loose canine. Upon arrival Officer spoke with the canine owner who stated he
did not know his canine got loose. A short time later the canine was found
and returned. The pet owner was advised of the possible consequences if this
were to happen again.

reference to a verbal argument that had occurred between two subjects. The
caller advised she thought it may become physical. Upon arrival Officers met
with involved parties and gave warning for disorderly conduct and advised of
the consequences if further problems. They both agreed to leave each other
alone.

domestic dispute. Upon arrival Officer made contact with the involved
parties. After speaking with them, Officer learned they were in an argument
over property. The male was advised to contact an attorney and not to come
back onto the property.

Officer was dispatched to the listed location in reference to a
non-injury accident. Upon arrival, Officer met with the caller who advised
that he was backing out of the driveway at the listed location. He
accidentally hit the gas pedal instead of the brake. He struck a 2001
Chevrolet Suburban that was parked across the street. The juvenile driver was
issued a citation for Starting and Backing and Juvenile Traffic Offender.

Officer responded to the listed location on the report of a dog
locked inside of a truck. Upon arrival, Officer found a small dog inside of a
blue Dodge pickup. The windows were down and the dog did not seem to be in
any distress. Just after arrival, a woman came out to the truck and provided
the dog some water. She advised that they had only been there a short time,
that she had checked on the dog several times and that they were getting
ready to leave. Officer determined everything to be fine.

Officer was dispatched to the listed location in reference to an
unknown vehicle parked in their driveway. Upon arrival Officer met with the
caller who advised that she doesn't know who the vehicle, white Pontiac Grand
Prix belonged to or when it showed up in her driveway. While speaking with
the caller, the vehicle owner came out of rear door of the listed location.
The vehicle owner apologized and the caller advised the vehicle was okay to
be there since they were visiting her neighbor.

looking for something on listed location. Officers made contact with the man
who advised that his dog had ran away. The dog was located and returned to
the dog owner.

a call earlier in the day. She advised that the nearby business lets people
park in a "No Parking Zone". Officers drove through the area and
were unable to locate any parking violations.

complaint from an unknown employee from the business that a neighboring
property owner was blowing leaves onto the listed location’s property. Upon
arrival at Officer made contact with the property owner and advised that she
could not continue to blow her leaves onto other properties. The property
owner was advised of the possible consequences if her actions continued.

domestic dispute. He stated that he had been involved in a verbal dispute
with his girlfriend. Upon arrival Officers made contact with the girlfriend,
she agreed to remain calm and to have no further contact with the complainant
that night.

Officers initiated a traffic stop on a white Chevy Silverado for
a speeding violation in front of the listed location. Officers made contact
with the driver and the passengers. It was found that a passenger, Derek
Moore had a felony warrant out of Montgomery County for Failure to Appear on
charges for Drug Abuse Instruments and was placed into custody. Christopher
Bunker was cited for Speed.

Officers met the caller and his step-daughter at the listed
location in reference to a possible child abuse incident. Upon arrival, the
step daughter stated she has been abused by her mother, when they lived in
Granville, Ohio. Officer advised the step-father the information will be
forwarded to the Madison County Department of Jobs and Family Services, and
to contact the Granville Police Department in reference to the possible abuse
in their jurisdiction.

received a call from a man who claimed to be from the IRS. The man had a
thick accent and was hard to understand. He requested a police report to
document the incident.

Deputy it was determined that the mother had residential custody and the
child would not be going with the father. Officers determined everything to
be fine.

non-injury crash. Upon arrival Officer made contact with the driver who
stated that he was traveling eastbound in his beige Chevy Tahoe when he

struck the front bumper of a blue Honda Civic. Darrell Tissot was issued a
citation for Failure to Yield.

telecommunication harassment complaint. Upon arrival Officer made contact
with the caller. She stated that a male subject had messaged her daughter on
Facebook making explicit requests. Upon speaking to the daughter, she stated
that he had messaged her several things that made her uncomfortable and she
did not want him to speak with her any further. Officer advised to block the
male from all forms of contact. They thanked the Officer for his time. Delaware
City Police Department made contact with the male subject's parents at their
residence and were advised the male had moved out of the residence and they
have no way of contacting him.

loud noise complaint. Upon arrival Officer spoke with the homeowner, who
stated he would turn the music down. Officer was again dispatched to the
listed location in reference to a loud noise complaint. Upon arrival the
homeowner stated he turned the music down, and apologized for it still being
too loud. He turned off the music. He was advised he could be charged for
disorderly conduct if his music continued.

the police on his neighbor for his loud music. After the police left the
neighbor's residence, the neighbor walked down the street, near the
complainant's house and made a threat. The neighbor was given a warning for

location to exchange custody, Officer learned that the juvenile had just been

juveniles riding their bikes behind the listed location. The caller stated
she thought they were going to ride on a make-shift ramp and did not want
them to get hurt. Upon arrival Officer made contact with three juveniles.
They advised they were not using a ramp and were not doing anything
dangerous.

Officer was on patrol and observed a 2004 tan Chevrolet parked
at the north entrance on the listed location. Upon driving by Officer noticed
two subjects inside of the vehicle. Officer made contact with the subjects,
who stated they pulled over to talk. Officer advised them the park was closed
and they could not stay. Officer learned the subject's license was suspended
and the subjects were transported to their residence.
