Still was issued a citation for driving under an Operating a Vehicle while Intoxicated (OVI) Suspension and No Valid Operator's License. Case pending.

Upon arrival, Officer observed a female standing outside of the apartment yelling at the resident through the door. After speaking with the involved parties, the female's mother agreed to take the female home and to retrieve the rest of the female's property later.

Officer responded to the area of the listed location in reference to cattle in the roadway. Upon arrival, Officer stood by to make sure the cattle didn't enter the roadway until the owner arrived a short time later and was able to secure the animals.

Officer was dispatched to the listed location in reference to a 911 follow up. Madison County Sheriff's Office advised that they had received four 911 calls from a cell phone that was plotting in the listed location's parking lot. Officer checked the area and located an employee who was working with a crew repaving the parking lot. The employee verified that his phone had called 911 while in his pocket and that everything was okay.

Officer was on patrol and observed the passenger side door on a white Chevrolet Express van open in the drive way of the residence. Officer made contact with vehicle owner and advised him about the door. The owner checked the van and found everything to check okay and secured the vehicle.

Upon arrival, the resident stated someone also changed her password and she could not log back in. The resident was advised to contact Facebook and report that her account has been hacked.

Officer was contacted by the Village Zoning Officer in regards to a camper parked along an alley beside the listed address. She requested the owner be advised to move the camper due to the alley being repaved in the near future. Officer made contact with the camper owner who advised she would move the camper off the alleyway as soon as possible.

Officers responded along with the Ohio Department of Agriculture in reference to an animal complaint. An anonymous party advised the individuals had two black bears in a trailer at the campsite. Upon arrival, Officers made contact with the listed parties and stood by while the Ohio Department of Agriculture checked the individual's permits for the animals. The individual was advised that he would need to pack up his property and remove the bears from the State or the bears would be seized. The individual promptly packed up his property and left the area.

Officers were dispatched to the listed location in reference to suicide threats. Upon arrival, Officers made contact with the resident. After speaking with the resident and his wife, the resident was transported to the hospital voluntarily by Medic 261.

Officer initiated a traffic stop with the vehicle and made contact with the driver and her passenger. Dustin Nicholson was placed into custody for Obstructing Official Business and Persistent Disorderly Conduct. Jennifer Nicholson was placed into custody for Operating a Vehicle while Intoxicated and issued a citation for Operating a Vehicle while Intoxicated (OVI), OVI Super Concentration and No turn Signal.

They stated that over the course of the past few months, they had made a working relationship. The callers advised that the subject had become overly comfortable at their residence and it would be best if she no longer was allowed on their property. Officer made contact with the subject and she was advised to no longer be at the residence or there would be Criminal Trespass charges filed.

Officer observed a disabled vehicle at the listed location. The vehicle was partially blocking the roadway. Officer notified Union County Sheriff's Office of the vehicle and was requested to stop by and assist until their deputy arrived on the scene. Upon arrival, Officer and driver were able to get the vehicle off the roadway and wait until Union County Sheriff's Deputy arrived on the scene. Officer stood by until presence was no longer needed.

Officer observed an orange Volvo semi-tractor parked on the listed street. The truck is not permitted to be parked on any street for longer than 1-hour. Officer attempted to make contact with the driver/owner of the semi but there was no answer at his home. Officer placed a parking violation on the driver's door and advised another unit attempt to make contact with the vehicle owner to notify him of the violation, remove the semi and not park it or drive it on any streets that prohibit it.

Upon arrival, Officer met with the caller, who concerned about the tree in the neighbor's front yard. Officer made contact with the neighbor and advised him of the information. He was provided the caller's information and stated that the company would speak with the caller about the situation.

Officer spoke with the homeowner who opted not to tow the vehicle. Officer was unable to locate the vehicle owner but left a note on the vehicle advising not to park on private property without permission.

Upon arrival, Officer met with the caller, who advised she used her bank card and got $32.84 in gas before going to work. Later in the day, she learned someone had taken out $800.00 in three transactions. The caller cancelled her card and requested a report for her bank.

Officer checked the registration that returned with a note per BMV Deputy Registrar to seize license plates, Officer explained to the individual the reasoning behind seizing the plates and she understood. She was able to have her vehicle towed from the impound lot with no issues.

He advised the son left prior to Officers' arrival with no incident. Officer advised the caller to contact the Police Department immediately if the son returns to the property to prevent any further incident.
