Officer was dispatched to the listed location in reference to a someone throwing eggs on a vehicle. Upon arrival, officer met with the caller, who advised that sometime in the past half hour someone threw two eggs on her vehicle. The caller advised there is no damage to the vehicle and wanted the incident documented due to having other issues with an unknown person messing around her residence. Once the incident was document. the officer returned to patrol.

The caller advised he was upset and wanted to speak with someone before the situation got worse. Officers spoke with the individual and he was able to calm down and advised he was doing better. Once determining everything to be okay, officers returned to patrol.

Officer was dispatched to the listed location in reference to a credit card theft complaint. Upon arrival, officer made contact with an individual that reported he received a text from Apple stating that a $69.78 transaction took place at a Birmingham, AL Papa Johns. The individual advised that he had contacted Mastercard and they would be reimbursing him for the loss, but needed a report on file. A police report was taken.

Officer was dispatched to the listed location in reference to a non-injury private property crash. Upon arrival, officer made contact with the caller who advised a red Nissan Versa struck, her silver Honda Odyssey, while parking causing a minor scratch and dent. The officer observed the damage and a report was taken.

Officer was dispatched to the listed location in reference to recovered property. Upon arrival, officer made contact with the caller, who advised a credit card was left inside one of the gas pumps. The credit card was turned in to the business. Contact was made with the owner of the credit card and it was returned.

Upon arrival, the officer spoke with the resident and stayed on scene until deputies arrived. Once the Madison County Sheriff's Office was on scene and the officers assistance was no longer needed, he returned to patrol.

An individual came into the police department wishing to speak to an officer regarding a custody exchange. The reporting party stated that the parties normally meets on Sundays, at a specific time, for a custody exchange of their child. The other party did not show up at the normal time. Officer called and spoke with the other party, who advised he was following the court order. That information was relayed to the reporting party. Both parties advised they would be contacting their legal counsel. Once the officer was no longer needed, he returned to patrol.

Officers responded to the listed location for an alarm drop from the loading dock motion sensor. Upon arrival, all doors were secured and nothing seemed suspicious from outside the listed location. A keyholder was advised via public service and advised they were not responding. Both units then returned to patrol.

Officer observed a suspicious blue Chevrolet parked in front of the listed location. Officer made contact with the driver, who advised he pulled over to use the phone. After not observing anything out of the ordinary, and once the driver was on his way, the officer returned to patrol.

Officers were dispatched to the listed location in reference to a possible drug overdose. The caller advised, a subject, consumed an unknown amount of unknown pills. Prior to officers arriving, the subject left the listed location on foot but shortly returned. Officers were able to make contact with the subject, assessed the situation and provided the necessary resources. Once everything was deemed ok, officer returned to patrol.

Officer received a direct call at the police department in reference to a scam call. The caller advised someone claiming to be from Best Buy Geek Squad contacted her stating that she had $30,000 transferred into her bank account, that she needed to withdraw it and send it to them to avoid hackers taking it. The caller did contact her bank and they advised they would monitor her account. The officer took a report and recommended she monitor her bank account as well and to also file a complaint with the FTC.

Officer was dispatched to the listed location in reference to suicide threats. Upon arrival, officer made contact with the resident. After speaking with the resident and gathering more information, the resident advised that she did not want to hurt herself and that she was fine. After deeming everything to be okay, officer returned to patrol.

Officer met at the police department in reference to questions regarding photographs. The complainant advised that she shared some personal photos with her soon to be ex-spouse and she wanted the officer to make contact and tell the ex-spouse, the photos need to be deleted. Officer explained, we do not have the authority to make the ex-spouse delete the photos, since she shared the photos. Officer suggested that the complainant speak with an attorney. After all questions were answered, officer returned to patrol.

Upon arrival, officer spoke with station 261 personnel who advised an unknown juvenile had accidently pulled a pull station alarm. Station 261 personnel advised that the alarm was reset and the officers assistance was no longer needed.

Officer was met at the police department in reference to an identity theft complaint.  Officer was advised that letters were received from the Ohio Department of Jobs and Family Services, that indicated someone had filed an unemployment claim in her name and from Wells Fargo, that someone opened a bank account in her name. The complainant advised that she has already been in contact with both entities. Officer took a report and also referred to the Ohio Attorney General's Office for identity theft.

Officers responded to the listed location on a wellbeing check. Upon arrival, officers met with the occupants of the residence. Officers advised the complaint that was received. Officer received a complaint on a possible solicitor. Officer arrived at the listed location and met with the complainant and was advised that two days ago a female came to her door attempting to solicit for a window service. She stated the female was driving a green unknown SUV, which has passed her house on different occasions, which she has seen on her Ring doorbell camera. Officer asked for the videos to be sent to him, from her Ring doorbell, for the report. Officer advised her to notify the police if she saw her again. Officer patrolled the area but was unable to locate the vehicle.

Upon arrival, officer made contact with an individual who stated he was with Window Nation dropping off flyers, speaking with potential customers and offering them a free estimate. Officer asked him if he had a permit to solicit in the Village limits and he stated that he did not. Officer issued a summons for soliciting without a permit.

Officer was met at the police department in reference to a missing elderly person. The reporting party informed the officer that his elderly mother-in-law left her residence around 5:15AM, which was unusual and that her cellphone died and there was no way of reaching her. The missing person was located shortly after the report was made. After determining everything to be ok, officer then returned to patrol.

A short time later, contact was made with the resident and she advised it was accidental and everything was fine.

While checking the listed location, an employee showed up, and requested officers to do a walk-through of the building. Officers walked through the listed location and no one was inside nor did anything appeared tampered with. After our services were no longer needed, we returned to patrol.

Officer responded to the listed location in reference to a neighbor dispute. Upon arrival, the reporting party advised that she heard yelling and screaming coming from outside her apartment. Upon arrival, officer met with the individuals who were arguing and advised them of the complaint. Both parties stated that they would keep to themselves and remain civil for the remainder of the day. Officer advised that if there are issues in the future to contact the police department.
