6/26/2017	5:07 PM	Assist Other Agency	SR 736	Officer was requested by the Union County Sheriff’s Office to check the listed area for a man walking in the roadway. Officer located the man walking in the roadway. After speaking with the individual, Officer transported him to his residence due to the high level of traffic. Officer deemed everything fine.
6/26/2017	5:48 PM	Harassment/Menacing	Willowbend Cir.	Officer was met at the Police Department by the complainant. After speaking with the complainant, Officer made contact with the complainant's friend and advised the complainant would be arranging a civil standby for her to retrieve property in the near future. Officer advised the friend that after the civil standby she is to have no further contact with the complainant.
6/26/2017	7:25 PM	Barking Dog	Willowbend Cir.	Officer responded to the listed location in reference to a barking dog complaint. Upon arrival, Officer made contact with the resident who apologized and stated that she would make sure she kept the dogs under control.
6/26/2017	10:10 PM	Domestic Dispute	South Chillicothe St.	Officer responded to the listed location in reference to a domestic dispute. Upon arrival, Officer made contact with the residents. After speaking to both residents further, they agreed to separate and calm down for the rest of the night.

Upon arrival, Officer made contact with the caller who stated that his neighbor was advised to remove his outdoor motion light by the zoning office but that he had failed to do so. The resident stated that he wanted the incident documented.
6/26/2017	1:53 PM	Other Dispute	North Ave.	Officers were dispatched to the listed location in reference to a verbal dispute. Upon arrival, Officers spoke with the caller who advised she no longer wanted her brother to stay at the residence. Officers stood by while the brother gathered his things and his ride arrived.
6/27/2017	3:47 PM	Juvenile	Central Ave.	Officer was dispatched to the listed location in reference to a dispute. After speaking with the involved parties, the subjects apologized to the caller and her children for their actions and were warned of the possible consequences if it continued. All parents of the involved subjects were notified of the incident.
6/27/2017	11:40 PM	Parking Complaint	West Main St.	Officer was on patrol in the downtown area and observed a semi with trailer taking up four parking spaces. Officer spoke with the driver and advised he was not to park in the downtown in the future or he could receive a citation.
6/27/2017	9:44 PM	Unruly	Central Ave.	Officer was dispatched to the listed location in reference to an unruly juvenile. Upon arrival, Officer met with the caller and juvenile. Officer spoke to the juvenile about being more responsible with his money and paying for the damage caused. The juvenile advised he understood and would fix the damage as soon as he could.

6/28/2017	9:12 AM	Suspicious Vehicle	North Ave.	Officer was dispatched to the listed address in reference to a suspicious vehicle that left the driveway the night before. Officer checked the residence and advised the police department would keep an extra eye on it over the next couple of weeks.
6/28/2017	11:38 AM	Criminal Damaging	North Chillicothe St.	Officer responded to the listed location on the report of eggs being thrown at the resident's garage. After investigation, Officer made contact with the juveniles and instructed them to go back to the house to clean their mess. Officer introduced the juveniles to the resident and they apologized to her. After they finished cleaning, the resident approved of their work. The parents of the juveniles were notified of this incident.
6/28/2017	12:41 PM	Suspicious Person/Vehicle	Village Blvd.	Officer was dispatched to the listed location in reference to a subject who was in the parking lot asking other customers for money. Upon arrival, Officer made contact with the subject and his family. They advised they were traveling back to California and that they'd had some mechanical problems with their vehicle, which shorted them money for gas and other essentials. 6/29/2017	6:00 PM	Animal Complaint - Other	East Bigelow Ave.	Officer retrieved photographs from the yard of the listed location. The photographs showed a canine not leashed and the dog owner in the yard. Officer made contact with the property owner who advised he did not want to pursue with charges. Officer explained the complaint and informed her that she cannot permit her dog to run loose and onto other people's property. She said she had been through this before and understood.

