Gay St.

Officer was dispatched to the listed location in reference to property damage.  Upon arrival, Officer met with the caller who advised he parked his red Chevy Silverado along the curb in front of his residence.  Around 1200 hours he went out to the truck and noticed 3 chips in the paint on the driver’s side front fender.  Caller advised that the chips in the paint were not there when he parked the truck.  Caller believed that the chips had been caused by gravel coming off of a front end loader that was working in the area.  The job foreman for Majors Enterprises Inc (the crew working on Maple Street), arrived on scene.  He disputed the accusation that his driver's gravel had caused the damage to caller’s truck. Officer advised both parties that an incident report would be completed.  For more information see attached photos.
