Officer was dispatched to listed location in reference to suspicious circumstances. The caller advised that she was in the process of moving out of her apartment and advised they would be coming back to retrieve the remaining property. Officer also made contact with the apartment manager who was aware of the situation.

Officer was dispatched to the listed location in reference to a non-injury one car crash. Upon arrival, Officer met with the caller and her husband who advised that that they were sitting on the front porch when a large box truck struck a tree with the top of the truck. Officer then met with the driver of the box truck and her passenger. A crash report was completed.

Officer was given property that had been found. Officer made contact with the property owner at her residence a short time later and returned the property.

Officer was dispatched to the listed location in reference to a dispute pertaining to custody of children. Upon arrival, Officer spoke with the caller and advised if the father attempted to come pick the kids up, she would need to call the police department and an officer would advise him of the current custody stipulations.

Officer was flagged down at the listed location in reference to found property. The individual advised that he found a bag that contained multiple items. Officer advised Madison County Sheriff's Office and they responded to the police department where the property was transferred to their Deputy.

Officer was advised of a silver Hyundai Sonata that was driving erratically. Officer initiated a traffic stop with the vehicle with a Union County Deputy and made contact with the driver Debbie Gaston. After further investigation, Debbie Gaston was issued a citation for Security Suspension, Non Compliance Suspension and No Valid Operator's License.

Officer observed the trunk of a black Mazda standing open. Officer made contact with the vehicle owner who stated that her kids must have forgotten to close it. They secured the trunk and Officer determined everything checked okay.

Officer was flagged down by an individual, in reference to a vehicle lock out at the listed location. Upon arrival, Officer learned that the driver was under a Financial Responsibility Act Suspension. Officer advised the driver of his license status and that the license plates for the vehicle would be seized. The driver was to make arrangements to get the vehicle from the parking lot.

Officer received a direct complaint that loud music was playing at the listed location. Upon arrival, Officer could hear music coming from the residence that was not very loud. Officer made contact with the resident and advised her of the complaint. The resident advised she did have the music loud earlier in the day but had turned it down since. Officer deemed everything fine.

Officer received a direct complaint advising of a male and a female that appeared to be having a verbal dispute. Officer located and spoke with both parties and advised not to hang out if they are going to argue. Officer contacted the mothers of both parties and advised them of the incident.

Officer was dispatched to the listed intersection to assist Ohio State Highway Patrol Trooper with a juvenile complaint. Upon arrival, Officer then spoke with the juvenile who advised that she was at her friend's residence where she observed a verbal confrontation and ran away. The juvenile was released to her grandmother a few minutes later. Officers went to the listed location and attempted to make contact with the residents. Officers spoke with the neighbor/landlord about the incident. She advised that she would contact the police department when they arrived home.

Officer observed a green Ford Taurus parked in the lot of the listed location. Officer initiated a traffic stop with the vehicle and made contact with the operator. After investigation, the juvenile was given a verbal warning for curfew violation and advised to travel directly home from work until he is a legal adult.

Officer heard a lot of yelling coming from the listed location and observed Trevor Fillinger yelling profanities at an individual and several people outside watching. After further investigation, Trevor Fillinger was issued a summons for Disorderly Conduct.

Officer contacted the property owner and advised him of the findings.

The business owner had already gone home for the day and was unable to respond. Officer advised the employee to request a civil standby if he believes there will be any issues in the future.

Upon arrival, Officer made contact with employees that advised that they heard voices while they were working. Officer was flagged down by a woman who advised that dogs at a neighbor's house were running loose in the unfenced yard and thought they were going to attack her dog. Officer then met with the neighbor outside his residence and advised him about the complaint. Officer advised the dogs must be chained or leashed to prevent them from leaving the yard unattended. The neighbor advised he understood and would ensure they were properly confined.

Upon arrival, the dog owner advised the dog had slipped out the door and he had been out looking for him. The dog owner was advised to ensure it does not slip out again.

Officer received a complaint in reference to a bicycle. Upon arrival, Officer observed a bicycle standing upright against the backyard fence. Officer checked the area for anything out of the ordinary and attempted to make contact with the residents of the listed address, but no one answered the door. Officer took the bicycle back to the Police Department as found property.

Officers were dispatched to the listed address in reference to a domestic dispute involving a child. On arrival, Officer spoke with the caller who advised that she was concerned that the father left the apartment with his child and the caller thought he was intoxicated. Officer contacted the father, who agreed to have his mother bring the child back. The child's grandmother arrived with the child, who was returned to it’s mother without incident.
