The caller advised that she was in the process of moving out of her apartment and advised they would be coming back to retrieve the remaining property. Officer also made contact with the apartment manager who was aware of the situation.
5/29/2017	11:34 AM	Non-Injury Crash	Maple St.	Officer was dispatched to the listed location in reference to a non-injury one car crash. Upon arrival, Officer met with the caller and her husband who advised that that they were sitting on the front porch when a large box truck struck a tree with the top of the truck. Officer then met with the driver of the box truck and her passenger. A crash report was completed.
5/29/2017	2:36 PM	Recovered/Found Property	Pastime St.	Officer was given property that had been found. Officer made contact with the property owner at her residence a short time later and returned the property.
5/29/2017	5:40 PM	Domestic Dispute	Carriage Dr.	Officer was dispatched to the listed location in reference to a dispute pertaining to custody of children. Upon arrival, Officer spoke with the caller and advised if the father attempted to come pick the kids up, she would need to call the police department and an officer would advise him of the current custody stipulations.
5/29/2017	6:33 PM	Assist Other Agency	West Main St.	Officer was flagged down at the listed location in reference to found property. The individual advised that he found a bag that contained multiple items. Officer advised Madison County Sheriff's Office and they responded to the police department where the property was transferred to their Deputy.	Mike's Pit Stop
5/29/2017	8:48 PM	Driving Complaint	US Rt. 42 N	Officer was advised of a silver Hyundai Sonata that was driving erratically. Officer initiated a traffic stop with the vehicle with a Union County Deputy and made contact with the driver Debbie Gaston. After further investigation, Debbie Gaston was issued a citation for Security Suspension, Non Compliance Suspension and No Valid Operator's License.
5/29/2017	1:52 AM	Suspicious Circumstances	Harrington Dr.	Officer observed the trunk of a black Mazda standing open. Officer made contact with the vehicle owner who stated that her kids must have forgotten to close it. They secured the trunk and Officer determined everything checked okay.
5/30/2017	6:28 PM	Miscellaneous - Unclassified	Gay St.	Officer was flagged down by an individual, in reference to a vehicle lock out at the listed location. Upon arrival, Officer learned that the driver was under a Financial Responsibility Act Suspension. Officer advised the driver of his license status and that the license plates for the vehicle would be seized. The driver was to make arrangements to get the vehicle from the parking lot. 5/30/2017	9:02 PM	Loud Noise/Disturbance	South Chillicothe St.	Officer received a direct complaint that loud music was playing at the listed location. Upon arrival, Officer could hear music coming from the residence that was not very loud. Officer made contact with the resident and advised her of the complaint. The resident advised she did have the music loud earlier in the day but had turned it down since. Officer deemed everything fine.
5/30/2017	8:11 PM	Other Dispute	North Chillicothe St.	Officer received a direct complaint advising of a male and a female that appeared to be having a verbal dispute. Officer located and spoke with both parties and advised not to hang out if they are going to argue. Officer contacted the mothers of both parties and advised them of the incident.
5/30/2017	7:14 PM	Domestic Dispute	North Ave.	Officer was dispatched to the listed intersection to assist Ohio State Highway Patrol Trooper with a juvenile complaint. Upon arrival, Officer then spoke with the juvenile who advised that she was at her friend's residence where she observed a verbal confrontation and ran away. The juvenile was released to her grandmother a few minutes later. Officers went to the listed location and attempted to make contact with the residents. Officers spoke with the neighbor/landlord about the incident. She advised that she would contact the police department when they arrived home.

5/30/2017	1:56 AM	Curfew	Village Blvd.	Officer observed a green Ford Taurus parked in the lot of the listed location. Officer initiated a traffic stop with the vehicle and made contact with the operator. After investigation, the juvenile was given a verbal warning for curfew violation and advised to travel directly home from work until he is a legal adult.	Lovejoy's Market / IGA
5/30/2017	7:32 PM	DOC	North Ave.	Officer heard a lot of yelling coming from the listed location and observed Trevor Fillinger yelling profanities at an individual and several people outside watching. After further investigation, Trevor Fillinger was issued a summons for Disorderly Conduct.	Darby Apartments
5/31/2017	11:35 PM	Miscellaneous - Unclassified	Gay St.	Officer responded to the listed location to make sure the residence door was secure. Upon arrival, Officer found the residence door secure and contacted the resident via public service to notify her of the findings.
5/31/2017	10:50 AM	Warrant - Felony	West Main St.	Officer was requested by the Columbus Police Department Detective to attempt to arrest Shain Barrett on a warrant for theft. Officers placed Shain Barrett into custody without incident and later released to the custody of a Columbus Police Department Officer.
5/31/2017	12:07 PM	Animal Complaint - Other	South Chillicothe St.	Officer was dispatched to the listed intersection in reference to a loose canine. Upon arrival, Officer patrolled the area, but was unable to locate a canine matching the description.

