3/10/2020 8:43 PM Theft/Identity West Main St. On the listed date and time, Officer was dispatched to the listed location in reference to someone stealing her phone number and money from her bank. Upon arrival, Officer met with caller.  Caller advised that she has already gotten the money back through her bank and she needs the police report for
AT&T to get her phone number back. Possible case pending review of records.

3/10/2020 6:30 PM Well-being Check Converse Ave. On the stated date and time, while on station, Officer received a call from complainant stating she wanted to report child abuse at the listed location.  Complainant said that she wasn't sure what the condition of the residence was in or if there an adequate amount of food inside. Officer advised complaint that PCPD would check on the well-being of the children and also that a copy of this report would be forwarded to UCDOJFS.   Pending
3/10/2020 6:24 PM 911 Unknown North Ave. On the listed date and time,  Officer was dispatched to the listed location in reference to a 911 call. Dispatch advised there was no answer on call back. Upon arrival, Officer met with two subjects who advised that everything was okay.  Male subject just got a new phone and must have dialed accidentally. Upon determining everything checked okay, Officer returned to patrol.   Pending
3/10/2020 5:31 PM Civil Dispute/Standby Converse Ave. On the stated date and time, Officer was dispatched to the listed location in reference to a civil standby. Upon my arrival, Officer met with caller.  Caller retrieved his property and left the scene without incident. Officer then returned to patrol.   Approved

3/11/2020 3:43 PM Civil Dispute/Standby Wesley Ave. On the stated date and time, Officers were dispatched to the listed location in reference to a custody dispute. Upon arrival, Officers met with complainant who advised that his ex-girlfriend was not letting him pick up their child.   Officer then met with ex-girlfriend who advised the child is sick and has been in bed all day.  According to the agreement, the child was permitted to stay with ex-girlfriend while he was sick (Local Rules of Visitation Paragraph J, Section 2). Officer, did speak with the child,  from a distance, and he appeared to not be feeling well.  Officer explained the findings to complainant, who understood. Complainant left the scene without incident and both units returned to patrol.       Approved

3/12/2020 10:20 PM Suspicious Person/Vehicle West Main St. On the stated date and time, Officer was dispatched to the listed location in reference to a suspicious person/vehicle. Dispatch advised a person wearing headphones was sitting in a dark vehicle behind the listed location. Upon arrival, Officer searched the area but did not locate the suspicious vehicle. Officer then checked the building, which was secure. After determining everything to be fine, Officer then returned to patrol. Plain City Public Library Pending
3/12/2020 9:53 AM Assist Other Agency SR 161 E  On the stated date and time, Officer responded to the listed location at the request of the Madison County Sheriff's Office in reference to the gates for the railroad tracks being down and causing a traffic hazard. Once assistance was no longer needed, Officer then returned to patrol. Holmes Lumber Approved
3/12/2020 7:48 AM Assist Other Agency Glenview Dr. On the stated date and time, Officers responded to the listed location at the request of the Madison County Sheriff's Office in reference to an alarm drop. Once assistance was no longer needed, both units then returned to patrol. Madison County Returned
