6/12/2017	7:55 PM	Assist Other Agency	West Main St.	Officer was requested to the listed location in reference to a consent search by Union County Sheriff's Office Deputy. Officer stood by until assistance was no longer needed.
6/12/2017	9:44 PM	Warrant - Misdemeanor	East Main St.	Officer received a direct complaint advising loud music was coming from the listed location. Officer made contact with Christopher Farmer and advised him of the complaint. After further investigation, Christopher Farmer was placed into custody for a warrant out of Franklin County Sheriff's Department and later released to Franklin County Deputy.

6/13/2017	2:41 AM	Recovered Stolen Vehicle	West Main St.	Officer conducted a routine registration check on a maroon Oldsmobile Cutlass Ciera parked behind the listed location. The registration returned to a confirmed stolen vehicle out of the Columbus Police Department. 6/13/2017	11:57 PM	Unruly	Carriage Dr.	Officer responded to the listed location in reference to a juvenile complaint. After investigation, Officer spoke with the juvenile and advised him to listen to his mother and follow her instructions. No charges were filed.

Upon arrival, Officer spoke with the resident who advised a light blue van was parked near his residence. Officer advised the resident to contact the Police Department if he finds any items missing and if he sees anything out of the ordinary.

The caller and apartment manager stated that a green Ford Escort had been left in the parking lot for approximately two years. The other vehicle was a silver GMC Sierra truck. Officer advised that the owner of the property could contact a towing company to have the vehicles towed if he wished.	Darby Apartments
6/14/2017	3:48 PM	Non-Injury Crash/Private	East Main St.	Officer was dispatched to the listed location in reference to a non-injury crash. Upon arrival, Officer met with the property owner who advised that a driver had driven a truck under the overhang causing minor damage. 6/14/2017	5:49 PM	Theft - Felony	West Main St.	Officer met with the resident at the listed location in reference to a theft complaint. The resident advised that she had property taken from her residence. Investigation pending.
6/14/2017	7:49 AM	Non-Injury Crash	South Jefferson Ave.	Officer observed two vehicles stopped on the service road near the entrance of the listed location. Officer made contact with a male standing outside of one of the vehicles and he advised that the vehicles had been involved in a minor crash. Officer completed an exchange of information form for both drivers and obtained witness statements from both drivers as well.
6/14/2017	10:54 AM	Well-being Check	Dogwood Ct.	Officer was dispatched to the listed location on a well-being check. Officer made contact with the resident who was okay and advised that he had not heard his phone ringing. The caller was advised the resident was okay.
6/14/2017	2:15 PM	Non-Injury Hitskip	Gay St.	Officer was dispatched to the listed location in reference to a property damage hit-skip crash. Upon arrival Officer met with the caller who advised that a 2010 Ford F150 had damage to the driver's mirror. The caller requested an incident report to document the damage.

6/15/2017	4:53 PM	911 Follow-up	Carriage Dr.	Officer was dispatched to the listed location in reference to a 911 Follow-up. Upon arrival, Officer made contact with the caller. She advised that she was trying to make a call and accidentally dialed "9" thinking she was at work. She advised that everything was fine and showed no signs of distress. Officer determined everything to be fine.

6/15/2017	9:17 PM	Threatened Suicide	North Ave.	Officer was dispatched to the listed location in reference to a suicide threat. Upon arrival, Officer made contact with the caller. After investigation, the subject stated he did not want to harm himself and denied making any statements. Officer advised the subject of the effects of making such statements and other ways to vent frustrations.
6/16/2017	6:00 PM	Criminal Damaging	South Chillicothe St.	Officer was dispatched to the listed location in reference to a criminal damaging complaint. Upon arrival, Officer met with the caller, who advised someone keyed his vehicle but did not notice any other damage to his property. Officer documented the incident.
6/16/2017	8:33 PM	Other Dispute	South Chillicothe St.	Officers were dispatched to the listed location in reference to a man with a weapon. Upon arrival, Officer met with the callers and the neighbor. After speaking with all parties, the neighbor was given a warning for Disorderly Conduct and advised to stay away from the callers. They were both advised to contact the Police Department if they had any further issues.

Upon arrival, Officer made contact with the persons to learn that the two were not with a silver vehicle and were simply checking the dumpster. Officer forwarded the information to the caller. Upon arrival, Officer spoke with the caller for a short time until the arrival of the Union County Sheriff’s Deputy. Officers stood by until assistance was no longer needed.
