Upon arrival, Officer spoke with complainant and Lisa Allen. After speaking to both parties it was found Lisa was backing her white Mitsubishi SUV out of a parking spot and struck complainant's vehicle, a black Jeep, that was also parked. Officer immediately detected a strong odor of an alcoholic beverage admitting from Lisa's person. After further investigation, Lisa was placed into custody for OVI and transported to the Plain City Police Department where she submitted to a BAC test resulting in a 0.196g/210L. The caller advised that a white male had stopped in front of his residence and appeared to be taking photos. Upon arrival to the area, Officer eventually located the vehicle on Lantern Lane near Carriage Drive. Officer made contact with the subject who advised that he was an appraiser and had an appointment in the area at 1430. Subject confirmed that he had taken pictures of a residence on Harrington Drive for work purposes. After speaking with subject, Officer returned to patrol. | Pending | |
