7/4/2017	12:02 AM	Barking Dog	West Ave.	Officer responded to the listed location in reference to a barking dog complaint. Upon arrival, Officer could hear the dog barking and made contact with dog owner. Officer advised the dog owner of the possible consequences if the dog continued to be a nuisance. The dog owner thanked the Officer for his time and stated that he understood.
7/4/2017	11:26 PM	Domestic Violence - Misdemeanor	Weathervane Way	Officer responded to the listed location in reference to a domestic disturbance. Jennifer Evans was placed in to custody for Domestic Violence.
7/5/2017	12:31 PM	Theft/Identity	Plumwood Ct.	Officer met with a resident at the police department in reference to an identity fraud. The resident also contacted the Experian Credit Bureau who flagged her records and suggested she file a police report. Officer advised that an incident report would be available if needed.
7/5/2017	1:49 PM	Non-Injury Crash	US Rt. 42 S	Officer was dispatched to the listed location in reference to a non injury crash. Upon arrival, Officer made contact with the involved parties. Nancy Harcourt was issued a citation for Assured Clear Distance Ahead.
7/5/2017	2:50 PM	Trespasser	Fairfield Dr.	Officer was dispatched to the listed location in reference to a trespasser. Upon arrival, Officer made contact with the caller and other residents. The caller stated that her son’s girlfriend was at the apartment and she did not want her there, however after calling the police, the girlfriend decided to leave. Officer then advised the son to follow his parents’ wishes since he was staying with them. He advised that he would listen to his parents and respect their wishes.
7/5/2017	4:10 PM	Juvenile	Friend St.	Officer was contacted via telephone by a resident. After speaking with the resident Officer advised that a copy of the incident will be forwarded to the Madison County Department of Jobs and Family Services and Union County Department of Jobs and Family Services for further investigation. 7/5/2017	9:46 PM	DOC	North Ave.	Officer was dispatched to the listed location in reference to a possible sex offense. Upon arrival, Officers learned Tessa N. Voss pulled down her pants and exposed her buttocks on three separate occasions in front of the listed location. This gesture was seen by several people, including juveniles. Tessa N. Voss was cited for Disorderly Conduct.

7/6/2017	10:00 AM	Recovered/Found Property	East Main St.	Officer was given found property. Officer was unable to locate a phone number for the property owner. Officer contacted the Franklin County Sheriff's Office to have them send a deputy to make contact with property owner.
7/6/2017	12:55 PM	Domestic Dispute	North Ave.	Officer was dispatched to the listed location in reference to a domestic dispute. Upon arrival, Officer made contact with the involved parties. After speaking with them, Officers stood by while two of the involved parties packed and left the residence to await a ride.
7/6/2017	2:28 PM	Telecom Harassment	South Chillicothe St.	Officer was dispatched to the listed location in reference to a harassment complaint. Upon arrival, the caller advised that in the last month or so he has received several calls from someone calling from 614-565-2474. Officer advised the caller to contact his service provider and have the number blocked.
7/6/2017	2:44 PM	Non-Injury Crash/Private	South Jefferson Ave.	Officer was dispatched to the listed location in reference to a non-injury crash that occurred in the parking lot. Upon arrival, Officer met with the involved parties and stood by while they exchanged information.	Plain City Lanes
7/7/2017	7:35 PM	Road Hazard	West Ave.	Officer observed orange traffic barrels lying in the roadway and a stop sign that had fallen down. Officer removed the barrels from the roadway and stood them back up. Officer removed the fallen stop sign from the roadway and put it back at its correct location.
7/7/2017	3:23 PM	Theft - Misdemeanor	West Second Ave.	Officer responded to the listed location in reference to a theft complaint. Officer spoke with the caller who advised that someone had taken her grandson's bicycle from the listed location. Officer advised a report would be made and contact her if it was found. 7/7/2017	9:30 PM	Message Delivery	Villa Dr.	Officer was requested by Licking County Sheriff's Deputy to make contact with an individual at the listed location. Upon arrival, Officer made contact with the resident who advised he had not seen or heard from the individual in over a week. The resident was advised to have the individual contact the Licking County Sheriff’s Office the next time they have contact. Officer contacted the Licking County Sheriff's Deputy and advised of the findings.
