28-Dec-20	2:25:00 PM	Suspicious Circumstances	Village Blvd.	Complainant came into the Police Department to speak with an officer regarding a snap chat her daughter received.  Officer advised complainant, at this time no crime was committed on the part of the sender, but if things were to escalate a to the point of a crime to come back so Officer could investigate.  Complainant left, and Officer then returned to patrol. 28-Dec-20	4:24:00 PM	Telecom Harassment	Washington Ave.	Officers were dispatched to a report of telecommunications harassment. Complainant has requested for her ex-fiance to please stop harassing her, which he did not do.  Officer contacted ex-finance and stated that at this time he is not to contact complainant through any means, and if he continued that charges would be pursued for telecommunications harassment. Ex-fiance understood and advised that he would not contact complainant. Officer then returned back to patrol.		Approved

31-Dec-20	6:20:00 PM	Vehicle Lockout	Jackson St.	Officers were dispatched for a vehicle lockout.  Vehicle owner was given a lock out waiver form, and Officer made entry into the vehicle without incident. Officer then returned back to patrol.		Approved
31-Dec-20	10:20:00 AM	Warrant - Misdemeanor	North Ave.	Officer responded to this address on a dispute.   Upon arrival, it was learned Kenneth Williams and his girlfriend were in a verbal dispute.  Mr. Williams had an entered warrant for his arrest from the Champaign County Municipal Court for Contempt of Court for failing to pay fines.  Kenneth was arrested and transported to Tri-County Regional Jail.
