On the stated date and time, officers responded to a juvenile threatening suicide and choking themselves with a belt. Upon arrival the officer removed the belt from the juveniles neck and the medics transported the juvenile to the hospital for a medical/mental health evaluation.

On the stated date and time officers responded to the listed location on the report of a possible overdose. Upon arrival the resident was not located at the house. After an investigation the resident was discovered to be in a hotel room in Columbus, Ohio. The CPD was able to make contact with the party and discover that they were not overdosing.

Robey, 24yoa of Galloway was subsequently issued a summons for Soliciting without a Permit.

On the listed date and time, an officer was on routine patrol on US Rt. 42 N in the area of North Chillicothe Street. The officer observed a male walking northbound on North Chillicothe Street staggering as he walked and almost fell over a few times.  The officer made contact with the male and while speaking with him it became apparent that he was extremely intoxicated. The male advised he was going to walk home to Taylor Road. While out with the party his spouse arrived and advised she had been looking for him for a while. The officer released Douglas D. Tuller, 55yoa of Plain City and he was cited for Disorderly Conduct; Intoxication.

On the listed date and time, an officer responded to the area of Perry Pike behind Country Place Estates in reference to a person sitting beside some trees yelling for help. Upon arrival the officer located the person needing assistance. The officer learned that the resident became confused and found himself outside. The officer retrieved an emergency blanket from the cruiser and placed it on the person until the medic arrived.  Upon arrival of Medic 261, the person was transported to the hospital and contact was made with their family.

The second party was contacted and advised to refrain from contact with the reporting party or they could face possible charges for menacing by stalking. The reporting party did not wish to pursue with charges at this time, but advised they would if this were to continue.

Upon my arrival it was determined that it was only verbal and no threats of physical harm were made. Both parties agreed to stay away from each other for the remainder of the evening. Both of them were warned of the consequences if their behavior continued.

The caller advised that a silver four door Sedan had pulled onto the lot of the listed location and turned off all their lights. On the stated date and time while on patrol an officer observed a tractor trailer traveling northbound on S Chillicothe St. As the officer initiated a traffic stop with the vehicle just north of Beach St for being on a weight-restricted roadway, the struck a large tree limb causing damage to his vehicle and the tree. Justin D. Seals, 24yoa of Memphis, Arkansas was subsequently cited for Over Weight Use of Local Streets (339.02A ORD) and Reasonable Control (333.08A ORD).

The officer located the vehicle as it was stopped at the intersection of West Main Street and US Rt. 42.  and initiated a traffic stop with the vehicle for a moving violation.  Upon further investigation Sandra L. Rigel, 43yoa of Columbus was subsequently placed under arrest and charged with Marked Lanes and OVI.
