Officer responded to the listed location for a parking complaint. Officer made contact with vehicle owner via public service, and vehicle owner advised subject was currently borrowing her vehicle. Officer made contact with subject and advised him that neighbors have reported the vehicle hasn't moved in over a week. Subject advised that he would move the vehicle either tonight or tomorrow. Officer will check to make sure the vehicle has been moved on Officer’s next shift. Officer then returned to patrol.

Officer initiated a traffic stop with Kaleigh Earles, a suspended driver, and had an active warrant out of the Madison County Sheriff's Office for a probation violation. During a probable cause search of the vehicle, Officer located drug paraphernalia. Madison County advised they did not want Kaleigh on the warrant at this time and have her contact them during business hours for a court date. Kaleigh  was issued a summons for Drug Paraphernalia and a traffic citation for No Valid OL, Failure to Reinstate, and Non-Compliance Suspension.

Officer was on patrol when Officer conducted a routine registration check on a gray 2003 Ford F150 and learned the registered owner, Michael McKillips, was a suspended driver.  Michael was subsequently issued a citation for No Valid OL, OVI Suspension, and Failure to Reinstate. His vehicle was towed to the PCPD Impound Lot.  Micheal was released from the scene and provided a ride from a valid driver. Officer then returned to patrol.

While on routine patrol, Officer observed two low-hanging cables swaying in the heavy winds at the Intersection of Jackson St. and Central Ave. Officer contacted a representative from Ohio Edison, and they stated they would send a representative to the location in about two hours. Officer made contact with Public Works, who requested that Officer try resetting the light.  Upon arrival, Officer reset the light and stood by while several cycles were completed with no issues.  Officer notified Public Works that the light was operational, and Officer returned to patrol.

The subjects were placing a sticker on the dropbox.  The male also placed an identical sticker on a "Do Not Enter" road sign at the lot's south exit.  Julie and Samuel were served a copy of their criminal charges, each a criminal trespass and a criminal mischief.

Officer initiated a traffic stop, and made contact with the vehicle driver and her passenger.  After further investigation, it was found the vehicle tags belonged to to another subject. Subject declined to pursue with any charges against driver. The vehicle was later towed as the plates were seized per subject's request. Driver was given a warning for the expired tags. Both parties were advised of the seriousness of operating on a prior owner's tags.

Officers went to the listed location to serve a warrant on Joseph Seum.  Joseph has an entered warrant for Theft (Indictment) out of the Madison County Common Pleas Court.  Upon placing Joseph into custody, he advised that he had already been served papers for this charge and had a court date coming up.  After confirming this with the Madison County Sheriff's Office, Officers were advised to release Jospeh.  Joseph was released from the scene, and Officers returned to patrol.  Note:  Officer confirmed the warrant was valid prior to attempting service.

Officers went to the listed location to attempt a warrant service. Officers were aware that Adam Kaetzel had an entered and confirmed warrant out of OSP for a Parole Violation. Adam was placed into custody for his warrant and transported to Tri-County Jail.  Adam received additional charges for Drug Abuse Instruments and Obstructing Official Business. All narcotics at the scene were seized and will be sent to BCI for testing. See case for further.  Note: Due to the living conditions inside the apartment a copy of this report will be forwarded to the Union County Department of Jobs and Family Services.

Officer responded to the area of East West Ave in reference to a driving complaint. The caller (who wished to remain anonymous) stated that, a known subject, was driving a black Chevy Silverado recklessly in the area and appeared to exit her vehicle and vomit. Upon arrival, Officer checked the area and was unable to locate any vomit in the area. Officer advised subject that Officers had received previous complaints of her reckless driving. Subject stated that she would slow down and drive more carefully. Officer then returned to patrol.