7/7/2017	4:49 PM	Road Hazard	South Jefferson Ave.	Officer observed a road sign that had fallen over and was partially blocking the roadway. Officer removed the sign from the road and placed it back in its proper location.
7/7/2017	6:17 PM	Well-being Check	Jackson St.	Officers were dispatched to the listed location in reference to a well being check. Officers made contact with the resident. After speaking with the resident, Officer contacted Madison County Department of Jobs and Family Services and advised them of the situation.
7/8/2017	1:00 PM	Theft - Misdemeanor	West Main St.	Officer was dispatched to meet the caller on station with regards to a theft. The caller advised that while she was shopping at the food pantry she set her cell phone down on a table and one of the other shoppers stole it. 7/8/2017	10:41 PM	Suspicious Circumstances	Cooper Ln.	Officer while on patrol observed the garage door of the listed location to be open. Upon checking the residence Officer made contact with an individual who advised that he was over checking on the house and taking out the dog.
7/8/2017	5:18 PM	Non-Injury Crash	South Chillicothe St.	Officer was patrolling and observed the occupants of two stopped vehicles in the road way. Upon arrival, Officer made contact with the involved parties. Officer documented the incident and stood by while parties exchanged insurance information. The juvenile driver was issued a citation for Assured Clear Distance Ahead.
7/8/2017	10:10 AM	Animal Complaint - Other	South Jefferson Ave.	Officer was dispatched to the listed location in reference to three stray dogs. Officer found one of the canines and returned it to the dog owner. She was warned for Dogs at Large. Officer was later advised that the other dogs were found.
7/8/2017	9:45 AM	Suspicious Circumstances	Hawthorne Dr.	Officer was dispatched to the listed location in reference a possible burglary. Officer then checked the residence and found a window open. Officer checked the residence and was unable to find anything out of the ordinary. Officer assisted as the homeowner's brother secured the window and residence.
7/8/2017	9:20 AM	Assist Other Agency	US Rt. 42 N	Officer was dispatched to the listed location for assistance with a traffic stop by Union County Sheriff's Deputy. Officer stood by until assistance was no longer needed.

Upon arrival, Officer stood by while Deputy conducted a consent search of the vehicle until assistance was no longer needed.
7/8/2017	5:35 PM	Road Hazard	West Ave.	Officer was dispatched to the listed intersection in reference to a stop sign lying in the roadway. Officer removed the sign from the roadway and placed it upright in the proper location.
7/9/2017	11:47 PM	Miscellaneous - Unclassified	East Main St.	Officer responded to the listed location in reference to a juvenile that had accidently locked herself in the restroom. Upon arrival, Officer made contact with the caller and was able to get the door to open without causing any damage.
7/9/2017	5:04 AM	Suspicious Person/Vehicle	Lantern Ln.	Officer was dispatched to the listed area in reference to a grey car parked running near the intersection. Upon arrival, Officer located the vehicle and spoke with the driver who advised she stopped for a few minutes due to a head ache and was just getting ready to leave. Officer determined everything to be okay.
7/9/2017	2:14 PM	Domestic Dispute	Fairfield Dr.	Officer was dispatched to the listed location in reference to an inactive verbal dispute. Upon arrival, Officer spoke with the caller who advised she and her son had an argument earlier in the day about her son moving out. After speaking with the caller, Officer deemed everything fine.
7/9/2017	4:02 PM	Traffic Stop	South Jefferson Ave.	Officer conducted a routine registration check on a red BMW 325I. Kimberly Barry was issued a citation for No Valid Operator's License and Non Compliance Suspension.
7/9/2017	8:35 PM	Trespasser	Cooper Ln.	Officer was dispatched to the listed location in reference to numerous juveniles throwing a ball against the neighbors house. Officer made contact with three juveniles and advised them to modify their direction of play or to stop for the evening. All juveniles went back into the listed residence without further incident.
