8/30/2015	1:12 PM	Assist Other Unit	Carlisle Ave.	Officer assisted the Madison County Sheriff's Office in locating a vehicle from a BOLO out of Champaign County. The vehicle was a silver 1996 Honda Civic. The driver had threatened suicide and claimed to have a gun. The Champaign County Sheriff's Office also requested that the suspect be arrested in reference to a Protection Order Violation that had just occurred. Vehicle was located and the suspect was placed into custody.

Officer found that the canine was fine and that the owner had been keeping the canine cool by starting the vehicle.

His vehicle was towed to the Plain City Impound Lot.

Upon further investigation, Roger Greenberg had used a knife to scratch the sides of the victim's vehicle due to being angry over the victim's driving habits. Roger Greenberg was charged with Criminal Damaging.

Officer located suspect vehicle, which he observed operating recklessly and initiated traffic stop. Todd Holstlaw was subsequently arrested for OVI and charged with OVI, Driving Under Suspension and Marked Lanes.

9/3/2015	4:29 PM	Non-Injury Crash	West Ave.	Officer responded to the location in reference to a non-injury accident. After further investigation, Janet Steskil was issued a citation for Failure to Yield from a Stop Sign.
9/3/2015	7:21 PM	Warrant - Misdemeanor	West Bigelow Ave.	Officers arrested Amber Lund on an outstanding warrant. She was transported to the Tri-County Regional Jail.

Upon arrival, Officer located a black Hummer style limo with its drivers door open and other suspicious circumstances. After speaking to the owner, the officer was able to secure the vehicle.

9/5/2015	11:36 PM	Suspicious Person/Vehicle	South Jefferson Ave.	Officer observed a red Jeep parked at closed business. He also observed a male walking in-between cars and opening car doors. Upon contact, the individual, stated that he was looking at buying a new truck and wanted to look inside a few of the vehicles. Subject advised he would come back in the morning.
9/6/2015	12:24 AM	Assist Other Agency	Converse-Huff Rd.	Officer responded to the area of US RT 42 and the south corporation limits in reference to a BOLO out of the Madison County Sheriff's Office. Sheriff's Office was attempting to locate a dark colored, four door occupied by two black males. The vehicle pulled into a driveway on Converse Huff Road and the driver exited the vehicle and as he did so, the complainant observed a blue light inside the car. He also observed the subject point, what appeared to be a handgun, into the air as he walked around the vehicle. The complainant yelled at the subject, who got back into his vehicle and calmly left the area. Plain City Officer later located the vehicle and driver in question. It was later determined that the vehicle was stolen out of Columbus, Ohio and that the driver was impaired.

The caller advised that a white panel van had driven by his residence slowly "checking out" the area. Upon arrival to the area, the officer located the van parked in front of a residence on Murlay Drive. Officer made contact with the driver and learned that he had just returned from lunch and was painting the exterior of this residence.

Malcome advised his vehicle ran out of gas on Taylor Blair and that he had ridden a bike into town to attempt to find help to get back to Hilliard. It was later determined that Malcome was not telling the truth and was in possession of drug paraphernalia. He was charged with Obstructing Official Business and for Possession of a Drug Abuse Instrument. He was later transported to Tri-County Jail.

Upon arrival, officer learned that the complainant's young son closed the door and locked the deadbolt while she was standing outside. She advised that she had been trying for about 30 minutes to get him to unlock the door, but he would not.. She further advised that there is no key for the lock, which was confirmed by the building manager. The Pleasant Valley Fire Department arrived on the scene and was able to gain access through the second story living room window. They opened the front door and Victoria then confirmed that her son was fine.

Officer made contact with the driver who stated that he was there on behalf of the residence owner due to domestic issues, which was confirmed.

Upon arrival and after further investigation, Matthew Brown was subsequently arrested for domestic violence and transported to the Tri-County Jail.
9/19/2015	1:31 AM	Warrant - Misdemeanor	North Chillicothe St.	Officer initiated a traffic stop with a vehicle on Plain City-Georgesville Rd, south of the elementary school and learned that the driver had a warrant out of Marysville for domestic violence. Michael McBride was arrested on the warrant and later turned over to the Marysville Police Department.
9/19/2015	2:14 AM	Assist Other Agency	US Rt. 42 NE	Officer assisted the Ohio State Highway Patrol in locating a male subject standing in the middle of the road attempting to stop traffic. Officer located the male subject who was intoxicated and stood by until the highway patrol arrived on the scene.
9/19/2015	2:18 AM	DOC	West Bigelow Ave.	Officer responded to Lee's Bar in reference to a patron that was causing a disturbance. Upon officer's arrival and after further investigation, Jason Walker was arrested and charged with Persistent Disorderly Conduct and Open Container (outside of bar). Jacob Walker was arrested and charged with Obstructing Official Business.

9/19/2015	6:54 PM	Assist Other Agency	US Rt. 42 N	Officer responded to the area of 161 in reference to a suspicious vehicle heading eastbound. The Union County Sheriff's Office advised a green Jeep Cherokee had been at the old public school at 8875 SR 4 in Irwin and that the occupants had climbed over the fence. The Sheriff's Office requested that the vehicle be stopped if located. The officer located the vehicle in question and learned that the occupants had been at the school to take photos, but never climbed the fence. Sheriff's Office did not want subjects detained.
9/19/2015	8:26 PM	Juvenile	Dickens Ln.	Officer responded to the area of Dickens Lane in reference to juveniles riding their bikes on a dirt mound on private property. Officer located one of the juveniles who admitted that he and his friends were riding their bikes on the dirt mounds. Officer explained to the juvenile that the property owner did not want them on the property due to safety reasons.
9/19/2015	10:04 PM	DOC	West Bigelow Ave.	Officers were dispatched to the area in reference to a possible assault. The caller advised dispatch that her friend was possibly assaulted by her boyfriend and that he took off running. Officer's located the subject and after further investigation, Joshua West was charged with Disorderly Conduct.
9/20/2015	12:24 AM	Suspicious Person/Vehicle	South Jefferson Ave.	While on routine patrol, officer observed a tan Chevrolet Impala parked on the lot of a closed business. Officer made contact with the driver and learned that the driver was reviewing his delivery route.
9/20/2015	1:23 AM	Assist Other Agency	Smith-Calhoun Rd.	Officers were requested by the Madison County Sheriff's Office to respond to the listed location in reference to a male subject trying to force entry into a residence. Upon arrival of the officers, they attempted to locate the suspect and secured the scene until deputies from the sheriff's office arrived.
