Upon arrival, Officer met with the caller who advised that a juvenile that she knows had contacted her and advised of some disturbing text messages that she had received. Officer forwarded a report to the Franklin County Department of Jobs and Family Services.

Officer was met on station in reference to a harassment complaint. The complainant advised the past several days when he gets off of the bus at the listed location, four or five girls keep yelling at him. Officer was unable to locate the girls at that time but would provide extra patrol during the times the complainant stated the incidents occurred.

Officers were dispatched to the listed location in reference to an unruly juvenile. Upon arrival, Officers were advised that the caller's daughter has been unruly recently. Officers spoke with the juvenile and advised not to fabricate stories and to obey her parents. The caller was advised of the process to file unruly charges if the juvenile’s behavior continues.

Officer was dispatched to the listed location in reference to a possible telecommunications harassment. Upon arrival, Officer spoke with the caller, who advised her ex-boyfriend had been calling her all hours of the day/night. Officer advised to contact her phone provider to get the telephone number blocked and to contact the police department in the event of any future incidents.

Officer was met on station by the complainant. She advised over the last two weeks she has been receiving harassing calls from her neighbor and several times he has come to her residence and pounded on the door until she answers the door. The complainant requested extra patrol and the Officer advised to contact the police department at the time of any future incidents.

Officer was contacted in reference to telecom harassment. The caller advised that she had received several text messages from her former son in law. Bart Wilson was subsequently charged with Violating a Protection Order or Consent Agreement.

Officer was dispatched the listed location in reference to a verbal dispute. The caller advised that they were arguing over car keys. The caller then advised to disregard, he had the keys he needed, and did not need to meet with an officer. Upon arrival, Officer made contact with the involved party. She advised the caller had left and that there was no violence or threats made. Officer advised her to contact the Police Department in the future if there were any problems.

Officer was dispatched to the listed location. Upon arrival, Officer spoke with the caller who advised she heard "a couple" of loud noises followed by what sounded like glass breaking. Officer checked the area but did not see anything out of the ordinary.

Officer located Bart Wilson in the driveway of the listed location. Bart Wilson was placed under arrest without incident for a warrant for Violation of a Protection Order out of the Police Department and issued a citation for Possession of a Controlled Substances.

Both parties were advised that it would be best served to stay elsewhere this evening due to what transpired. One party then contacted his brother and was later picked up from the police department.

Wile was issued a traffic citation for No Valid Operator's License, Non-Compliance Suspension, Operating a Vehicle while Intoxicated Suspension and was issued two minor misdemeanor citations for Possession of Controlled Substances and Illegal use or Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.

Officer responded to a call of a dispute between two women who were standing in line for assistance. The caller advised that the two women were arguing and that there was a threat of violence. Both women stated that there was no violence, just words. All parties were advised to not let verbal altercations lead to physical altercations.

Upon arrival, Officer made contact with the resident who stated a medical alert system, that was linked to her house phone, was malfunctioning. Officer verified that her house phone was in working order and everything was okay.

The caller stated that her daughter was house sitting at the listed location when she heard the dog begin to bark in a way that made her feel like someone was outside.  Upon arrival, Officers checked the area but were unable to locate anything out of the ordinary.

Officer observed a taupe Chevy traveling at a high rate of speed. Officer initiated a traffic stop with the vehicle. Forest Robinson was issued a citation for Speed and Drug Paraphernalia. The passenger was warned for violating curfew.

Officer responded to the listed location in reference to a vehicle doing donuts near the baseball fields. Upon arrival, Officer observed a vehicle turning and weaving at a high rate of speed. Officer initiated a traffic stop with the vehicle a dark blue Ford LX. Jaylynn Cahill was subsequently issued a traffic citation for Operating a Vehicle Under the Influence, Operating a Vehicle under the Influence, Reckless Operation on Private Party and was issued a criminal citation for Underage Alcohol Consumption. Jacob Thomas was issued a criminal citation for Underage Alcohol Consumption.

Officer was dispatched to the listed location in reference to a driving complaint/verbal dispute. Upon arrival, Officer spoke with the callers. They advised a black Chevy Impala was parked in the roadway and they attempted to make contact with the driver to ensure everything was okay. The driver of the vehicle then began cursing at them took pictures of them with her cellular device then sped off. Officer searched the area but was unable to locate any vehicles matching the description given.
