19-Aug-23	11:05:00 AM	911 Follow-up	North Chillicothe St.	Officer responded on a 911 follow-up, attempted to make contact with the caller. After further investigation, the call came from outside of the Village limits and was referred to the Union County Sheriff's Office.

After further investigation, one party was intoxicated and threw a large rock through the front window of the residence. The suspect left the property before officers arrived. Subsequently, Phoebe Knipp, 22, of Delaware, was charged with Criminal Damaging and Disorderly Conduct.
