Officers initiated a traffic stop on a vehicle with several traffic violations. After further investigation, Logan Johnson, 25, of Plain City, was arrested and charged with Failure to Comply, Open Container, OVI, OVI Super Concentration, No Headlights, No Turn Signal, Failure to Stop at a Stop Sign and Failure to Reinstate Suspension. He submitted to a BAC test, which resulted in 0.287% BAC. He was transported to Tri-County Regional Jail.
