Officer responded to the listed location in reference to a barking dog complaint. Upon arrival, Officer could hear the dog barking and made contact with dog owner. Officer advised the dog owner of the possible consequences if the dog continued to be a nuisance. The dog owner thanked the Officer for his time and stated that he understood.

Officer met with a resident at the police department in reference to an identity fraud. The resident also contacted the Experian Credit Bureau who flagged her records and suggested she file a police report. Officer advised that an incident report would be available if needed.

Officer was dispatched to the listed location in reference to a trespasser. Upon arrival, Officer made contact with the caller and other residents. The caller stated that her son’s girlfriend was at the apartment and she did not want her there, however after calling the police, the girlfriend decided to leave. Officer then advised the son to follow his parents’ wishes since he was staying with them. He advised that he would listen to his parents and respect their wishes.

Officer was dispatched to the listed location in reference to a possible sex offense. Upon arrival, Officers learned Tessa N. Voss pulled down her pants and exposed her buttocks on three separate occasions in front of the listed location. This gesture was seen by several people, including juveniles. Tessa N. Voss was cited for Disorderly Conduct.

Officer observed orange traffic barrels lying in the roadway and a stop sign that had fallen down. Officer removed the barrels from the roadway and stood them back up. Officer removed the fallen stop sign from the roadway and put it back at its correct location.

Officer responded to the listed location in reference to a theft complaint. Officer spoke with the caller who advised that someone had taken her grandson's bicycle from the listed location. Officer advised a report would be made and contact her if it was found. The caller later advised she had located the bike.

Officer was requested by Licking County Sheriff's Deputy to make contact with an individual at the listed location. Upon arrival, Officer made contact with the resident who advised he had not seen or heard from the individual in over a week. The resident was advised to have the individual contact the Licking County Sheriff’s Office the next time they have contact. Officer contacted the Licking County Sheriff's Deputy and advised of the findings.

The caller advised that while she was shopping at the food pantry she set her cell phone down on a table and one of the other shoppers stole it. The caller later advised she had found her cell phone in an unaccounted for bag.

Officer checked the residence and was unable to find anything out of the ordinary. Officer assisted as the homeowner's brother secured the window and residence.

Officer was dispatched to the listed location in reference to numerous juveniles throwing a ball against the neighbors house. Officer made contact with three juveniles and advised them to modify their direction of play or to stop for the evening. All juveniles went back into the listed residence without further incident.