5/31/2017	11:08 PM	Unruly	Central Ave.	Officer responded to the listed location in reference to a juvenile complaint. The juvenile stated that he would follow his mother’s commands. The mother was advised of the proper steps to file unruly charges.
6/1/2017	10:41 AM	Parking Complaint	Maple St.	Officer was dispatched to the listed location in reference to a parking complaint. Upon arrival, Officer located the vehicle and made contact with the vehicle owner via phone and advised him of the parking complaint. He advised that he was trying to make arrangements to move the vehicle. Officer advised that if it were not moved, that it may be towed by the property owner. 6/1/2017	6:41 PM	Fire Support	South Chillicothe St.	Officer was dispatched to the listed location in reference to a non-breather. Upon arrival, Officer began CPR until Pleasant Valley Fire Medic 261 arrived on scene and transported the resident to the hospital.

Upon arrival, Officer spoke with the caller, who advised she located a black lab at the listed location. Officer took the canine back to the police department and placed it in the kennel. 6/2/2017	3:04 PM	Civil Dispute/Standby	West Main St.	Officer received a direct call requesting a civil standby by an employee in an attempt to retrieve tools from the business. The business owner had already gone home for the day and was unable to respond. Officer advised the employee to request a civil standby if he believes there will be any issues in the future. 6/2/2017	6:53 PM	911 Follow-up	North Ave.	Officer was dispatched to the listed location in reference to a 911 follow-up. Upon arrival, Officer made contact the caller, who stated he accidently pocket dialed 911. Officer determined everything to be fine.
6/2/2017	11:49 AM	Civil Dispute/Standby	North Ave.	Officer received a call and was advised the caller’s ex landlord was in their apartment without permission attempting to clean prior to new tenants moving in. After speaking with all parties, Officer advised this was a civil issue.

Upon arrival, Officer made contact with employees that advised that they heard voices while they were working. 6/3/2017	7:58 PM	Animal Complaint - Other	Gay St.	Officer was flagged down by a woman who advised that dogs at a neighbor's house were running loose in the unfenced yard and thought they were going to attack her dog. Officer then met with the neighbor outside his residence and advised him about the complaint. Officer advised the dogs must be chained or leashed to prevent them from leaving the yard unattended. The neighbor advised he understood and would ensure they were properly confined.
6/3/2017	8:00 PM	Dog Bite	Gay St.	Officer observed a brown lab walking unattended in the listed area. Officer took possession of the dog and transported it to its residence. Upon arrival, the dog owner advised the dog had slipped out the door and he had been out looking for him. The dog owner was advised to ensure it does not slip out again.

6/3/2017	12:09 AM	Theft - Misdemeanor	Gay St.	Officer was dispatched to the listed location in reference to a theft. Officer made contact with the caller that stated when she arrived home, property was missing. Investigation pending.
6/4/2017	11:23 PM	Traffic Stop	South Chillicothe St.	Officer performed a routine registration check on a white Chevy Malibu. The registration returned to a green Chevy Trailblazer. Officer initiated a traffic stop. Juan Dominguez was issued a citation for Fictitious Tags.
6/4/2017	4:59 PM	Non-Injury Crash	US Rt. 42 N	Officer was dispatched to the listed location in reference to a non-injury crash. William (Fred) Albright was cited for Assured Clear Distance Ahead.
6/4/2017	5:34 PM	Theft - Misdemeanor	Dickens Ln.	Officer was dispatched to the listed location in reference to a theft. Upon arrival, Officer met with the homeowner, who advised that her garage door had been left open overnight and multiple items had been stolen. Investigation pending.
6/4/2017	6:16 PM	Recovered/Found Property	West Ave.	Officer received a complaint in reference to a bicycle. Upon arrival, Officer observed a bicycle standing upright against the backyard fence. Officer checked the area for anything out of the ordinary and attempted to make contact with the residents of the listed address, but no one answered the door. Officer took the bicycle back to the Police Department as found property.
6/4/2017	8:46 PM	Domestic Dispute	North Ave.	Officers were dispatched to the listed address in reference to a domestic dispute involving a child. On arrival, Officer spoke with the caller who advised that she was concerned that the father left the apartment with his child and the caller thought he was intoxicated. Officer contacted the father, who agreed to have his mother bring the child back. The child's grandmother arrived with the child, who was returned to it’s mother without incident.
