Upon arrival, Officer met with the caller who advised that a juvenile that she knows had contacted her and advised of some disturbing text messages that she had received. Officer forwarded a report to the Franklin County Department of Jobs and Family Services.
4/24/2017	3:20 PM	Harassment/Menacing	West Main St.	Officer was met on station in reference to a harassment complaint. The complainant advised the past several days when he gets off of the bus at the listed location, four or five girls keep yelling at him. Officer was unable to locate the girls at that time but would provide extra patrol during the times the complainant stated the incidents occurred.	YMCA Latchkey
4/24/2017	9:01 PM	Unruly	North Ave.	Officers were dispatched to the listed location in reference to an unruly juvenile. Upon arrival, Officers were advised that the caller's daughter has been unruly recently. Officers spoke with the juvenile and advised not to fabricate stories and to obey her parents. The caller was advised of the process to file unruly charges if the juvenile’s behavior continues.
4/24/2017	9:39 PM	Telecom Harassment	West Ave.	Officer was dispatched to the listed location in reference to a possible telecommunications harassment. Upon arrival, Officer spoke with the caller, who advised her ex-boyfriend had been calling her all hours of the day/night. Officer advised to contact her phone provider to get the telephone number blocked and to contact the police department in the event of any future incidents.
4/24/2017	10:46 AM	Harassment/Menacing	Fairfield Dr.	Officer was met on station by the complainant. She advised over the last two weeks she has been receiving harassing calls from her neighbor and several times he has come to her residence and pounded on the door until she answers the door. The complainant requested extra patrol and the Officer advised to contact the police department at the time of any future incidents.
4/27/2017	12:30 PM	Telecom Harassment	Park St.	Officer was contacted in reference to telecom harassment. The caller advised that she had received several text messages from her former son in law. Bart Wilson was subsequently charged with Violating a Protection Order or Consent Agreement.
4/27/2017	12:39 PM	Domestic Dispute	North Ave.	Officer was dispatched the listed location in reference to a verbal dispute. The caller advised that they were arguing over car keys. The caller then advised to disregard, he had the keys he needed, and did not need to meet with an officer. Upon arrival, Officer made contact with the involved party. She advised the caller had left and that there was no violence or threats made. Officer advised her to contact the Police Department in the future if there were any problems.
4/27/2017	12:59 PM	Loud Noise/Disturbance	West Main St.	Officer was dispatched to the listed location. Upon arrival, Officer spoke with the caller who advised she heard "a couple" of loud noises followed by what sounded like glass breaking. Officer checked the area but did not see anything out of the ordinary.

4/27/2017	10:12 PM	Warrant - Misdemeanor	Willow Creek Dr.	Officer located Bart Wilson in the driveway of the listed location. Bart Wilson was placed under arrest without incident for a warrant for Violation of a Protection Order out of the Police Department and issued a citation for Possession of a Controlled Substances.
4/28/2017	11:28 PM	Domestic Dispute	West Ave.	Officers were dispatched to the listed location in reference to a verbal dispute. Officers made contact with the involved parties. Both parties were advised that it would be best served to stay elsewhere this evening due to what transpired. One party then contacted his brother and was later picked up from the police department.
4/28/2017	9:55 AM	Marijuana	South Jefferson Ave.	Officer conducted a routine registration check on a green Honda Accord. Officer initiated a traffic stop with the vehicle. Matthew A. Wile was issued a traffic citation for No Valid Operator's License, Non-Compliance Suspension, Operating a Vehicle while Intoxicated Suspension and was issued two minor misdemeanor citations for Possession of Controlled Substances and Illegal use or Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.
4/28/2017	4:10 PM	Non-Injury Crash	West Main St.	Officer responded to the listed location in reference to a vehicle crash. Upon arrival, Officer spoke with the involved party and the witness. A report was taken for insurance purposes.

Officer advised the vehicle owner to park the vehicle in their driveway or garage until the registration is renewed or they could receive a parking citation and to not drive the vehicle until the registration is renewed or they could receive a traffic citation.

The caller advised that the two women were arguing and that there was a threat of violence. Both women stated that there was no violence, just words. 4/29/2017	9:04 PM	911 Follow-up	Willow Bend Cir	Officer was dispatched to the listed location in reference to a 911 follow-up. Upon arrival, Officer made contact with the resident who stated a medical alert system, that was linked to her house phone, was malfunctioning. Officer verified that her house phone was in working order and everything was okay.

