18-Mar-23	3:54:00 AM	Drunk Driver	Gay St.	Officer observed a parked vehicle running with the parking lights on and contact was made with the driver. After further investigation, Madison Morris, 25, of Urbana was arrested and charged with Physical Control. Madison submitted to a BAC test, which resulted in a 0.122% BAC. Madison was released to a family member.
18-Mar-23	2:27:00 PM	911 Follow-up	East West Ave.	Officer responded on a 911 follow-up, made contact and was advised it was accidental.
18-Mar-23	5:07:00 PM	Assist Other Agency	Noteman Rd.	Officer assisted the Union County Sheriff's Office with a road hazard.
18-Mar-23	5:53:00 PM	Warrant - Misdemeanor	SR 161 W	A traffic stop was conducted on a vehicle with expired registration. During the stop, it was learned the driver, Spencer Stanley, 21, of Urbana, had two confirmed warrants out of Champaign County. Subsequently, he was arrested and transported to Tri-County Regional Jail. He was given a citation for Expired Tags.
18-Mar-23	12:02:00 PM	Non-Injury Crash	North Ave.	Officer responded to a non-injury crash of a car backing into another car. Subsequently, Patricia Wolfe, 76, of Plain City, was issued a citation for Starting and Backing.
19-Mar-23	10:20:00 PM	911 Follow-up	Central Ave.	Officer responded on a 911 follow-up, made contact and was advised it was accidental.
19-Mar-23	12:05:00 AM	Drunk Driver	West Main St.	A traffic stop was initiated on a vehicle with several marked lane violations. After further investigation, Marah Rice, 35, of Urbana, was arrested and charged with OVI, OVI Super Concentration and Marked Lanes.. Marah submitted to a BAC test, which resulted in a 0.185% BAC. Marah was released to a responsible party.

19-Mar-23	2:01:00 PM	Traffic Stop	West Ave.	A traffic stop was conducted on a vehicle with expired registration. After further investigation, the driver had an expired driver's license. Subsequently, Steven McIntosh, 69, of Plain City, was issued citations for Expired Tags and No OL. The vehicle was towed to the PCPD impound lot.	Darby Substation
