Officer was dispatched to the listed location in reference to a possible theft of services. Upon arrival Officer met with complainant who advised that she had recently learned from her cable provider that an unknown person was possibly using her cable account information to log onto a device and view movies. Officer advised the suspect of the possible consequences if he were using the account. Suspect advised that he understood this but that he was not using the account. I then returned to patrol.

Eswin was issued a citation for OVI Suspension, No Valid OL and Non Compliance Suspension x2. Eswin was given a verbal warning for Speed, No Turn Signal and Cracked Windshield. The vehicle was towed to the Plain City Police Department Impound Lot.  Eswin was given a ride home by a valid driver. Officer then returned to patrol.

Justin was issued a citation for Operating a Vehicle under an OVI Suspension, Failure to Reinstate and No Valid OL. Justin was given a verbal warning for the turn signal violation. Justin's vehicle was towed to the Plain City Police Department Impound Lot.  Justin advised he was going to walk to Lee's Sports Bar. Officer then returned to patrol.
