26-Mar-23	4:39:00 PM	Drunk Driver	West Main St.	During a traffic stop, it was learned the driver was intoxicated. Subsequently, Shaun Bissel, 33, of Plain City, was arrested and charged with OVI, Super Concentration and Open Container. Shaun submitted to a BAC test, which resulted in 0.357% BAC. 26-Mar-23	1:44:00 PM	Trespasser	Central Ave.	Officer responded on a possible trespassing complaint. The caller advised a known subject was on the property and she didn't want him there. The subject was verbally warned for trespassing.
26-Mar-23	12:36:00 PM	Animal Complaint - Other	Madison Ave.	Officer responded on a complaint of a loose canine, took possession of the dog and transported it back to the department. A short time later, the owner of the dog arrived to retrieve the dog. The owner was given a warning for Dogs At Large.
