Officer was dispatched, along with Medic 261 to the listed location in reference to a male with suicidal thoughts. Upon arrival with Medic 261, Officers met with the caller and male subject. The male was transported to the hospital without incident.

Officer responded to the listed location in reference to a truck and trailer that had just been stolen. Timothy J. Bellomy was issued a citation for Expired Operator's License, Driving Under Suspension, No Valid Operator's License and Seat Belt. Timothy J. Bellomy was placed into custody and transported to the Police Department until Union County Sheriff's Deputies arrived and took custody of the driver for criminal charges. The truck and trailer were released to the owner.

Officer met with a resident at the police department. The resident advised that he came home from work and noticed that the front door of his residence was open. Upon checking the residence the resident stated that there was nothing missing. He requested the incident be documented.

Officer received a direct complaint in reference to a well being check. After speaking with the resident, her son and her son's girlfriend and having Station 261 medics present, it was determined that the resident was capable of caring for herself. Officers advised all parties to contact the Police Department with any further issues.

Officers were dispatched to the listed location in reference a suspicious circumstance. Officer made contact with the male subjects that were loading scrap metal into a flatbed trailer. Officer made contact with the property owner, who advised the subjects had permission to take the scrap metal.

Officer was dispatched to the listed location in reference to someone attempting to get into the residence. Upon arrival, Officer met with the tenant to the residence who advised she had locked herself out of the residence and could not get in. Officers were able to unlock the door for the resident.

Upon arrival, Officer made contact with the caller who advised the small miniature pincher canine was on his porch when he came outside. Officer made contact with the owner who advised it was his canine. The owner was advised to keep the canine leashed or he could be cited.

Officers were dispatched to the listed location in reference to a possible domestic violence incident. The daughter advised that no threats or physical altercation occurred in Plain City. Officer advised the mother and daughter to keep the doors locked and to contact the police department if he arrives back at the residence.
