The caller advised an intoxicated male forced his way in and tried to start a fight with the residents however, eventually vacated the apartment. Upon arrival officers located the man, Garold Hamm, walking down the street. Subsequently, Garold was arrested and charged with Burglary and transported to Tri-County Regional Jail.

The complainant advised a maroon SUV had followed her from Dublin and pulled into Hydro Spray when she pulled into the Police Department lot. Officer canvassed the area, including the Hydro Spray lot and did not locate a maroon SUV anywhere. The officer relayed this information to the complainant, who thanked the officer and left the building.

Officer observed a vehicle pull up to a house under construction and the driver walk inside. Upon further investigation, it was an employee of the construction company. It was learned, the individual did not have a valid driver’s license and had a suspended driver’s license. The driver was cited for the traffic offenses and advised of his court date.

Officer was dispatched in reference to a loose dog complaint. Upon arrival, officer located a black greyhound-mix dog wandering around the neighborhood. Several attempts were made to try and capture the dog however, the dog was extremely skittish. The dog disappeared between two houses, the officer canvassed the area but couldn't locate the dog.

Officers arrested Kenny Mounts for a felony probation warrant out of Union County. While conducting a search of his person, prescription medication was found in Kenny's pocket. Possible felony charges are pending lab analysis. A Union County Sheriff's Deputy arrived on scene and transported Kenny to Tri-County Regional Jail.
