4/27/2020 6:04 PM Neighbor Dispute North Ave. On the stated date and time, Officer responded to the listed location in reference to a neighbor dispute. Upon arrival, Officer made contact with the caller who stated that one of her neighbors was mowing the yard south of her residence causing the grass to blow into the roadway and caller's yard. Caller requested Officer make contact with subject and advise her to stop blowing the grass into caller's yard. Officer made contact with subject and advised her of the complaint. Subject apologized and stated that she would be more careful in the future and would blow the grass out of the roadway. Officer then returned to patrol.   Pending

4/24/2020 2:18 PM Theft - Misdemeanor Fanshell Dr. On the stated date and time, Officer met with complainant at the police department in reference to a theft complaint. Complainant advised that she reached out to suspect(s)to build her a barn door. During the course of her interactions, complainant paid each suspect. When complainant confronted all parties about the status of her door, suspects refused to contact her back. Complainant also told suspects that she would be contacting the police department, but has still not heard back. See case for further information.   Approved
4/25/2020 6:51 PM Drug Overdose North Ave. On the stated date and time, while on routine patrol, Officer was flagged down by complainant on North Chillicothe Street. Complainant advised that there was a subject passed out in the parking lot of the listed location.  Upon arrival, Officers located subject lying in the parking lot. Officers put subject on his back and administered two doses of NARCAN. Subject was subsequently transported to hospital by medic. Darby Apartments Approved
4/25/2020 6:34 PM Recovered/Found Property Friend St. On the stated date and time, Officer met with, subject at the Police Department in reference to found wallet.  Officer later had the Columbus Police Department do a message delivery to wallet owner to advise his wallet was recovered.  Wallet owner later came to the PD and picked up his wallet. 4/25/2020 2:36 PM Domestic Dispute West Main St. On the stated date and time, Officer was dispatched to the listed location in reference to a 911 followup. Upon arrival, Officer made contact with both parties. Upon further investigation, it was learned that both parties were involved in a domestic dispute.  Once determining everything to be okay, Officer returned to patrol. Red Door BBQ Pending
4/25/2020 10:18 AM 911 Follow-up Grant Ave. On the stated date and time, Officer was dispatched to the listed location in reference to a 911 unknown. Dispatch received a 911 call from the landline of the listed location, but the line was full of static. Upon arrival, Officer was not able to get anyone to answer the door. A note was left and Officer returned to patrol.  At approximately 1142 hours, Officer learned the homeowner had returned home from work. Officer then met with homeowner who advised he has had problems with his landline for a long time and has contacted his telephone company about it several times. Homeowner stated he would call and report the problem again. After determining everything to be fine, Officer then returned to patrol.   Pending
4/25/2020 7:57 AM 911 Follow-up Grant Ave. On the stated date and time, Officer was dispatched to the listed location in reference to a 911 unknown. Dispatch advised they received a 911 call from the landline and the line was static. Upon calling it back, it rang once before the call disconnected. Upon arrival, Officer was unable to get anyone to answer the door. A neighbor advised the homeowner was not at home. Officer left a note on the front door and returned to patrol.   Pending
4/26/2020 5:14 PM 911 Follow-up North Ave. On the stated date and time, Officer responded to the listed location in reference to a 911 follow-up. Upon arrival, Officer spoke with the caller/homeowner who advised that the call was accidental.  Her 1yo son activated 911 on her cell phone and that there was no emergency. After deeming everything fine, Officer returned to patrol.   Pending

Homeowner stated that it was an accident caused by her landline that happens every so often when it rains.  Everything appeared to be normal, Officer then returned to patrol.   Pending

4/20/2020 9:35 PM Unruly East Main St. On the stated date and time, Officers were dispatched to the listed location in reference to an unruly juvenile. The caller and her son were involved in a verbal dispute due to him playing video games so often.  Upon arrival, Officer made contact with caller who advised she was upset that son would not listen to her. When speaking with son he confirmed the story. Caller requested son stay the evening with his father.  Officers stood by and released him to his father. Caller was also advised of the process for filing unruly charges. Officers then returned to patrol.   Approved
4/20/2020 12:13 PM 911 Follow-up North Ave. On the stated date and time, Officer was dispatched to the listed location in reference to a 911 follow-up. Dispatch advised they received a 911hangup and upon call back, caller advised the call was accidental. Upon arrival, Officer met with caller who confirmed the call was accidental. After determining everything to be fine, Officer  then returned to patrol.   Approved

Upon arrival, Officer observed silver Hyundai parked in front of the listed location with its parking lights on. Upon running a registration check Officer found it to belong to subject who resides at the residence that it was parked in front of. Officer attempted to make contact with owner, but was unsuccessful. After determining everything else to be okay, Officer then returned to patrol.   Pending

Upon arrival, Officer made contact with caller who advised that she must've called while attempting to call her grandmother. She advised there was no issue at the residence.  Officer returned to patrol.   Approved
4/21/2020 2:39 PM Parking Complaint West Main St. On the stated date and time, Officer was dispatched to the listed location in reference to a parking complaint. Upon arrival, Officer made contact with the property manager who advised there was a silver 2013 Kia Forte parked on the property without permission. Officer attempted to locate the registered owner via public service, but was unsuccessful. Property manager requested a note be placed on the vehicle rather than it being towed at this time. 4/21/2020 1:31 PM Recovered/Found Property Willow Creek Dr. On the listed date and time, Officer was dispatched to the listed location in reference to drug paraphernalia that was found along the roadside. The caller advised that some type of instrument used for smoking drugs was laying along West Avenue, just north of this location.  Upon arrival, Officer located the device and another metal pipe used for smoking marijuana.  Officer photographed the items, collected them, and disposed of them. On the listed date and time, Officer was dispatched to the listed location to perform a well-being check at the request of the University of Cincinnati Police Department.  Officer made contact with subject's mother via phone and relayed the concern. She advised that subject was fine and that he would contact his professors. This message was relayed back the University of Cincinnati Police Department.   Approved

4/22/2020 6:11 PM Fire Support North Chillicothe St. On the stated date and time, Officer responded to the listed location in reference to a conscious overdose. Upon arrival, Officer spoke with complainant who advised that his roommate was under the influence of something..  Officer then walked to the back yard and observed subject.  Subject did appear to be under the influence of some type of illegal narcotic. Subject,  later voluntarily went to hospital with medic.   Pending
