The vehicle was towed to Kirby's Impound Lot. The vehicle owner, Candy Parkison-Ingram, 59, of Hilliard, was issued a parking citation.

23-Jul-23	5:58:00 PM	Domestic Violence - Misdemeanor	Madison Ave.	Officers responded on a report of a domestic violence incident. After further investigation, James Cameron Kile, 22, of Plain City, was arrested and charged with Domestic Violence. He was transported to Tri-County Regional Jail.

The caller reported, a known subject had been calling and texting her numerous times throughout the day and showed up at her residence. She wants no contact with the subject. The subject was contacted and trespassed from the property and warned for Telecommunication Harassment.

Upon arrival, officers made contact with the male who was highly intoxicated. After further investigation, Daniel Rijos, 35, of Columbus, was charged with Disorderly Conduct. Medic 261arrived on scene and transported him to the hospital.

After further investigation, Logan Johnson, 25, of Plain City, was arrested and charged with Failure to Comply, Open Container, OVI, OVI Super Concentration, No Headlights, No Turn Signal, Failure to Stop at a Stop Sign and Failure to Reinstate Suspension. He submitted to a BAC test, which resulted in 0.287% BAC. He was transported to Tri-County Regional Jail.
