Upon arrival, Officer observed a female standing outside of the apartment yelling at the resident through the door. After speaking with the involved parties, the female's mother agreed to take the female home and to retrieve the rest of the female's property later.
7/18/2017	6:25 AM	Livestock in Roadway	SR 161 E	Officer responded to the area of the listed location in reference to cattle in the roadway. Upon arrival, Officer stood by to make sure the cattle didn't enter the roadway until the owner arrived a short time later and was able to secure the animals.	Scheiderer Farms / Trucking
7/18/2017	10:15 AM	911 Follow-up	South Jefferson Ave.	Officer was dispatched to the listed location in reference to a 911 follow up. Madison County Sheriff's Office advised that they had received four 911 calls from a cell phone that was plotting in the listed location's parking lot. Officer checked the area and located an employee who was working with a crew repaving the parking lot. 7/19/2017	1:45 AM	Suspicious Circumstances	West Ave.	Officer was on patrol and observed the passenger side door on a white Chevrolet Express van open in the drive way of the residence. Officer made contact with vehicle owner and advised him about the door. The owner checked the van and found everything to check okay and secured the vehicle.
7/19/2017	2:00 AM	Suspicious Circumstances	Hawthorne Dr.	Officer was on patrol and observed the rear hatch to a Jeep Wrangler open in the driveway of the listed location. Officer advised the resident the incident. She stated that the vehicle belonged to her husband and she would check with him to verify if anything was missing.
7/19/2017	2:31 AM	Suspicious Circumstances	Coachman Dr.	Officer was on patrol and observed a dome light on in a 2007 Honda in front of the listed location. Officer made contact with the owner who advised they accidently left the light on before coming into the house.
7/19/2017	2:32 AM	Suspicious Circumstances	Lantern Ln.	Officer was on patrol and observed the interior light on in a red Jeep Wrangler parked in the driveway of the listed location. Officer made contact with the vehicle owner and advised her about the light. She checked and secured the vehicle.
7/19/2017	8:00 PM	Telecom Harassment	North Ave.	Officer was dispatched to the listed location in reference to a telecom harassment. Dispatch advised someone hacked the resident's Facebook and was messaging rude comments to other people. Upon arrival, the resident stated someone also changed her password and she could not log back in. The resident was advised to contact Facebook and report that her account has been hacked.
7/20/2017	2:10 PM	Parking Complaint	North Ave.	Officer was contacted by the Village Zoning Officer in regards to a camper parked along an alley beside the listed address. She requested the owner be advised to move the camper due to the alley being repaved in the near future. Officer made contact with the camper owner who advised she would move the camper off the alleyway as soon as possible.
7/20/2017	12:07 PM	Assist Other Agency	US Rt. 42 N	Officer was dispatched to the listed location to back up Union County Sheriff's Deputy who was out with a disabled vehicle. Officer stood by until assistance was no longer needed.
7/20/2017	1:26 PM	Animal Complaint - Other	North Chillicothe St.	Officers responded along with the Ohio Department of Agriculture in reference to an animal complaint. An anonymous party advised the individuals had two black bears in a trailer at the campsite. Upon arrival, Officers made contact with the listed parties and stood by while the Ohio Department of Agriculture checked the individual's permits for the animals. The individual was advised that he would need to pack up his property and remove the bears from the State or the bears would be seized. 7/21/2017	6:23 PM	Threatened Suicide	West Main St.	Officers were dispatched to the listed location in reference to suicide threats. Upon arrival, Officers made contact with the resident. After speaking with the resident and his wife, the resident was transported to the hospital voluntarily by Medic 261.

7/21/2017	9:17 PM	Assist Other Agency	SR 161 E	Officer was requested by the Madison County Sheriff's Office to the listed area in reference to livestock in the roadway. Dispatch advised a 500 pound hog was in the road. Upon arrival, Officer searched the area but could not locate the hog.

Officer made contact with the driver and passengers. Officer learned they were waiting on a friend. Due to the age of all parties, Officer made contact with their parents. Upon arrival, the caller's step-father was contacted and advised of the situation. Officers searched the area but could not locate anyone or anything else out of the ordinary. The residents were advised to contact the Police Department if they needed anything.

Upon arrival, Officers stood by until the arrival of a Trooper with the Ohio State Highway patrol and assistance was no longer needed.

7/23/2017	4:32 AM	Drunk Driver	North Chillicothe St.	Officer observed a white Chevy Sonic and could hear the male and female inside the vehicle engaged in a loud verbal dispute. Officer initiated a traffic stop with the vehicle and made contact with the driver and her passenger. Dustin Nicholson was placed into custody for Obstructing Official Business and Persistent Disorderly Conduct. Jennifer Nicholson was placed into custody for Operating a Vehicle while Intoxicated and issued a citation for Operating a Vehicle while Intoxicated (OVI), OVI Super Concentration and No turn Signal.
7/23/2017	12:52 PM	Assist Other Agency	Bell Rd.	Officer was requested to the listed location in reference in assistance for a domestic dispute. Upon arrival, Union County Sheriff's Deputy and Officer made contact with the residents. Officer stood by until assistance was no longer needed.

