Officers were on foot in front of the listed location when we observed a group of people yelling and carrying a woman outside. Upon further investigation, Officers learned Lee Dougherty was severely intoxicated and was yelling, crying and could not stand on her own. Lee was issued a citation for Disorderly Conduct and advised of her court date.

Officers responded to the report of a non-injury crash on US 42 just north of SR 161. Officer made contact with Lauren Friend who was driving a Honda Civic.  Lauren was issued a citation for ACDA and was given a warning for Full Time and Attention.

Officers responded to the listed location in reference to a road rage complaint. Upon my arrival, neither party was actively arguing at the business. Officer advised both parties to use better judgment in the future and warned them of the possible consequences if their actions continued. After subject left the scene, Officer returned to patrol.

Officers were met at the Police Department by subject in reference to a civil standby. Officer stood by while subject removed several items from the residence. Once male subject left the residence Officer notified female subject that we were no longer at the property. She thanked Officer for his time and Officer returned to patrol.

Officer was dispatched to the listed location on the report of shoplifting.  Officer then located the woman, who Officer later identified as Mary Funk.  Officer explained to Ms. Funk that she would be receiving a summons to go to court for the theft of these items and that she was being banned from returning to the Dollar General. She advised she understood and Officer transported her to her residence.

Officer observed the trunk open on a vehicle at the listed location. There was no one around the vehicle. Officer secured the trunk and left a business card/note on the driver's door. Officer then returned to patrol.

Officer was dispatched to the area of North Avenue in reference to a small dark colored vehicle parked in front of the building running. While in route dispatch advised the vehicle left southbound on North Avenue toward East Main Street. The caller advised she did not observe the vehicle doing anything wrong, she called since she had never seen the vehicle before. Officer advised caller the vehicle could not be located. Caller thanked Officer for checking the area. Officer then returned to patrol.

Officer observed subject pacing back and forth in front of his residence. Officer then observed him pick up a Razor scooter and violently throw it. Officer made contact with the subject, who was agitated. Officer advised subject that picking items up and throwing them outside was not appropriate and could cause unnecessary damage to someone else's property. Once Officer calmed subject down, Officer returned to patrol.

Officer observed a light colored Ford Focus traveling southbound on North Chillicothe Street at West Main Street. The vehicle's passenger side headlight was not operational. Officer initiated a traffic stop with the vehicle and made contact with the driver, Tyler Crowley. Tyler was subsequently issued a summons for Drug Paraphernalia (ORC 2925.141C) and Possession of Drugs (ORC 2925.11A). He was given a warning for the headlight violation and released. Upon arrival Officer made contact with juvenile.  Officer advised juvenile he should not peek through people’s windows as it may scare people and look suspicious. Officer also had a conversation with juvenile about some issues he had been having at school. After deeming everything fine, Officer returned to patrol.

Officer responded to the listed location in reference to a 911-follow up. Upon arrival Officer spoke with the caller who advised she originally called 911 because subject was having chest pains but later hung up. Officer spoke with subject who advised he was having severe chest pains. Officer had dispatch start medic 261 who arrived shortly after and transported subject to the hospital. Officer then returned to patrol.
