Officer responded on a report of a vehicle driving by a residence multiple times at a low rate of speed. Officer canvassed the area but was unable to locate the vehicle.

Officers responded to wires in the roadway in the area of East South Ave and Madison St. The cable wires were removed from the roadway.

Officer responded on a 911 unknown, made contact with several residents and searched the area and found nothing out of the ordinary.

Drunk Driver

West Main St.

During a traffic stop, it was learned the driver was intoxicated. Subsequently, Shaun Bissel, 33, of Plain City, was arrested and charged with OVI, Super Concentration and Open Container. Shaun submitted to a BAC test, which resulted in 0.357% BAC. Shaun was released to a responsible party.

Trespasser

Central Ave.

Officer responded on a possible trespassing complaint. The caller advised a known subject was on the property and she didn't want him there. The subject was verbally warned for trespassing.

Animal Complaint - Other

Madison Ave.

Officer responded on a complaint of a loose canine, took possession of the dog and transported it back to the department. A short time later, the owner of the dog arrived to retrieve the dog. The owner was given a warning for Dogs At Large.