7/11/2017	9:30 PM	Driving Complaint	Plain City-Georgesville Rd.	Officer was dispatched to the listed location in reference to two people riding bikes on the roadway. Officer checked the area and was unable to find them.
7/11/2017	8:00 PM	Neighbor Dispute	North Ave.	Officer was dispatched to the listed location in reference a verbal domestic dispute. Officer made contact with the caller. They stated that over the course of the past few months, they had made a working relationship. The callers advised that the subject had become overly comfortable at their residence and it would be best if she no longer was allowed on their property. Officer made contact with the subject and she was advised to no longer be at the residence or there would be Criminal Trespass charges filed.
7/11/2017	5:07 PM	Assist Other Agency	US Rt. 42 N	Officer observed a disabled vehicle at the listed location. The vehicle was partially blocking the roadway. Officer notified Union County Sheriff's Office of the vehicle and was requested to stop by and assist until their deputy arrived on the scene. Upon arrival, Officer and driver were able to get the vehicle off the roadway and wait until Union County Sheriff's Deputy arrived on the scene. Officer stood by until presence was no longer needed. 7/11/2017	9:10 AM	Parking Complaint	West Main St.	Officer observed an orange Volvo semi-tractor parked on the listed street. The truck is not permitted to be parked on any street for longer than 1-hour. Officer attempted to make contact with the driver/owner of the semi but there was no answer at his home. Officer placed a parking violation on the driver's door and advised another unit attempt to make contact with the vehicle owner to notify him of the violation, remove the semi and not park it or drive it on any streets that prohibit it.

Upon arrival, Officer made contact with the resident who stated that she would call her sister and let her know that she is fine. She thanked Officer for my time and I returned to patrol.

Upon arrival, Officer met with the caller, who concerned about the tree in the neighbor's front yard. Officer made contact with the neighbor and advised him of the information. He was provided the caller's information and stated that the company would speak with the caller about the situation.
7/14/2017	6:13 PM	Suspicious Vehicle	SR 161 E	Officer was dispatched to the listed location in reference to a suspicious vehicle. Upon arrival, Officer observed a grey Volkswagen Rabbit parked in the yard. Officer spoke with the homeowner who opted not to tow the vehicle. Officer was unable to locate the vehicle owner but left a note on the vehicle advising not to park on private property without permission.

Kiel Emans was issued a traffic citation for Assured Clear Distance Ahead and Driver Safety Belt. Kiel Emans was also issued a criminal summons for Possession of Marijuana and Marijuana Drug Paraphernalia.

Upon arrival, Officer met with the caller, who advised she used her bank card and got $32.84 in gas before going to work. Later in the day, she learned someone had taken out $800.00 in three transactions. The caller cancelled her card and requested a report for her bank.

Officer checked the registration that returned with a note per BMV Deputy Registrar to seize license plates, Officer explained to the individual the reasoning behind seizing the plates and she understood. She was able to have her vehicle towed from the impound lot with no issues.	Plain City Police Department
7/15/2017	9:08 AM	Animal Complaint - Other	Stenner Ct.	Officer was dispatched to listed location in reference a stray German Shepherd. Officer located the canine and it was returned to it's owner. She was warned for Dogs Running at large.

Jarrin Mullet was placed into custody for a warrant for Absconding from the Supervision of an Adult Probation Officer, out of the Union County Common Pleas without incident.

After speaking with the caller, Officer advised of the proper eviction steps he should follow and also advised him to change his locks. Officer advised to document any messages shared between them and advised him that any reports filed would be investigated thoroughly.
7/16/2017	5:35 PM	Well-being Check	West Main St.	Officer responded to the listed location in reference to a wellbeing check requested by Union County Sheriff's Office. Officer attempted to make contact with the resident but no one answered the door. Follow up was made with another incident report.
7/16/2017	7:03 PM	Assist Other Agency	West Main St.	Officers were requested by the Union County Sheriff’s Office to locate a resident and hold him in reference to suicidal thoughts/attempt. Union County Deputy located the resident at his house shortly after. Officers spoke with the resident who agreed to be transported to the hospital.
7/16/2017	7:24 PM	Trespasser	West Main St.	Officers were dispatched to the listed location in reference to a possible trespasser. The caller advised his son came by the residence earlier in the day and he did not want him there. He advised the son left prior to Officers' arrival with no incident. Officer advised the caller to contact the Police Department immediately if the son returns to the property to prevent any further incident.
