He stated that one of the doors to his office room was locked. He stated he also heard footsteps that woke him up. Officers checked the residence but were unable to find anything out of the ordinary. Officers determined everything to be okay.

Officers were dispatched to the listed location to make contact with the homeowner about her vehicle. Madison County Deputies advised that her vehicle was parked on the side of the road. She stated she did not know her vehicle was missing. She then realized her son was also not home. A short time later, the son contacted his mom and stated he was on his way home. Officers were then contacted by Madison County deputies that stated they had made contact with the son.

Officers were dispatched to the listed location in reference to a 911 call. Dispatch advised that the caller heard a woman screaming in the area. Upon arrival Officers made contact with the caller. He stated that he was exiting his vehicle when he heard a woman screaming to the west of his residence. Officers searched the surrounding area and were unable to locate anything out of the ordinary.

She said that today there was an incident with two of the children. She advised that one child's father got upset. The caller requested that the Officer speak to the father and advise him not to contact her or return to her residence.

Officer was dispatched to the listed location in reference to a loose dog. Officer met with the caller who stated the dog just stopped by and he let it in before advising the police of the loose dog. A short time later, Officer was advised of the dog owner and brought the dog back to the listed location, where the pet owner picked up the dog. Officer advised him to make sure to secure his dog.

The caller stated that the cat appeared to be injured as it was bleeding from its face and it didn't care to move as she was driving up the street. Upon arrival, Officer tried to get the cat into an animal carrier with the assistance of a neighbor. The cat suddenly took off running. Officer was then unable to locate the cat.

Officer conducted a routine registration check on a green Jeep Cherokee. Officer learned the registered owner had a temporary instructor permit with restrictions. Officer made contact with the driver/owner and passenger. Officer advised that he was operating the vehicle during restricted hours for the permit. Officer contacted both juvenile’s guardians. The driver was subsequently issued a citation Operating a Vehicle Outside of Temporary Permit Restrictions. Both juveniles were cited for curfew violations.

She said that an individual wrote a check to the business for $39.00 back in September. The check was returned to the business as Account Closed and she has been unable to make contact with the individual. Case pending.

Officer was dispatched to listed location in reference to a 911 unknown. Dispatch advised they received a call, but the caller hung up before speaking and did not answer any call backs. Upon arrival Officer learned two individuals got into a verbal altercation and left the building but then attempted to get back in the building to get personal property. This caused another verbal argument. The scene was deescalated and no one wished to pursue with any charges. Officer determined everything to be fine.

She requested Officer contact the boyfriend and advise him to stop contacting her. Officer then made contact with the boyfriend. He apologized and stated that he would have no further contact with the complainant.

Officer was met on station by the complainant. She advised that she had just been in a verbal altercation with her neighbor over parking at their apartment building. She advised that she wanted the Police Department to be aware of the incident in case there are further issues, She also requested that the Officer speak with the neighbor about the incident. Officer attempted multiple times to make contact the neighbor but no one was home.

Sheriff's Deputy was out with a suspicious vehicle/ person and requested back up while he searched the vehicle. Upon arrival the Deputy had the suspect in custody. Officer stood by while the Deputy searched the vehicle. When assistance was no longer needed, Officer returned to patrol.

Officer advised her to tell the prior roommate, that this was not permitted and offered other solutions for the future.

She advised that her boyfriend, whom she has ceased a relationship with, will not leave the residence. Officer advised her that she would need to have him evicted due to them cohabitating together for the past month. Officer spoke with the boyfriend at the residence about the incident. Officer advised that they both needed to remain calm and walk away from any confrontations. Officer determined everything to be fine.

Officer met with an individual the police department. She advised that she went to get a new phone at Verizon Wireless and was advised that she had an outstanding account balance over $500.00. They would not provide her any of the account information, but advised that the account has been dormant since 2008. She stated that she has been a victim of identity theft in the past and thinks that this may be associated with it. Officer referred her to the Attorney General's Office for assistance with Identity Theft.

