Donahoe, 37yoa of Urbana, was subsequently issued citation for ACDA. A crash report was also completed.
9/6/2013	6:05 PM	Driving Complaint	US Rt. 42 S	On the stated date and time, an officer responded to the area of US RT 42 S in reference to a driving complaint. The vehicle was located and stopped. The driver was not impaired  and was given a warning for a marked lanes violation.

The officer made contact with the resident and advised them about the door. The owner completed a check of the vehicle and determined they had forgotten to close it. Upon determining everything to be okay, the officer returned to patrol.

The officer made contact with the male and determined it was the resident, who advised that he was attempting to scare his children through the window. After determining everything to be fine, the officer returned to patrol.

While conducting the civil standby, Aggie  Hall, 38yoa of Plain City was arrested for Disorderly Conduct,  and transported to the Tri-County Regional Jail where she was released into their custody.

A business owner found a wallet and turned it in. It was discovered to have been stolen in Delaware County. The wallet was returned to the owner.

The officer stopped the vehicle and advised the parties they would need to vacate the park since it closed at 12:00A.M.
9/13/2013	12:52 AM	Trespasser	North Chillicothe St.	On the listed date and time, an officer was conducting a check of the listed location when they located a duffel bag a blanket and a pillow inside a dugout next to Barker Field. Upon checking the items the officer discovered it belonged to a person they just had a recent encounter with. The officer located the subject and gave them a warning for trespassing in the park.

Upon arrival and further investigation it was discovered that the homeowners daughter granted permission for the trespasser to be inside the residence without the parent's permission.

9/15/2013	4:34 PM	Telecom Harassment	West Ave.	On the listed date and time an officer responded to the listed location in reference to telephone harassment. Contact was made with the suspect and they were advised not to contact the reporting party any longer.
9/15/2013	11:21 PM	Fire Support	North Ave.	On this date and time, officers responded to the listed location on the report of an attempted suicide. Upon arrival, and further investigation it was discovered that a party was intoxicated and cut himself deeper than anticipated in the forearm with a knife when attempting to become blood brothers with another male. The party was transported to the hospital.

He was returned safely with his family.
