Officer met with pet owner in reference to an animal complaint from an incident that had occurred in the prior evening. The caller had advised that she was walking with her family and dogs when a large dog ran from the yard into the alley and attacked one of her dogs. Officer advised the pet owner that she needed to ensure he was secured at all times to avoid another incident such as this one and warned her of the consequences if this were to happen again.

Upon arrival, Officer observed several family members standing next to a vehicle with a small child inside the vehicle. Officer was able to get the child out of the vehicle by using a lockout kit. Medic 261 checked the child out and determined that he was fine.

Having prior knowledge of an entered warrant for his arrest out of the Marysville Municipal Court for Failure to Appear, Officers initiated contact, placing Austin into custody for two counts of Drug Paraphernalia and one count of Possessing Drug Abuse Instruments.

Upon further investigation Briana Snowden was placed into custody for OVI, Following too Closely, two counts of Drug Paraphernalia, and one count of Possession of a Controlled Substance.

She immediately returned the mower to the listed location.