Officers were dispatched to the listed location in reference to an assault. Upon arrival, Officer met with the complainant. He stated that a male individual and himself were involved in a verbal altercation. This escalated and became physical when the male pushed the complainant into the front door, in an attempt to remove him from the residence. John also stated that he felt threatened by Gary Brown because he yelled at him that he needed to leave. After further investigation Officers placed Gary Brown under arrest for Assault due to him attempting to cause physical harm.

Officer was dispatched to the listed location in reference to suspicious circumstances. The caller advised that on Sunday night she was laying in bed when she heard a noise outside her window. When she turned her light on there was a loud crash directly outside her window. The next day she noticed multiple items had been moved and were directly outside her window. Officer checked the area but other than the displaced items mentioned, nothing unusual was observed. The caller requested extra patrol of the area.

Officer was met on station by an individual. He advised that he had recently discovered a fraudulent charge on his bank debit card. He advised he found a pending charge from Home Depot in the amount of $1746.11. He found that the Home Depot was in Pennsylvania and reported that he did not make this transaction and was still in possession of his card. He advised that his credit card company advised him to file a Police Report on this matter while they conducted an investigation.

Officers were dispatched to the listed location in reference to a suspicious vehicle. The caller advised dispatch that the vehicle had been moving around parking repeatedly. Officers found a large white commercial-style van parked near the listed location and made contact with the driver. He stated that he was waiting for a friend to pack her clothing up. He was advised to park at that residence in the future.

Officer was requested by the Madison County Sheriff's Office to back up a Deputy at the listed address. The Sheriff's Deputy had responded to an assault at the address and learned that the suspect was inside the residence and possibly had a handgun. Upon arrival with backup, Officers assisted with a search of the residence and a second residence but was not able to locate the suspect. At this time no charges were to be filed on the suspect, so all units returned to patrol.

Upon arrival Officer met with the complainant who stated she had parked her white, GMC Terrain and she returned to her residence to find her vehicle was not there. She learned that her cousin, took the vehicle without permission. Upon closer inspection of the vehicle she observed a large dent. She advised she only wanted a report for insurance purposes.

Upon arrival to the area, Officer located three juveniles matching the description given by the caller, leaving the area of the pond. Officer stopped and spoke with them about the ice and advised them of the dangers of walking on the ice and also what could happen if they fell through the ice. After speaking with them they agreed that it was not a good idea. After speaking with them Officer contacted their mothers, via phone, and advised them of the incident.

Upon arrival Officer initiated a traffic stop with the vehicle and made contact with the driver. Adam Stritenberger was issued a citation for littering out of a motor vehicle. He apologized for his actions.

Dispatch advised a foot print was located on the front glass door to the listed location, and thought someone might have tried to kick the door down. Upon arrival Officer met with the homeowner. Officer observed a shoe print, but did not observe any damage to the door, or anything else out of the ordinary. The homeowner wanted this incident documented in case of any further suspicious circumstances.

Officer was on patrol and observed a blue 2017 Honda Accord traveling northbound on listed street. The vehicle did not have any tail lights and the rear bumper was partially attached dragging behind the vehicle. Officer initiated a traffic stop and spoke with the driver/registered owner of the vehicle Samantha Graessle. Samantha Graessle was cited for Operating Vehicle Intoxicated, Super Concentration Operating Vehicle Intoxicated, Driving Unsafe Vehicle and No Tail Lights. Samantha was released to a valid driver.

Officers were dispatched to the listed location in reference to a domestic dispute. The complainant advised that the apartment below her have been arguing for several hours. Upon arrival, Officer could hear loud music coming from the apartment from the balcony. We also could hear a female singing. The female advised that she was not arguing, but just singing and dancing. Officers asked if there was anyone else inside the apartment, which she advised that her boyfriend. Officer advised to speak with him to ensure that everything was okay. He opened up the bedroom door and was belligerent. Officers were able to calm both of them down and warned for Disorderly Conduct.

Upon arrival, Officers could hear a male and a female yelling inside the residence. Officers advised them several times to stop arguing and yelling. When both would not stop arguing, Jeannie K. Chambers and Rasad S. Morrison were placed into custody. Jeannie K. Chambers were charged with Persistent Disorderly Conduct and Obstructing Official Business. Rasad S. Morrison was charged with Persistent Disorderly Conduct.
