6/24/2018	8:09 PM	Suspicious Vehicle	Shepper Ave.	Officer conducted a routine registration check on a gold Honda sedan parked in front of 249 Shepper Ave. Vehicle owner was advised that since she is a suspended driver she needed to have a valid driver move the vehicle off the street and onto a private drive before Monday afternoon and remove the plates until the registration can be transferred over to the Honda. Officer then returned to patrol.

6/24/2018	2:42 AM	Assist Other Agency	US Rt. 42 N	Officers were requested by the Union County Sheriff's Officer to the area of US 42 N near Hickory Ridge in reference to two males walking south bound along the roadway. Once assistance was no longer needed, Officers then returned to patrol.
6/25/2018	10:27 PM	Suspicious Circumstances	Nappa Alley	Officer was dispatched to the listed location in reference a suspicious circumstance. Upon arrival, Officer checked the area and was unable to see anything outside of the ordinary. Officer then returned to patrol.

6/25/2018	3:01 PM	DOC	South Chillicothe St.	Officer responded to the listed location in reference to a juvenile possibly being struck by a vehicle. Laura Oakley was subsequently placed into Officer’s cruiser and advised her that she would be issued a citation for Disorderly Conduct. She was then released into a friend’s custody, who transported her back to her residence. Officer then returned to patrol.
6/25/2018	4:49 PM	GSI	East West Ave.	Officer received a fax referral from FCDOJFS regarding a possible GSI incident that occurred at the listed location. FCDOJFS advised that she would be contacting victims to set up an interview.
6/25/2018	5:18 PM	DOC	Gray St.	Officer responded to the listed location in reference to a fight complaint. Officer advised suspect of the complaint and stated he wished to speak to him once he was off work. Officer then returned to patrol.

6/26/2018	12:44 AM	Traffic Stop	US Rt. 42 N	Officer was on patrol when I checked the speed of a silver Chevy truck hauling a trailer traveling northbound on US 42 near Dollar General at 59 MPH in a 35 MPH speed zone. William Amburgey was subsequently issued a citation for Speed and Seat Belt-Driver. His trailer was also towed from scene due to not being registered properly. Officer then returned to patrol.

6/27/2018	5:01 PM	Warrant - Felony	North Chillicothe St.	Officer met with PC Parks and Rec Director in reference to several people who were primitive camping without permits. All parties advised that they would go ahead and leave the premises. Eli Dean arrived while speaking with the other parties. While checking everyone NCIC, Officer learned that Edward had an entered warrant out of the Union County Common Pleas Court for FTA on a Pre Sentencing Investigation Hearing (confirmed). 6/28/2018	9:19 PM	Traffic Stop	North Chillicothe St.	Officer observed a white Dodge Sedan commit a turn signal violation at the intersection of North Chillicothe St and West Main St.  Subject was given a verbal warning for the traffic violation. Officer then returned to patrol.
6/28/2018	12:30 PM	Theft - Felony	East Main St.	Officer met with complainant in regards to a fraud/scam incident. Possible case pending.
6/28/2018	3:22 PM	Trespasser	Gay St.	Officer responded to the listed location in reference to a trespassing compliant.  Officer checked the area but the four-wheeler was gone upon arrival. Officer then returned to patrol.
6/28/2018	4:05 PM	Theft - Misdemeanor	North Chillicothe St.	Officer met with Plain City Parks and Rec Director at the park office. Complainant advised Officer subject’s credit card returned insufficient funds. Officer made contact with subject, via public service, and advised her of the incident. She was advised that she needed to pay by 1800 hrs or she could be criminally charged. Officer spoke with complainant a short time later who advised that subject had paid $10 in cash for the registration.	Pastime Park

6/17/2018	8:25 PM	Marijuana	North Chillicothe St.	Officer was notified that Kendrick Hodge was operating a vehicle traveling eastbound on West Main Street.  Having knowledge that Kendrick had an entered warrant for Failure to Appear out of Madison County, Officer located the vehicle and initiated a traffic stop.  Kendrick was placed into custody without issue and transported to Tri-County Jail.  A juvenile will be issued a summons for Possession of Marijuana. 6/18/2018	7:33 PM	Road Hazard	Plain City-Georgesville Rd.	Officer observed two hay bales in the southbound lane of traffic at Plain City Georgesville Road and Converse Huff Road. Officer assisted in stopping traffic while the hay was removed. Once assistance was no longer needed Officer returned to patrol.
6/18/2018	9:02 PM	Traffic Stop	West Main St.	Officer was on patrol on N. Chillicothe St. near E. 1st Ave when Officer conducted a routine registration check on a red Chevy truck.  Subject was given a warning for the expired registration. Officer then returned to patrol.
6/19/2018	7:00 PM	Warrant - Felony	East West Ave.	Officer observed a juvenile subject pulling into the driveway of the listed location. Having prior knowledge that subject had an entered warrant out of the Union County Juvenile Court for Failure to Report to Jail, Officer made contact with him at the residence. Subject was placed into custody without incident and transported to the Tri-County Regional Jail. See attached warrant for further information.
6/19/2018	8:59 PM	Miscellaneous - Unclassified	West Main St.	Officer was flagged down in reference to a possible trespassing complaint.  Building owner thanked Officers for checking the building and after determining everything to be fine, both units returned to patrol.
6/19/2018	7:21 PM	Theft - Misdemeanor	South Jefferson Ave.	Officer was dispatched to the listed location in reference to a theft. Upon arrival, Officer met with complainant who advised after returning the shopping cart inside of the store, walked directly to her vehicle, where she noticed her purse and shopping bags had been taken. 6/19/2018	12:31 PM	Injury Crash/Fatal	North Chillicothe St.	Officer responded to the listed location on the report of an injury crash in which a woman was run over by a camper. Subject was transported to Dublin Methodist Hospital where she was pronounced deceased. Nobody witnessed the accident.	Pastime Park

