They stated that they were just having a dispute over the business and admitted were fairly loud so that other people could hear. Upon arrival, Officer spoke with the complainant, who advised three bicycles were taken from the listed location. Officer was dispatched to the listed location in reference to a loud noise complaint. Upon arrival, Officer spoke with the resident about her music playing in her vehicle while she was cleaning it. Officer advised the resident to keep the volume down so it does not bother anyone.

Officer was dispatched to the listed location in reference to a canine left unattended in a vehicle. Upon arrival, Officer observed a white GMC Sierra with a brown canine in a cage in the truck bed. The canine was showing no signs of distress. Officer was unable to locate the vehicle owner but left a business card on the door. Officer received a phone call from the vehicle owner who advised he brought the canine water and checked on it occasionally to make sure it was fine. The vehicle owner advised he understood if someone was concerned due to the heat.

She stated that she was attempting to serve medical assistance to the resident and could not make contact. Station 261 was dispatched and provided assistance with entrance into the residence. The resident then voluntarily went with the medics to the hospital.

The resident stated that he contacted the company and learned that the personal information that was used in opening the account was not his. He advised that he is disputing the collection and trying to get it removed from his credit report. A police report to document that the fraud/identity theft was reported.
