Officer responded to the listed location on an illegal dumping complaint. Officer met with the business owner who advised that when she arrived to work this morning she noticed that her trash dumpster was nearly full. She found that it belonged to a male individual. Officer contacted with the individual who later stated that he would contact the business and make arrangements to get the trash out. He apologized for the inconvenience. Upon follow up the business owner confirmed that the issue had been resolved.

The victim advised that the incident had been reported to the Franklin County Sheriff's Office after it occurred but at that time she did not realize the extent of her injuries. Officer provided her with a Victims Of Crime Act booklet and advised her to contact the Police Department when she knew where to forward the photographs to.

She stated she was working at the listed location and gave her debit card to a co-worker to buy some items at the Dollar General and McDonalds. She advised she later noticed someone had taken out $100.00 from her bank account. Investigation pending.

Officer was dispatched to the listed location in reference to a suspicious vehicle. Dispatch advised a grey Chevrolet Cobalt was parked in front of the listed location for several hours. Upon arrival, Officer did not notice anyone inside or near the vehicle. Officer then checked the building, which was secure. Officer determined everything to be fine.

Officer observed a gold Dodge disabled on the listed street. Officer made contact with the owner, who advised that it just stopped running. The Officer and owner pushed the vehicle off of the road so that it was not a traffic hazard.

Upon arrival Officer met with the caller, who advised that sometime between midnight and this time the back driver's side window on her Chevy Cobalt was shattered possibly by a BB or small rock. Officer spoke to several neighbors in the apartments and also the neighbors across the street but no one recalled seeing or hearing anything unusual in the area overnight. Officer made report of the incident.

Officer was dispatched to the listed location in reference to a theft complainant. Upon arrival, Officer met with the complainant, who advised that sometime in the past week, unknown subject(s) had taken two of his bicycles. Officer advised that he would let him know if they were recovered.

While on routine patrol, Officer could smell the odor of natural gas in the area of the listed location. Officer patrolled the area several times and was unable to determine where the odor was coming from, but requested Station 261 respond to the scene. A short time later, Engine 261 and other pieces of equipment arrived on the scene. They were unable to detect/locate the odor and determined everything to be fine.

The complainant stated that the doors were on it and they were concerned that a child might get stuck inside. Officer made contact with resident and advised her of the complaint. She stated that she would have her husband take the doors off when he gets home from work.

Upon arrival Officer met with the property manager, he advised the resident did not want the male residing at the residence because he was not on the lease. Officer made contact with the male and asked if he could gather a few things and stay with a friend or family member until he could make arrangements to stay elsewhere.

Officer was dispatched to the listed location in reference to a loud music complaint. The complainant stated that a neighbor was intoxicated and listening to loud music in his vehicle. Upon arrival, the vehicle was off and there was no music coming from it. Officer made contact with the neighbor, who was intoxicated, and advised him of the complaint. The male apologized and stated that he wouldn’t listen to music any more. He was warned for Disorderly Conduct and advised to go inside for the evening.

The female was staring at the residence and they thought she may have been having a medical issue. Upon arrival, Officer spoke with the resident about the complaint and to make sure she was okay. She stated she was okay, but was upset because the Village cut down one of her trees today and she missed it. She was referred to the Village Offices for issues relating to that.

On call back, dispatch made contact with the caller who advised that everything was okay and that he had accidentally pocket dialed 911. Upon arrival Officer attempted to locate the caller, but could not. Officer spoke to many patrons and employees in the area and all advised that everything was okay.

Officer was dispatched to the listed area in reference to a suspicious person. The caller advised that a man in a red shirt appeared to be going door to door attempting to sell something. Upon arrival Officer located the man, who advised that he was going door to door selling a cleaning product for Hy-Pro Chemical Corporation. Officer advised him and his supervisor via phone that it was required to have a permit to do so and the steps necessary to obtain one. Both parties were advised of the possible consequences for soliciting without a permit.

Upon arrival Officer spoke with the caller who noticed his vehicle a 2015 Chevy Equinox was struck by a 1999 Dodge Grand Caravan. The vehicle owner left a note on the windshield of the caller’s vehicle with her phone number. Information was exchanged insurance with no issues.

Officer was dispatched to the Police Department. Upon arrival Officer met with the complainant who advised that his wife had taken their son and left to go to Texas. Officer received a returned phone call confirming the mother and child were headed to Texas and they were fine. Officer contacted the complainant and advised him of the conversation with the Prosecutor and referred him to family court for custody issues.

She advised last night she received multiple text messages from her brother on a number she was not familiar with. Officer were dispatched to the listed location in reference to a domestic violence incident. The caller advised dispatch that while in a verbal argument with her son he had struck her. Upon arrival, Officers met with the involved parties outside the residence. Due to the juvenile currently being on probation, he was transported to Central Ohio Youth Center for the Probation Violation and for Domestic Violence.

Upon arrival, Officer met with the caller who advised that he was backing out of the driveway at the listed location. He accidentally hit the gas pedal instead of the brake. He struck a 2001 Chevrolet Suburban that was parked across the street. The juvenile driver was issued a citation for Starting and Backing and Juvenile Traffic Offender.

Officer responded to the listed location on the report of a dog locked inside of a truck. Upon arrival, Officer found a small dog inside of a blue Dodge pickup. The windows were down and the dog did not seem to be in any distress. Just after arrival, a woman came out to the truck and provided the dog some water. She advised that they had only been there a short time, that she had checked on the dog several times and that they were getting ready to leave. Officer determined everything to be fine.

Upon arrival Officer met with the caller who advised that she doesn't know who the vehicle, white Pontiac Grand Prix belonged to or when it showed up in her driveway. While speaking with the caller, the vehicle owner came out of rear door of the listed location. The vehicle owner apologized and the caller advised the vehicle was okay to be there since they were visiting her neighbor.

It was found that a passenger, Derek Moore had a felony warrant out of Montgomery County for Failure to Appear on charges for Drug Abuse Instruments and was placed into custody. Christopher Bunker was cited for Speed.

Upon arrival, the step daughter stated she has been abused by her mother, when they lived in Granville, Ohio. Officer advised the step-father the information will be forwarded to the Madison County Department of Jobs and Family Services, and to contact the Granville Police Department in reference to the possible abuse in their jurisdiction.

She stated that a male subject had messaged her daughter on Facebook making explicit requests. Upon speaking to the daughter, she stated that he had messaged her several things that made her uncomfortable and she did not want him to speak with her any further. Officer advised to block the male from all forms of contact. They thanked the Officer for his time. Delaware City Police Department made contact with the male subject's parents at their residence and were advised the male had moved out of the residence and they have no way of contacting him.

Officer was again dispatched to the listed location in reference to a loud noise complaint. Upon arrival the homeowner stated he turned the music down, and apologized for it still being too loud. He turned off the music. He was advised he could be charged for disorderly conduct if his music continued.

After the police left the neighbor's residence, the neighbor walked down the street, near the complainant's house and made a threat. The neighbor was given a warning for disorderly conduct and advised not to contact the complainant .

After multiple unsuccessful attempts to arrange an agreed location to exchange custody, Officer learned that the juvenile had just been dropped off without incident. Officer advised the mother to contact the court with any further issues.

Officer was on patrol and observed a 2004 tan Chevrolet parked at the north entrance on the listed location. Upon driving by Officer noticed two subjects inside of the vehicle. Officer made contact with the subjects, who stated they pulled over to talk. Officer advised them the park was closed and they could not stay. Officer learned the subject's license was suspended and the subjects were transported to their residence.