Complainant did not lose any money during this transaction and wanted the police department to be aware of the incident.

6/20/2018	4:24 PM	Public Indecency	Converse Ave.	Officer was dispatched to listed location to meet with complainant regarding a Public Indecency incident that occurred a few days prior. David Loy was subsequently issued a summons for Public Indecency (ORC 2907.09A3) and Disorderly Conduct (ORC 2917.11A2). See corresponding numbers for further information.
6/20/2018	8:27 PM	Animal Complaint - Other	South Jefferson Ave.	Officer observed five subjects got through the white fence to the horse pasture owned by the Der Dutchman on West Avenue.  Officer learned that they were chasing a small brown canine and it ran into the pasture.  They were able to successfully capture the canine without further incident.  Subject was advised of the ordinance prohibiting animals running at large.  After determining everything to be fine, Officer returned to patrol. 6/20/2018	8:42 PM	Other Dispute	South Chillicothe St.	Officer received a phone call from complainant. Complainant requested that Officer make contact with subject and advise her that she would be by tomorrow to get her things out of the apartment.  Subject was advised to leave the property inside the residence.  Subject was also advised on the process for a civil standby if needed. Officer then returned to patrol.
6/20/2018	11:23 PM	Traffic Stop	Perry Pk.	Officer observed a silver Lincoln Sedan failed to properly activate it’s turn signal when turning left from Perry Pike onto South Jefferson Avenue.   Subject was given a verbal warning for the traffic infractions and advised he was free to leave. Officer then returned to patrol.
6/21/2018	8:43 PM	Assist Other Agency	US Rt. 33	Officer was requested by the Union County Sheriff’s Office to assist with an open-air narcotic sniff on a vehicle involved in a traffic stop on US 33 near US 42. Once assistance was no longer needed, Officer returned to patrol.
6/21/2018	12:05 AM	Loud Noise/Disturbance	West Main St.	Officer responded to the listed location in reference to a noise complaint. Subject stated that he was done for the night and would work only during appropriate hours in the future. I then returned to patrol.
6/21/2018	11:19 PM	Traffic Stop	East Bigelow Ave.	Officer was on patrol on SR 161 near North Ave. when Officer conducted a routine registration check on a white Chrysler PT Cruiser.  Officer then learned the vehicle registration was expired since 1-18-2018. The vehicle was impounded to the PCPD impound lot due to the expired registration, and vehicle tags belonging to the previous owner.  Tim Holton was subsequently placed into custody. 6/22/2018	5:25 PM	Threatened Suicide	Fairfield Dr.	Officer received a call on station from complainant who advised that her daughter was throwing things and she could not control her.  Medic 261 arrived and transported subject to Children's to be evaluated.  A copy of this incident will be forwarded to MCDOJFS. A CIT Report was also completed.
6/22/2018	7:01 PM	Unruly	Converse Ave.	Officers responded to the listed location in reference to an unruly juvenile. Officers advised the above parties of the incident and the severity of the consequences if caught. Officers then returned to patrol.

Officer made contact with the owner via telephone. Officer advised him of the incident, and he was advised of the possible consequences if this were to happen again.

Officer was dispatched to the area of Plain City-Georgesville Rd near Converse Huff Rd. to assist Madison County Sheriff’s Office with an unruly juvenile complaint. Officer then was stationary at the corporation limits but was unable to locate the juvenile. Officer then returned to patrol.

6/23/2018	2:56 PM	Marijuana	South Chillicothe St.	Officer conducted a routine registration check on a black BMW 325I traveling southbound on South Chillicothe St near 580 South Chillicothe St. The registration returned to, Ryan Szeker, a suspended driver. Ryan was issued traffic citation for No Valid OL, Non-Compliance Suspension and Failure to Reinstate. Ryan was issued a criminal summons for Possession of Marijuana and Possession of Marijuana Paraphernalia. Ryan was advised to have a valid driver pick him and the vehicle up. See case for further.
