3/30/2020 11:41 PM Loud Noise/Disturbance North Ave. On the stated date and time, Officer responded to the listed location in reference to a possible domestic dispute. The caller stated that they could hear loud yelling coming from inside the listed location. Upon arrival, Officer could hear what sounded like a male and female singing inside the apartment.  Officer contact with both subjects inside the residence. They advised that there was no dispute and that everything was fine. Officer advised them of the complaint and they agreed to be quiet for the remainder of the night. 3/30/2020 4:28 PM Assist Other Agency SR 161 E  On the stated date and time, Officer was dispatched to the area of State Rt. 161 and Cosgray road at the request of the Madison County Sheriff's Office to assist with a Pursuit.  Once Officer was no longer needed, Officer then returned back to patrol.   Pending

3/27/2020 8:50 AM Recovered/Found Property West Ave. On this date and time, a citizen dropped a cell phone off at the police department. She said that the phone was located on West Avenue at South Chillicothe Street. Officer turned the phone on, but was not able to obtain any identifying information from it.  The information was posted on social media. Pending
3/27/2020 10:53 AM Miscellaneous - Unclassified West Main St. On this date and time, Officer responded to the listed location in reference to someone possibly striking the building with their vehicle. Upon arrival, Officer  met with the shop owner who showed Officer some damage at the northwest corner of the building.  Officer photographed the damage and advised shop owner PCPD would have a report in case it was needed for insurance purposes. 3/27/2020 11:13 PM Loud Noise/Disturbance Ratcliff Ln. On the stated date and time, Officer was dispatched to the listed location in reference a noise complaint. The caller advised there was loud music coming from the residence. Upon arrival, Officer could hear a loud speaker system playing. Officer made contact with the home owner.  Officer advised homeowner of the complaint and told to turn down the music. Homeowner complied and Officer returned to patrol.   Pending
3/27/2020 12:28 AM Drug Overdose Village Blvd. On the stated date and time, Officer was dispatched to the listed location in reference to an unconscious juvenile male. Dispatch advised that the juvenile may have ingested some type of drug. Upon arrival, medics were on scene. Medics transported the juvenile to hospital. Officer then returned to patrol. 3/28/2020 10:15 PM Other Dispute North Chillicothe St. On the stated date and time, Officer responded to the listed location in reference to a domestic dispute. Upon arrival, Officer made contact with the caller who stated subject started a verbal dispute with caller's wife and caller.  Caller requested information on the eviction process. Officer advised caller of the proper steps to pursue with an eviction.  Officer then made contact with subject who stated that he was calm and would have no further contact with the other parties. Officer then returned to patrol.   Pending
3/28/2020 12:23 PM Well-being Check Coachman Dr. On the listed date and time, Officer was dispatched to a well being check at the listed location. Dispatched advised that the caller received an email advising subject was being mentally abused at home. Upon arrival, Officer met with all parties involved.  Upon further conversation with subject, subject informed Officer that the words subject's father uses hurt her feelings and she has not been able to see her counselor due the current issue (Covid 19).  Officer then met with subject's parents.  Officer advised parents that Officer would be forwarding this report to Madison County Job and Family Services due to the nature of the complaint and informed them they may be in contact. Officer then returned to patrol.   Pending
3/28/2020 4:11 PM Suspicious Person Smucker Ln. On the stated date and time, Officer responded to the listed location in reference to a suspicious person. The caller advised a male knocked on her door and asked if she knew where a women lived. The caller advised this made her uncomfortable because she did not know the man or the woman he was referring to. Upon arrival, Officer made contact with two subjects who just returned to their vehicle that was parked by the Senior Citizens Center. Officer explained to both men that knocking on random seniors doors would cause alarm and to refrain from doing so in the future. Subjects agreed and apologized. Officer then advised the caller what Officer had learned and thanked her for calling. Officer then returned to Patrol.   Pending
3/28/2020 7:56 PM Telecom Harassment North Ave. On the listed date and time, Officer responded to a direct complaint at the listed location in reference to a phone harassment complaint. Upon arrival, Officer met with the caller who advised that she had received a threatening voicemail by her ex-husband's mother.  Caller requested Officer place a call to subject to formally advise her to not have any contact with caller in the future. Officer made contact with subject via public service and she admitted to leaving the threatening voicemail out of anger. Officer advised subject to have no further contact with caller and subject agreed. Officer then returned to patrol.   Pending
3/28/2020 11:40 PM Assist Other Agency St 161  On the stated date and time, Officers responded to the listed location at the request of the Union County Sheriff's Office, in reference to an alarm drop.  Once assistance was no longer necessary, Officers returned to patrol. TJ MAXX/Home Goods Pending
3/28/2020 6:04 PM Drug Paraphernalia North Chillicothe St. On the stated date and time, Officer was dispatched to the listed location in reference to a possible stolen vehicle.  Officer made contact with the caller who advised that subject had taken his mother's vehicle without asking permission. Subject's mother advised she had given a key to her 2009 Beige Kia Sportage to son and had allowed him to use it.  Officer advised them to take the key away from subject when he returned and specifically tell him he is not to drive the vehicle. While talking with the complaints about this matter, complaint stated that he had found drug paraphernalia in the household trash. Subject was not at the listed location to continue any further investigation so the listed items were processed as seized property. Officer then returned to patrol.  At 2230 Hrs, Officers arrived on scene in reference to a different call for service at this address. When speaking with subject, he stated that he did not own the drug paraphernalia.  Subject stated it was found in a previous roommate's bedroom. Subject stated he did throw it away to dispose of it.   Pending
3/29/2020 11:24 PM Assault - Misdemeanor Dogwood Ct. On the stated date and time, Officers were dispatched to the listed location in reference to a domestic dispute. Officers made contact with complainant and his girlfriend. Upon further investigation, it was learned that complainant, Zacchary Brown and an unknown male were in a physical altercation after complainant demanded for the two males to leave his property. Zacchary was later located at complainant's ex-wife's residence.  Zacchary was arrested for Assault and Criminal Trespass.  See case for further.   Pending
3/29/2020 12:47 AM Well-being Check North Chillicothe St. On the stated date and time, Officer responded to the listed location in reference to a well being check. The caller stated that he could hear his roommate upstairs moaning and banging on the ground. Due to prior drug use, caller believed subject was overdosing on illegal narcotics. Upon arrival, Officer made contact with caller who stated that due to a dispute earlier in the night he did not make contact with subject.  Officer then made contact with subject who denied taking any narcotics and stated that he was fine. Officer requested medic respond to evaluate subject. Upon medic's  arrival, subject refused all medical treatment. Subject thanked Officer for checking on him. Officer advised caller of Officer's findings.  Caller thanked Officer for his time and Officer returned to patrol.   Pending

