Officer was dispatched to the listed location in reference to a well being check. Officer observed that the subject had a severe laceration just below her elbow. Non-Injury Crash

Officer responded to the listed location in reference to a non-injury crash. Upon arrival, Officer met with Melinda Swartz and Tamera Waldnig The crash caused minor damage to both vehicles and both were driven from the scene. Ms. Swartz was issued a citation for the unsafe lane change (PC ORD 331.14A) and Ms Waldnig was found to have a suspended license and was issued a citation for No Operator's License (ORC 4510.12).

Officer received a blue Verizon LG phone from MCSO Deputy who advised that he confiscated the phone from subject at the Jonathan Alder High School. Subject admitted that he stole the phone from the Dollar General.  The manager at Dollar General did not wish to pursue with criminal charges, but advised that he wanted subject trespassed from the business. Subject was advised not to return to the business or he would be charged for Criminal Trespass.

While on routine patrol, Officer observed Kenneth Mount's vehicle parked on the lot of the listed location. Having prior knowledge that Kenneth had an entered warrant out of the Madison County Common Pleas for Aggravated Possession of Drugs (confirmed), Kenneth was placed into custody without incident and transported to the Tri-County Regional Jail. See attached warrant for further information.

Officer was requested by Ohio State Highway Patrol (Post 80) to perform a narcotic sniff of a vehicle involved in a traffic stop on US 33 eastbound near the Rest Area. After assistance was no longer needed, Officer returned to patrol.

Officer responded to the listed location in reference to a suicide attempt.  Subject was taken to hospital.  A CIT report will be completed for this incident and a copy of this report will be forwarded to the Madison County Department of Jobs and Family Services.