6/29/2017	4:25 PM	Traffic Stop	West Main St.	Officer conducted a routine registration on a tan Buick Century. Ryan Allen was issued a citation for driving under an Administrative License Suspension and No Valid Operator's License.
6/29/2017	9:16 AM	Theft - Attempted	West Bigelow Ave.	Officer responded to the listed address on the report of a robbery. Upon arrival, Officer met with an employee at the location, who advised that an unknown subject entered the rear lot to the business and was in the process of lining a couple items up near the back gate. When questioned, the unknown male, ran out the back gate. Officers and deputies from Union County Sheriff's Office patrolled the area, but did not locate anyone matching the given description. 6/30/2017	6:02 AM	Traffic Stop	SR 161 E	Officer conducted a routine registration check on a 2004 blue Honda Accord. Kaylee R. Shaw was cited for a Major Court/Financial Responsibility Act Suspension and No Valid Operator's License.

7/1/2017	10:40 AM	911 Follow-up	East Main St.	Officers were dispatched to the listed location in reference a 911 follow up. Officers checked the listed location and surrounding area, but were unable to locate anyone or see anything out of the ordinary.
7/1/2017	9:40 PM	Miscellaneous - Unclassified	South Chillicothe St.	Officer received a direct complaint of a possible domestic dispute. Officers responded to the listed location and spoke with both residents who stated everything was okay. Officers deemed everything fine.
7/1/2017	7:35 PM	Warrant - Misdemeanor	Lantern Ln.	Officer observed Austin Ball driving and made contact with him at his residence. Austin Ball was placed into custody for a warrant out of the Madison County Municipal Court for a Probation Violation.
7/1/2017	5:33 PM	Road Hazard	West Bigelow Ave.	While on routine patrol, Officer observed a water main break behind the listed location. Officer made contact with the Street Department and advised them of the situation.
7/1/2017	5:31 PM	Disabled Vehicle	Gay St.	Officer was on patrol and observed a brown Mercury SUV that appeared to be disabled in front of the listed location. Officer made contact with the driver and passenger who advised they had a flat tire. Officers changed the tire for them with no issues.
7/1/2017	4:50 PM	Dog Bite	Gay St.	Officers were met by the resident at the listed location. The resident attempted to hand over the found canine, in the process the canine bit the Officer’s right hand then neck. The canine was then transported to its owner. Craig Noce was issued a summons for Confining, Restraining, debarking dogs; dangerous dog registration certificate.
7/1/2017	4:42 PM	Suspicious Person	South Jefferson Ave.	Officer was on patrol and observed a male walk to the rear of the listed location and urinate behind the business. Officer made contact with the male and explained to the male the possible ramifications that could arise if this occurred again.	Dollar General Store
7/1/2017	3:02 PM	Animal Complaint - Other	Doe St.	Officer was met at the Police Department in reference to a found canine. The canine owner came to the Police Department shortly after and picked up the canine. The canine owner was warned and advised of Plain City leash ordinances.

7/1/2017	5:36 AM	Message Delivery	Grant Ave.	Officer was requested by the Union County Sheriff's Office to go to the listed location in reference to a message delivery. A resident's vehicle with heavy front end damage was parked at a church in Union County. Officer made contact with the vehicle owner and his son. Shortly after relaying this information, Officer was met on scene by Union County Sheriff's Deputy and assistance was no longer needed.

A Union County Deputy made contact with the subjects. Officers stood by while the vehicle was searched and assistance was no longer needed.

7/2/2017	9:19 PM	Assist Other Agency	South Chillicothe St.	Officer responded to the listed location in reference to a juvenile complaint. Upon arrival, Officer made contact with the caller. After speaking with the caller, who stated that she wanted her daughters to be interviewed about the incident, Officer referred the caller to Children’s Hospital. Officer advised that a copy of the report would be forwarded to the Dublin Police Department since the incident occurred in Dublin.
7/2/2017	7:38 PM	Animal Complaint - Other	West Bigelow Ave.	Officer was dispatched to the listed location in reference to a canine left unattended in a vehicle. Upon arrival, Officer observed two canines in the vehicle, the windows were partially down and a bowl of water was on the center console. Officer made contact with the vehicle/canine owner inside of the business and advised not to leave his canines in a vehicle unattended when there is a high heat index.	Pioneer Pizza
