4/12/2020 7:31 AM 911 Follow-up Smucker Ln. On the stated date and time, Officer was dispatched to the area of Smucker Lane in reference to a 911 unknown. Dispatch advised they received a call from a 911 only number and the call was abandoned before answering. Upon arrival, Officer searched the area, but did not locate anything out of the ordinary. Officer then returned to patrol.   Approved
4/12/2020 7:31 AM 911 Follow-up Willowbend Cir. On the stated date and time, Officer was dispatched to the area of Willowbend Circle in reference to a 911 unknown. Dispatch advised they received a call from a 911 only number and the call was abandoned before they answered. Upon arrival to the area, Officer did not observe anything out of the ordinary. Officer then returned to patrol.   Approved
4/12/2020 1:44 AM Assist Other Agency North Ave. On the stated date and time, Officers responded to the listed location after locating a possible suspect vehicle for the UCSO.  Once assistance was no longer needed, Officer then returned to patrol. Darby Apartments Approved
4/13/2020 2:50 PM Domestic Dispute East First Ave. On the stated date and time, Officer was met at the Police Department by complainant in reference to a domestic dispute. Complainant stated that he was involved in a verbal dispute with his mother.  Complainant stated that after the dispute he went outside and his mother locked him out and would not allow him back inside the residence. Officer then transported complainant back to his residence.  Upon arrival, Officer made contact with mother who stated that she never heard complainant return to the residence to get inside. Once both parties were calm and Officer's assistance was no longer necessary. Officer then returned to patrol.   Approved

4/14/2020 11:48 PM Suspicious Circumstances Plumwood Ct. On the listed date and time, Officer was on patrol on Plumwood Court when Officer observed the driver's side rear sliding door open on 2013 Chrysler Town and County parked on the driveway.  Officer made contact with the vehicle owner who advised that he had forgotten to close it earlier while getting stuff out of the van. Vehicle owner then checked the vehicle and secured it. Officer then returned to patrol.   Approved
4/14/2020 5:53 PM Miscellaneous - Unclassified Noteman Rd. On the stated date and time, Officer was dispatched to the area of Noteman Rd. near the bridge in reference to downed wires. Upon arrival, Officer observed a tree had fallen on power lines on the northwest corner near the bridge, which resulted in the lines having tension. Station 261 arrived on scene. They advised the lines appeared to be utility lines. Frontier and Spectrum were advised of the condition of the utility lines. The lines were not a road hazard. Officer returned to patrol.   Approved
4/14/2020 10:30 AM Parking Complaint West Bigelow Ave. On the stated date and time, Officer  made contact with complainant in reference to several abandoned vehicles parked at the listed location. Complainant stated a red 1997 Dodge, a blue 1996 Subaru, and a blue 1999 Dodge have been parked at the listed location for several months and did not know who they belonged to. Officer then contacted the vehicle owner of one of the vehicles.  Vehicle owner advised subject bought all of the vehicles years ago but never properly registered them. Vehicle owner stated he would make contact with a family member of subject and advise them. Officer relayed this information to complainant and advised vehicle owner was going to contact him direct. Complainant was also advised of his options if the vehicles were not removed. Officer then returned to patrol. The Ball House Approved
4/15/2020 2:25 PM Miscellaneous - Unclassified Willowbend Cir. On the stated date and time, Officer met with complainant at the police department in reference to a possible scam. Officer learned and advised complainant that this was a scam and she should not send any money or click on any links that she is not familiar with. Officer also advised her to change her passwords on all accounts linked to her computer. Complainant was also encouraged to get in touch with an IT company or someone knowledgeable in computers, and verify that she has an adequate anti-virus program installed.   Returned

4/15/2020 1:51 AM Recovered/Found Property Village Blvd. On the stated date and time, Officer observed an Ohio License plate laying on the ground at the listed location. Upon checking the registration to the vehicle, Officer found it to be valid and registered to subject.  Officer made contact with subject and she stated that she would be at the department today to pick up her license plate.   Hydro Spray Car Wash Approved
