7/31/2017	12:21 PM	Assist Other Agency	Noteman Rd.	Officer responded to the listed location in reference to a truck and trailer that had just been stolen. Timothy J. Bellomy was issued a citation for Expired Operator's License, Driving Under Suspension, No Valid Operator's License and Seat Belt. Timothy J. Bellomy was placed into custody and transported to the Police Department until Union County Sheriff's Deputies arrived and took custody of the driver for criminal charges. The truck and trailer were released to the owner.

Officer made contact with the caller who stated that she slid her phone into her purse and it had accidently dialed 911. She advised that she was fine. 8/2/2017	10:39 PM	Suspicious Person/Vehicle	Village Blvd.	Officer was on station and received a call in reference to a car sitting the lot of the listed location running with its lights on. After speaking with the male occupant, Officer determined everything to be okay.	Lovejoy's Market / IGA
8/2/2017	4:31 PM	Suspicious Circumstances	Gay St.	Officer met with a resident at the police department. The resident advised that he came home from work and noticed that the front door of his residence was open. Upon checking the residence the resident stated that there was nothing missing. He requested the incident be documented.
8/2/2017	4:34 PM	CIT Incident	Fairfield Dr.	Officer received a direct complaint in reference to a well being check. After speaking with the resident, her son and her son's girlfriend and having Station 261 medics present, it was determined that the resident was capable of caring for herself. Officers advised all parties to contact the Police Department with any further issues.
8/2/2017	4:48 PM	911 Unknown	Fairfield Dr.	Officer was dispatched to the listed location in reference a 911 Unknown. Officer was able to make contact with the caller. She stated that she called 911 due to a medical issue but she decided to drive to the hospital rather than be transported by the medics.	Madison Square Apartments

8/2/2017	9:48 PM	Suspicious Circumstances	West Main St.	Officers were dispatched to the listed location in reference a suspicious circumstance. Officer made contact with the male subjects that were loading scrap metal into a flatbed trailer. Officer made contact with the property owner, who advised the subjects had permission to take the scrap metal.	Tavern 161
8/3/2017	7:00 PM	Recovered/Found Property	South Chillicothe St.	Officer was met at the listed location by the caller who advised he had found property. The property was later returned to the property owner.
8/3/2017	12:59 AM	Assist Other Agency	US Rt. 42 N	Officer was requested by the Union County Sheriff's Office to assist on a traffic stop reference to a vehicle stopped in the middle of the roadway. Upon arrival, Officer stood by while Deputy completed the stop. Officer stood by until assistance was no longer needed.
8/4/2017	2:38 AM	Assist Other Agency	US Rt. 33	Officer was requested by the Union County Sheriff’s Office to assist with a traffic stop. Deputy located a firearm and requested assistance. Upon arrival, Officer stood by until assistance was no longer needed.
8/4/2017	4:04 PM	Animal Complaint - Other	West Bigelow Ave.	Officer was dispatched to the listed location in reference to a found canine. Upon arrival, Officer spoke with the caller who advised she had found a brown faced canine with a white body outside the listed location. The canine ran away before the Officer could get it secured. 8/4/2017	8:20 PM	Traffic Stop	South Chillicothe St.	Officer conducted a routine registration check on a blue Oldsmobile Alero. Officer learned that the registration returned to a maroon Ford Focus. James Robinette was issued a citation for Financial Responsibility Act Suspension, Failure to Transfer Registration and No Operator's License.
8/4/2017	9:17 PM	Miscellaneous - Unclassified	West Main St.	Officer was dispatched to the listed location in reference to someone attempting to get into the residence. Upon arrival, Officer met with the tenant to the residence who advised she had locked herself out of the residence and could not get in. Officers were able to unlock the door for the resident.

Upon arrival, Officer made contact with the caller who advised the small miniature pincher canine was on his porch when he came outside. Officer made contact with the owner who advised it was his canine. The owner was advised to keep the canine leashed or he could be cited.

Per the complainant's request, Officer advised the complainant's ex-girlfriend's father not to call the complainant at work and that he still wanted to remain friends. The father advised he would relay the message to his daughter.
8/5/2017	9:47 PM	Domestic Dispute	West Main St.	Officers were dispatched to the listed location in reference to a possible domestic violence incident. The daughter advised that no threats or physical altercation occurred in Plain City. Officer advised the mother and daughter to keep the doors locked and to contact the police department if he arrives back at the residence.
