11/22/2017	3:29 PM	Disabled Vehicle	East Main St.	Officer observed a grey Honda Civic parked in a pull-off of the listed location. The vehicle appeared to be stuck in the mud. Officer made contact with the occupants who advised Officer that they had AAA en route to pull them out of the mud. After determining everything to be fine, Officer returned to patrol.

11/22/2017	8:19 PM	Obstruction of Official Business	Village Blvd.	Officer initiated a traffic stop and made contact with three subjects.  Troy Fala was ultimately cited for Obstructing Official Business, Open Container, Non-Compliance Suspension, Physical Control Suspension, License Forfeiture Suspension and No Valid Operator License.   Troy was transported to the Tri-County Regional Jail without incident. Officers placed Paul into custody without incident. Officer transported him to the Tri-County Regional Jail and released him into their custody.

11/25/2017	5:57 AM	Suspicious Circumstances	West Main St.	Officer was dispatched to the listed location in reference to a suspicious circumstance.  Upon arrival, Officer could not locate any suspicious persons, however, observed a garbage truck with its lights emptying dumpsters. 11/25/2017	6:35 AM	Driving Complaint	SR 161 E	Officer was dispatched to the area of SR 161 east in reference to a driving complaint. Officer initiated a traffic stop with the vehicle and made contact with the driver, Officer deemed everything to be fine and returned to patrol.

11/25/2017	4:30 PM	Drunk Driver	South Jefferson Ave.	Officer conducted a routine registration check on a red Toyota Corolla as it was leaving the listed location. Officer initiated a traffic stop with the vehicle and made contact with the driver, Ken Collins.  Ken was charged with Failure to Transfer Registration, OVI, and Prior Refusal within 20 years.  His vehicle was towed to the Plain City Impound Lot. 11/25/2017	7:42 PM	Traffic Stop	Willowbrook Ct.	Officer initiated a traffic stop and made contact with the driver/owner Jodi Williamson.  Jodi was subsequently issued a citation for No Valid OL, Failure to Reinstate and Driving on a Non-Compliance Suspension.   Jodi’s vehicle was towed to the Plain City Police Department Impound.
11/26/2017	8:18 PM	Warrant - Misdemeanor	US Rt. 42 N	Officer initiated a traffic stop and made contact made contact with the driver, Jacob Patterson, and the vehicle owner/front seat passenger.  Officer found that Jacob had a confirmed warrant out of the Marysville Police Department for Failure to Appear on a traffic offense. Jacob was subsequently placed into custody for the warrant and issued a traffic citation for Non-Compliance Suspension, License Forfeiture Suspension, No Valid Operator License, and One Headlight-Two Headlights Required.  Officer issued the passenger/vehicle owner a verbal warning for wrongful entrustment.

Officer dispatched to the area of the listed location in reference to a deer that had been recently struck and injured.  Officer was unable to locate any deer that had been injured and still alive. Officer then returned to patrol.

Officer learned that the owner of the building that complainant’s business is located in had given subject permission to paint on the windows. 11/17/2017	3:04 PM	Assist Other Agency	US Rt. 42 N	Officer was requested by the Union County Sheriff’s Office to check the area of US 42 near Rickard Road for a possible injury crash. Officer helped control traffic until assistance was no longer needed.

Officers went to the listed location in reference to a warrant service on Jodi Williamson for Failure to Appear on a traffic offense.  Jodi was also charged with Obstructing Official Business.   She was transported to the police department for processing and later taken to the Tri-County Regional Jail and was released into their custody.
11/18/2017	3:10 PM	Solicitor	Maple St.	Officer was dispatched to the 300 block of Gay Street for a possible solicitor. Officer met with Christopher Nieves and Edward Turner. Both parties advised they were attempting to solicit business for PALMCO energy. Both parties were issued citations for Peddler/Solicitor.
11/19/2017	4:47 PM	Dead on Arrival	Stenner Ct.	Officer responded to the listed location in reference to a non breather. Officer spoke to caller upon arrival who advised her mother was not breathing. Medic 261 arrived shortly after and determined caller’s mother was deceased. After further investigation, it appeared subject passed from natural causes.
11/19/2017	12:09 AM	Domestic Violence - Misdemeanor	Madison Ave.	Officers were dispatched to the listed location in reference to a domestic dispute. Upon arrival, Officer met with Megan McDuffee and one male subject.  Megan McDuffee was subsequently placed in custody for Domestic Violence.  Megan was later transported to Tri-County Jail.
11/19/2017	12:27 PM	Animal Complaint - Other	West Main St.	Officer was dispatched to the area of W. Main St. and S. Chillicothe St. referencing a stray dog walking in the roadway.  Officer checked the area but was unable to locate the canine.
