that she heard someone trying to get in her backdoor. The caller then stated that she believed it was her refrigerator making the noise. Upon arrival the officer checked the area but was unable to locate anything out of the ordinary.
11/12/2014	12:12 AM	Telecom Harassment	Friend St.	On the stated date and time an officer met with a subject at the Police Department in reference to a telecommunication harassment complaint. Contact was made to the suspect and advised to cease contact.
11/12/2014	7:18 PM	Driving Complaint	US Rt. 42 N	On the stated date and time, an officer responded to the listed location in regards to a driving complaint. The vehicle was located and a traffic stop was made. The driver, Sonya L. Daum was issued a citation for OVI Suspension and  Marked Lanes and released. The vehicle was impounded.