3/29/2020 2:48 PM Road Hazard SR 161 E  On the listed date and time, Officer was dispatched to the area of SR 161 east of Jackson Boulevard in reference to a tree in the roadway. Upon arrival, Officers found a tree that was partially blocking the east bound lane of SR 161 just west of the bridge. Officers were able to remove the tree from the roadway. . Both units returned to patrol.   Pending
3/29/2020 5:23 PM Theft - Misdemeanor Fairfield Dr. On the stated date and time, Officers responded to the listed location in reference to a Domestic. Upon arrival it was discovered that the call was for a stolen cell-phone. Officers spoke with complainant who stated  that her boyfriend, who is currently living with her, had stole her cell phone. Subject stated that she saw her phone in boyfriend's pocket and asked him several times to give it to her. Complainant then stated that boyfriend said no and walked away toward the wooded area northbound of the residence.  Complainant was advised to contact law enforcement if she here back from boyfriend so that Officers can try to retrieve her property. After complainant left the scene to go to work, both units then returned to patrol.  03/30/2020 0707 hours, Officer spoke with complainant by phone. Complainant advised that boyfriend had returned her phone and requires no more assistance.   Pending

3/26/2020 10:07 PM Drunk Driver South St. On the stated date and time, Officer was advised of a possible impaired driver. The caller, who wished to remain anonymous, advised Leah Irons was currently under the influence of alcohol and/or narcotics and was driving on East Main Street near Church Street. Note: Leah was arrested for OVI earlier in the night and was released at her residence.  See OIR 20-0322 for further.  Upon arrival to the area, Officer observed Leah traveling in her 2016 red Hyundai.  Officer initiated a traffic stop with the vehicle on South Chillicothe Street near Napa Alley. After further investigation, Leah was arrest for OVI and transported to the Tri-County Regional Jail. Leah's vehicle was impounded to the Plain City Impound Lot. See case for further.   Pending
3/26/2020 6:59 PM Drunk Driver South Chillicothe St. On the stated date time, Officer was advised by dispatch of a possible intoxicated female who left the area of Smith Calhoun Road and was traveling back to her residence.  Upon arrival to the area, Officer observed the vehicle unsafely weaving from one side of the road to the other, before turning the wrong way on a one-way alley. Officer initiated a traffic stop with the vehicle.  Officer made contact with the driver, Leah Irons.  After further investigation, Leah was charged with OVI and released to her residence.     Pending
3/26/2020 5:00 PM Other Sex Offense North Mechanic St. On the stated date and time, Officer was dispatched to the listed location in reference to a possible sexual offense. 3/26/2020 3:48 PM Well-being Check West South St. On the stated date and time, Officer responded to the listed location in reference to a well-being check on a juvenile. Upon arrival, Officer made contact with the juvenile's mother.  Upon observing the juvenile she appeared to be fine, she was wearing some dirty clothes and seemed hesitant to speak in front of her mom. This incident was forwarded to the Madison County Department of Jobs and Family Services.   Pending
3/26/2020 1:13 PM Abandoned Vehicle SR 161 E  On this date and time, Officer was advised of small trailer that was broken and abandoned at the side of the road on SR 161 by Butler Avenue.  Officer found the trailer, which had a broken axle and leaf spring. The trailer did not have a registration and no identifying serial numbers. Officer requested public works to pick it up and take it back to PCPD's impound lot for safe keeping. When the trailer was loaded the axle separated from the trailer. Trailer was taken back to the impound lot for disposal, if nobody claims it.   Approved
3/26/2020 12:02 AM Suspicious Person/Vehicle South Jefferson Ave. On the stated date and time, Officer responded to the listed location in reference to a suspicious person/vehicle. Upon arrival, Officer made contact with subject who was sleeping in his vehicle parked behind the Middlefield bank. Subject stated that he worked for a cleaning service for the Middlefield Bank's in Central Ohio and was trying to take a nap before he began working on the building which was his last one for the day.  After verifying subject's story to be true.
