Officer made contact with the occupants who advised Officer that they had AAA en route to pull them out of the mud. After determining everything to be fine, Officer returned to patrol.

Officer initiated a traffic stop and made contact with three subjects.  Troy Fala was ultimately cited for Obstructing Official Business, Open Container, Non-Compliance Suspension, Physical Control Suspension, License Forfeiture Suspension and No Valid Operator License.   Troy was transported to the Tri-County Regional Jail without incident. The GMC envoy was towed to the impound lot.

Officer conducted a routine registration check on a red Toyota Corolla as it was leaving the listed location. Officer initiated a traffic stop with the vehicle and made contact with the driver, Ken Collins.  Ken was charged with Failure to Transfer Registration, OVI, and Prior Refusal within 20 years.  His vehicle was towed to the Plain City Impound Lot.

Officer initiated a traffic stop and made contact made contact with the driver, Jacob Patterson, and the vehicle owner/front seat passenger.  Officer found that Jacob had a confirmed warrant out of the Marysville Police Department for Failure to Appear on a traffic offense. Jacob was subsequently placed into custody for the warrant and issued a traffic citation for Non-Compliance Suspension, License Forfeiture Suspension, No Valid Operator License, and One Headlight-Two Headlights Required.  Officer issued the passenger/vehicle owner a verbal warning for wrongful entrustment.

Officer responded to the listed location in reference to a non breather. Officer spoke to caller upon arrival who advised her mother was not breathing. Medic 261 arrived shortly after and determined caller’s mother was deceased. After further investigation, it appeared subject passed from natural causes.