The caller stated that her daughter was house sitting at the listed location when she heard the dog begin to bark in a way that made her feel like someone was outside.  Upon arrival, Officers checked the area but were unable to locate anything out of the ordinary.
4/29/2017	11:46 PM	Drug Paraphernalia	US Rt. 42 N	Officer observed a taupe Chevy traveling at a high rate of speed. Officer initiated a traffic stop with the vehicle. Forest Robinson was issued a citation for Speed and Drug Paraphernalia. The passenger was warned for violating curfew.
4/30/2017	10:35 PM	Drunk Driver	North Chillicothe St.	Officer responded to the listed location in reference to a vehicle doing donuts near the baseball fields. Upon arrival, Officer observed a vehicle turning and weaving at a high rate of speed. Officer initiated a traffic stop with the vehicle a dark blue Ford LX. Jaylynn Cahill was subsequently issued a traffic citation for Operating a Vehicle Under the Influence, Operating a Vehicle under the Influence, Reckless Operation on Private Party and was issued a criminal citation for Underage Alcohol Consumption. 4/30/2017	11:57 AM	Non-Injury Hitskip	Grant Ave.	Officer was dispatched to the listed location in reference to a non-injury hit skip crash. Upon arrival, Officer learned a red 2014 Hyundai was parked in front of the listed location and had been damaged by an unknown vehicle. A report was taken for insurance purposes.

4/30/2017	8:32 PM	Warrant - Misdemeanor	Willow Creek Dr.	Officer went to the listed address in reference to a warrant. Bart Wilson was placed into custody for a warrant for Protection Order Violation out of Upper Arlington Police Department and was later picked up by an Upper Arlington Officer.
4/30/2017	9:12 PM	Other Dispute	South Chillicothe St.	Officer was dispatched to the listed location in reference to a driving complaint/verbal dispute. Upon arrival, Officer spoke with the callers. They advised a black Chevy Impala was parked in the roadway and they attempted to make contact with the driver to ensure everything was okay. The driver of the vehicle then began cursing at them took pictures of them with her cellular device then sped off. Officer searched the area but was unable to locate any vehicles matching the description given.

4/17/2017	6:07 PM	Theft - Misdemeanor	South Chillicothe St.	Officer was dispatched to the listed location in reference to a theft complaint. Officer made contact with the complainant who stated that property was taken from his driveway. Officer checked the area but did not find anything resembling the missing item at that time.
4/17/2017	6:37 PM	Animal Complaint - Other	US Rt. 42 N	Officer was dispatched to the listed area in reference to a loose dog. Officer assisted the dog owner retrieve both dogs. The owner was warned for Animals Running at Large.
4/17/2017	3:35 PM	Theft - Misdemeanor	Shepper Ave.	Officer was dispatched to the listed location in reference a theft complaint. Officer made contact with the complainant and he stated that he and his uncle were missing multiple items. Officer made contact with the suspect and he stated that he was borrowing the items and was under the impression he had permission to borrow them. Officer advised to return the property promptly. Investigation pending.
4/18/2017	5:57 AM	911 Unknown	West Main St.	Officer responded to the listed location in reference to a 911 unknown. Upon arrival, Officers made contact with the caller. He apologized and stated that he accidently pocket dialed 911. Officers determined everything checked okay.
4/18/2017	9:50 AM	Miscellaneous - Unclassified	West Main St.	Officer responded to the listed address on the report of a downed power line. Upon arrival, Officer learned that a power line was ripped in half when a roofing crew hit the line with debris. The line coming from the pole was in the roadway and Officers blocked the area until Ohio Edison arrived to fix the line.

4/19/2017	4:45 PM	Well-being Check	Doe St.	Officer received a call with a requested well being check. Upon checking, Officer learned the resident was in an assisted living facility. Officer advised the caller that his father was being cared for.

4/19/2017	3:10 PM	Suspicious Person	North Ave.	Officer made contact with a resident, who advised that a male subject came to her residence and asked for money. Officer made contact with the male subject at his residence and advised him of the complaint. He confirmed the resident's story and apologized for any inconvenience. Officer advised him that he needed to think of other avenues to ask for money without going onto other people's property.
4/19/2017	3:43 PM	Miscellaneous - Unclassified	North Chillicothe St.	Officer was dispatched to the listed location in reference to downed power lines. Upon arrival, Officer made contact with the employees and confirmed that he was not injured and waited for Engine 261 to arrive on the scene. Officers stood by until Ohio Edison arrived on the scene and turned off the power feeding the residence and assistance was no longer needed.

Upon arrival, Officer made contact with the resident and ensured that everything was okay. She said that her son had accidently dialed 911. Officer confirmed no one else was at the residence and everything was okay.

Upon arrival, Officer met with the caller, who advised he was having problems with his neighbor’s children. Officer made contact with the child and his mother and advised them of the complaint. After investigation, all parties involved were advised to stay away from one another and to contact the police department if any further incidents occurred.

Officer made contact with the resident's wife, and advised her of the message. Officer made contact with the Ohio Department of Natural Resources Officer and provided him contact numbers for the resident.

Officer spoke with the brother who advised he was there but was unaware he didn't have permission. Officer advised the brother not to go on the complainant’s property without permission or he could be criminally charged.
4/21/2017	2:27 PM	Marijuana	North Chillicothe St.	Officer observed a red Chrysler Pacifica that appeared to be traveling above the posted speed limit. Officer initiated a traffic stop, Brandon-Yasaiah Johnson was issued a traffic citation of Speed and a criminal citation for Possession of Controlled Substances.

Officers met with the caller and advised her of the findings.
