After further investigation, Christopher Farmer was placed into custody for a warrant out of Franklin County Sheriff's Department and later released to Franklin County Deputy.

Officer conducted a routine registration check on a maroon Oldsmobile Cutlass Ciera parked behind the listed location. The registration returned to a confirmed stolen vehicle out of the Columbus Police Department. Officer contacted the Columbus Police Department Automotive Division who advised they would contact the vehicle owner.

The caller and apartment manager stated that a green Ford Escort had been left in the parking lot for approximately two years. The other vehicle was a silver GMC Sierra truck. Officer advised that the owner of the property could contact a towing company to have the vehicles towed if he wished.

Officer was dispatched to the listed location in reference to a non-injury crash. Upon arrival, Officer met with the property owner who advised that a driver had driven a truck under the overhang causing minor damage. The property owner advised that he and the driver worked out an agreement on the damage. Officer documented the incident.

Officer observed two vehicles stopped on the service road near the entrance of the listed location. Officer made contact with a male standing outside of one of the vehicles and he advised that the vehicles had been involved in a minor crash. Officer completed an exchange of information form for both drivers and obtained witness statements from both drivers as well.

She advised that she was trying to make a call and accidentally dialed "9" thinking she was at work. She advised that everything was fine and showed no signs of distress. Officer determined everything to be fine.

After investigation, the subject stated he did not want to harm himself and denied making any statements. Officer advised the subject of the effects of making such statements and other ways to vent frustrations.

After speaking with all parties, the neighbor was given a warning for Disorderly Conduct and advised to stay away from the callers. They were both advised to contact the Police Department if they had any further issues.
