Officer was flagged down by complainant on West Main Street requesting to speak with Officer. Complainant explained that his landlord changed the locks and has yet to provide him with a key.  Officer advised complainant that since he is the tenant there he has the right to gain entry. Officer also informed complainant that the landlord may seek restitution if he causes damage. Complainant advised he understood and thanked Officer for his time. Officer then returned to patrol.

Officer responded to the listed location in reference to a drug complaint. Officer then made contact with subject inside her residence. After speaking to subject further, Officer returned to patrol.

Suspicious Circumstances

Officer responded to the listed location in reference to suspicious circumstances. Upon arrival, Officer  made contact with the caller.  Called stated that the female agreed to purchase several items totaling in $205.93. Several days later caller received a check totaling $1505.93. Caller stated that the situation seemed suspicious to her and that she decided to destroy the check and not place any order.  Officer advised caller that a report would be taken for the incident.

Officer was on patrol when Officer observed a white Chrysler van parked near the listed location. Officer made contact with subject who advised he was cleaning the building. Once deeming everything to be okay, Officer returned to patrol.
