13-Mar-23	7:28:00 PM	Parking Complaint	Lantern Ln.	Officer observed a parked vehicle in a no parking zone. Contact was made with the owner, who moved the vehicle.
13-Mar-23	3:59:00 PM	Civil Dispute/Standby	West South St.	Officer was requested for a civil standby, while belongings were collected.
13-Mar-23	2:14:00 PM	Trespasser	West South St.	Officer responded on a possible trespassing complaint. The caller advised a known subject was on his property and he wanted him trespassed. The subject was verbally trespassed from the location.
13-Mar-23	4:04:00 AM	Drugs - Other	US Rt. 42 N	A traffic stop was initiated on a vehicle for expired registration. During the stop, two occupants had active warrants and were placed under arrest. During a probable cause search, drugs and drug paraphernalia were located. Subsequently, Gary Lewis, 39, of Williamsburg, had an active warrant and was charged with Drug Paraphernalia, Jordan Emmons, 31, of Circleville, had an active warrant and was charged with FRA Suspension, Driving Without a License, Failure to Reinstate, Expired Tags, Drug Paraphernalia and Possessing a Drug Abuse Instrument and the 3rd occupant, Crystal Primmer, 46, of Marion was charged with Possession of Marijuana. Gary and Jordan were transported to Tri-County Jail.
13-Mar-23	1:21:00 AM	Open Door	South Jefferson Ave.	Officer found a door unsecure, searched the building and found nothing out of the ordinary. A note was left and the door secured.	McDonald's
