After further investigation, Andrew Minthorn, 37, of Plain City, was arrested on a warrant issued out of Madison County. He was transported to Tri-County Regional Jail. He was also issued citations for No Valid OL and Non Compliance Suspension. The vehicle was picked up by a family member.

Upon arrival, the officer observed a canine in a vehicle with the windows down and not in distress. The caller reported purchasing items off of Facebook Marketplace for $200 and was given a fake address. The caller advised they were working with the bank. and requested an incident report to provide to the bank.
