On the listed date and time, an officer met with a resident on station who advised that they set a wheel-barrel out beside the curb while he was cleaning up yard clippings (trash-day). They advised that between 11:30am-12:30 this date, an unknown person removed his wheel-barrel from the curb. The resident believes that someone must have thought it was trash. An officer patrolled the area looking for scrappers, but did not locate any out during this time. The resident also checked with the refuge company, who advised they did not pick it up.

On the stated date and time, an officer responded to the listed location in regards to a male subject hitchhiking in the area of US RT 42 and North Chillicothe Street. The complainant stated that it was a white male wearing a hat and a gray shirt walking towards US RT 42. The officer patrolled the area but was unable to locate anyone in the area.

The officer made contact with the resident. The resident advised that he had been involved in a verbal dispute with his girlfriend. Both agreed to remain calm for the night and to keep the noise down.

The male was highly intoxicated and advised he had been drinking with a few friends at the listed location. Contact with the resident who advised they would ensure the male stayed in the house the rest of the evening.

On the listed date and time, an officer observed a vehicle traveling west on West Main St. strike a small trailer attached to a pickup truck, the vehicle continued westbound where it struck a grey 2007 Pontiac, during the impact the vehicle flipped over and came to rest on its top. Upon checking the driver she advised she was not injured and had no signs of injury, Medic 261 arrived and she advised them she was uninjured as well. After further investigation Marcie D. Mullholland, 21yoa of Milford Center, Ohio was subsequently arrested and charged with Failure to Control, OVI, and Drug Paraphernalia. A crash report was completed.

On this date and time, an officer observed a male walking east on East main Street near Washington Avenue that appeared to be a juvenile. It was determined the suspect was a 17 year old juvenile out past curfew and contact was made with his probation officer to address the issue for a probation violation.

On this date and time, an officer was advised by a passer-by of a semi blocking Plain City-Georgesville Road just south of Converse-Huff Road. Upon arrival contact was made with the driver and the vehicle was moved.

On the stated date and time officers responded to the listed location in reference to a domestic dispute. The caller (who wished to remain anonymous) advised that they could hear people arguing loudly from inside the listed location. Upon arrival contact was made with  the residents. They initially denied any argument had occurred but later admitted that they had been in a verbal dispute. Both parties agreed to separate and remain calm for the evening. We then returned to patrol.

Both were still arguing. Contact was attempted with friends/family to attempt to pick up the female half, but it was not successful. Both parties agreed they would separate for the evening and go to bed.

Upon arrival, it was discovered the party was a glass repairman and had a work order for the location. The caller was advised of the officers findings.

The caller advised that sometime during her visit to the listed location an unknown person stole her wallet. The wallet contained several credit cards, approximately $80 in cash and her driver's license. An ongoing investigation is being conducted.

On the above date and time, while on routine patrol, an officer initiated a traffic stop at the listed location. Upon further investigation Reuben H. Stutzman, 47yoa of Plain City was arrested on an outstanding warrant issued through the Madison County Municipal Court for Failure to Appear. Ruben was also issued a citation for driving under suspension, no operator license, expired license, expired tags, and not wearing his safety belt. Reuben’s vehicle was impounded and he was transported to the Tri-County Jail concerning the warrant.

On the stated date and time, an officer was dispatched to the intersection of Cooper Lane and Willow Creek Drive in reference to a parking complaint. The complainant, who wished to remain anonymous, stated that there was a red van parked to close to the intersection that causing a vision obstruction. Upon arrival, the officer located the vehicle in question. The vehicle was approximately 50-60' from the stop sign and was parked legally.

1250 Hrs- An officer received a call at the police department from a male subject who advised that he was the original complainant. The caller wanted the vehicle moved. The officer explained to him that the vehicle was legally parked.

One of the juveniles reportedly had minor injuries.  Upon further investigation contact was made with the parents of all involved. The mother of the juvenile that was kicked and scratched did not want to pursue with charges, but wanted the other parties to refrain from contacting her child. All parties were warned and advised about the consequences of their actions.

The caller advised that a man had climbed a ladder and was "messing with" something on an electric pole inside the area that used to be the trailer park. Upon arrival contact was made with a subject who advised they did not have permission to be on the property. The pole in question is not a live utility pole and is not connected to anything. The property owner will be contacted to see if they wish to pursue the matter.
