Upon arrival to the area an officer located a white semi that was traveling faster than the posted speed limit and initiated a traffic stop. The officer issued the driver a citation for the offense.

Yruegas, 27 yoa of Plain City was subsequently charged with Theft, Criminal Trespass and Obstruction of Official Business. He was transported to the Tri-County Regional Jail.

Upon stopping the vehicle,  the officer observed that the occupants of the vehicle were switching places. Upon further investigation Brian P. Woods 38 yoa of Reynoldsburg was placed into custody for three confirmed warrants out of Reynoldsburg Police Department and additionally charged with Possession of Drug Abuse Instruments, Obstructing Official Business, Driving under an FRA suspension, License Forfeiture Suspension, Non Compliance Suspension, OVI Suspension, Marked Lanes, Expired Tags, NO Operators License, and no Seat Belt. He was later transported to Tri-County Jail.  Hannah E. Grove, 30yoa of Plain City was issued a citation for Wrongful entrustment and charged with Obstructing Official Business and released.
